Great Stay! Very clean and spacious and the small touches of leaving a bottle of wine and cookies upon our arrival - so thoughtful!!! We were in town for planning and preparing for my daughter's baby shower - we needed a house to accommodate family and friends attending from PA to CA - all arriving at different times. This house was close to the venue as we needed a place to both prepare food and get together. The house was also close to my daughter as well! If we ever need a place to stay this will be the first one on our list to secure again and again!!! Absolutely Amazing!

My family and I stayed at this home for a trip to the Smithsonian Institute Museums. It was perfect, just a short trip to the metro. We enjoyed our stay, the accommodations were very clean and the owner was quickly responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay! We really were close to everything (tourist sights), less than 15 min to most of them, and we had parking on the premises! The place was clean and had everything we needed. The check in process was great, gave 4/4.5 because it took a while to get the address, once we had it everything went very smoothly. The host was lovely and really showed that they care about providing what their guests need. This trip and our stay provided wonderful memories for our family.

There was lots of room and home like conveniences. I left my phome the owner was wonderful about tryimg to locate it for me. Location was great.

The owners provided detailed information (general info, local grocery/pharmacy/restaurants etc.) and responded timely to messages. The house was clean, homey and felt safe…perfect home away from home☺️. If we ever come back to DC, we’ll definitely stay there again.

The timing was perfect and everything was well explained. Check in process was a breeze. The back area was a little difficult to find but once found very easy. We are a family of 5 from NC with a couple from California. We had deparate area which gave us priivacy but also a common area so we could come together as a family. Clean and well kept, we truly appreciated it. Thank you for making the stay the least of our worries!

This was our 2nd trip to the DC area and the 2nd time staying in this townhome. If we go back to DC this place will be our first choice.

The owner was helpful with our last minute travel arrangements to DC to attend a graduation. The house has a well thought out floor plan with multiple bathrooms and a lovely kitchen. Well placed off-street parking. The stairs up to the top floor and down to the basement could be challenging for those with bad knees. Overall a very pleasant experience and would lease again.

A beautiful home that has been tastefully renovated. The home was very clean and was well stocked with everything that we needed. The owner was easily reached and very helpful with any questions that we had. The only negative was the location. There were very few restaurants and grocery stores nearby and none within walking distance .

The property is beautiful; but the area around it is a bit sketchy. There were loud domestic disputes out in the street that awakened people in the front bedrooms both nights. There was also a little mouse friend in the kitchen. The home itself was beautifully appointed and really comfortable for all of us, and the owner obviously went to a lot of effort to be welcoming, leaving groceries and treats. The home served us well for our weekend trip.

Our family stayed for the last four days (4/17-4/21) in this home. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked incl. a gift basket with wine. However, we experienced the following issues:
- There is a mouse problem. The host was responsive when this was reported and sent out an exterminator the next morning. He filled some holes behind the stove, however the following evening a mouse ran constantly across the kitchen floor, freaking us out.
- Bedroom upstairs with one double bed. It is supported by slats which keep falling out of place, causing the mattress to cave in. This happened at night while we were in the bed and was quite shocking. We ended up sleeping on the living room couch.
- Coffee maker pot had a huge hole and was unusable.
Without the mouse issues, I would probably have given this a high rating as the house is well appointed and comfortable. The neighborhood is a bit out of the way but it was quite.

Great place close to FedEx Field
Stayed here to watch New Zealand play the USA in a qualifier for Rugby World Cup. Good location only 15 minutes or so from FedEx Field. Room for 13 if everyone shares a bed plus one on the couch plus parking off-street was a huge plus.

Enjoyed the week
Very nice place for 6 adults for a week. Nice to have private off street parking. Easy drive to Metro Rail for access to museums and monuments. Property owner very responsive with questions whether it was with the unit or things to do in the DC area.

Lovely house
This three bedroom home in SE DC was a great Airbnb. It has two full kitchens! It is well-decorated and well stocked. There is parking for two cars, and very ample street parking.

Best Vacation Wver!
This property is a diamond in the rough. When I first pulled into the area, I thought “this is gonna go either really good or really bad!” But didn’t I think it wouldn’t be the latter. The place was clean and have everything we needed along with plenty of room for all of us thaystaywd at the space. Thanks again for a great time!

Great Home Away from Home
At first sight, I was disappointed in the neighborhood although, the inside of house was quite clean and comfortable. Total upgrade! Seemed like there will be some work done to the back yard that was filled with gravel and ladders. If so, this property would be a great choice in the summer time if you do not mind the neighbors seeing you- the homes are very close to each other. Our children loved the basement apartment which was also upgraded. It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, full bathroom, bedroom and a lounging space where you can open the pull out bed if necessary; they were happy to have a space of their own.
Chima, the property owner was very nice and attentive, which made the stay much more pleasurable.
If I was asked to suggest anything, it would be, to keep up the niceness of the home and remove the extra stuff from behind the back door entry and fix the nicks that were in the kitchen and living spaces. It was an eye sore to such a beautiful home.

Perfect house for families
This house and owner were fabulous! Everything you need is provided for you, and excellent parking for FREE! Safety is not an issue, and plenty of stores nearby like CVS for emergency runs. You can certainly UBER from here but if driving or renting a car, this a safe place for your vehicle. Hot water, plenty of comfy bedrooms and other sleeping areas. Have teens, the downstairs was a godsend! Thanks and will stay again if I ever come back.

The house is spacious and very clean. Newly renovated. Nearby all important attractions. Neighborhood is quite. The owner is extremely helpful at all times. I recommend the house. It can accommodate a big family.
