I will tell you the air conditioning, it's amazing and worked great in the 105 degree heat index 😊. Perfect location for all of our needs. Grocery stores close, beach across the road, quiet!. I do like to cook when we are away, so I would ask for
another pan or two. Otherwise it was great. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is well maintained and comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor area for relaxation. The tiki areas are quite enjoyable - great shady retreats. The large putting green is a nice touch. The location is excellent for easy walkable access to the beach, basically across the street.

Great space, clean with all a couple needs with a washer & dry combo unit, nice kitchen area. Also a fun golf putting area with a common gas grill. We look forward to one day return for area and staying again.

Excellent location and very clean unit. Everything was great. bed did need sheet that would properly fit instead of too large making sleeping a little un comfortable. Would stay there again.

The rental property was well maintained and on a quiet street. It is literally less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Walking either way along the A1A was wonderful as well. Dan has maintained his property well, and was fantastic to deal with. Anything we felt we needed to improve our stay he was willing to provide us with. Check in and out was smooth, and our vacation neighbours were fantastic! We had a wonderful time!

Doing home renovations and needed a place to stay. Owner is incredible and easy to reach. Property is perfect. Would highly recommend. Walk to beach and local restaurants too.

The only negative feedback is the sound insolation between the units. You will be annoyed if you have a noisy neighbour.

This has been the best place I’ve stayed at period. Dan is a phenomenal host that has his place decked out for you when you arrive. You’re not going to need any supplies because he’s already thought of it and provided it.
The place is clean, functional and bigger than the pics depict, both the fully kitchen and bedroom are larger than expected. The unit is located essentially across the street from the beach. Just bring your beach chair, bag, book, drinks and enjoy the beach. There are a ton of restaurants within an easy driving or uber distance. In a few minutes you’re in Deerfield Beach to the north or Fort a Lauderdale to the south.
Although there were other guests in the complex, I never had anything but peace and quiet. Seriously the place could not have been any better.
We’ll be back and recommend that if you’re considering a place in Pompano Beach, Dans’s place is a MUST, stop looking. You’ve arrived!!

Dan is a great Host. I HIGHLY recommend calling him. The Airbnb was perfect. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. We will 100% be back again.

Great comfortable, clean place!
What a nice cute place to stay! size of the apartment was perfect and it was very clean. Outside of the building was very clean as well. Area was nice and quiet. We travel with our dogs and this unit worked out very well for us and our pets. Dan the owner puts effort into keeping the location in good condition. He was also helpful when my phone would not allow the HomeAway app to download information. We would come back to this location again. Looking into other rentals this owner has as well for future travel. Thanks for a nice place to stay Dan!

This is the cutest place ever!!! Great location and very relaxing!
My daughter and myself come to the area once a year. This place was perfect!! Considering all of the other properties next to us it was super quiet! I was worried about my barking chihuahua with people walking by...but it was so pleasantly quiet! We were so pleased with the cost. We will love to come back in a few months after summer! Host was very accommodating and polite! Thank you so much!

Excellent Bungalow minutes walking distance to the beach.
Overall i was extremely happy with the place... Very cozy, clean and organized. Owners were very helpful with anything i needed and also were very informative on things to do in the area. Inside the bungalow is very well decorated and makes you feel right at home. Very reasonable pricing too!! Definitely would return again!!

Great Place..Great Location
Loved the apartment. Has everything you need. Very clean, comfortable and so glad it is pet friendly. Situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach, and a plus being close to the causeway. If we come down again next year, we will definitely stay here.

The Best Yet!
This is my Fifth year of renting a Florida home thru VRBO and I have to say this was the best! This was the the most flawless rental ever. I was a little apprehensive since this was the smallest place we have rented but it turn out to be perfect. The apartment was spotless and very open. It had been recently renovated so everything was new. The grounds were well kept and there was even a spot to sit out and enjoy the Florida sunshine. It was only a short walk to the beach and the area itself was very nice and very safe. The bed was king size and very comfortable. As far as the owner , Dan, well he should give classes on how to be the perfect owner/property . He runs his business perfectly. He is organized, responsible and wants nothing more than your stay to be perfect. You will find no better. I definitely will be back again and will rent from only Dan.
