We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo. The location was perfect, close to shopping and dining. This condo had everything you could ask for.

The checkin process is ridiculous just to get a parking pass even though I paid in advance. Suggestion is to just put it in the condo for the person renting. More than half the lamps were unplugged which made it difficult the first night. In the advertising pics, there were loungers on the patio. There were none when we arrived. We counted on laying out on the balcony. There is no light above the dining room table which makes it difficult to eat at night. The lamps had a variety of bulbs which was not pleasing to the eye. Carpet is way past due in getting changed. Our refrigerator had to be wiped out before putting our food in when we arrived. The couches are difficult to sit on and you sink into the cushions. We stay three times a year in OB and love the Phoenix properties. This particular unit needs some work. The rest of the building is great and easy to get around. Suggestion is to get a better cleaning staff if you are going to charge the posted rates. We left the unit very clean so the attendant could see what clean and organized looks like. All of the lamps were in working order when we departed.

This property was the most roomy, well maintained condo I’ve ever rented! That it has 4 bathrooms for us 10 females was icing on the cake! We never heard any nuisance noises from outside and the checkin & checkout were streamlined to perfection. The lazy river was a hit with us but my personal favorite was the indoor pool and the hot tubs. Will definitely rent again.

The condo was beautiful, just as pictured. The view was amazing from a high floor. The beach had chair/umbrella rental right at the property. The pool and slide were relaxing and fun.

It was plenty of room with 5 adults and 2 teenagers and 3 little ones, bathroom off of ea bedroom plus and extra bathroom, washer and dryer, like a home away from home

The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Even though we were on the 24th floor, there was never a long wait for an elevator, and we had a great view! The lazy river was our favorite! Would stay here again.

This was probably the cleanest beach condo that I have stayed at. Other than the lady at the desk at the actual location, everything was great! The lady at the check in counter was very short and not friendly at all.

The negative part was the construction above my unit. Construction would start at 7 or before and noise would go on. Not able to sleep during holiday

We loved our stay at Orange Beach. Only negative was we ran out of paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper within a few days. Sadly, as much as you pay for your stay, you have to supply your own replacements. Everything else was well supplied. We had a great time!

Went here with my sister and her three teenage kids. The condo is just like the pictures show. Check in with the Z. Love the choices of going to the beach, indoor, and outdoor pool, and especially the lazy river! And it’s located in a very convenient area to restaurants, tours, fishing, and the beach, of course! Would stay here again, in a heartbeat

Really nice place except for the sofa. Also it is very ridiculous that you have to pay over $50 just to park your car! The condo price was expensive enough but to add this cost in was awful.

Enjoyed sitting outside with my wife seeing sunrise, sunsets, sea life and the butterflies. We have returned to this exact condo for a second year and probably will always book it each November around my anniversary.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! There was plenty of room for our party of 3 adults and 3 kids (ages 11, 9, 7). The lazy river with slide and the indoor pool were a big hit with the kids. The boardwalk to the beach had a ramp instead of stairs, which was a great help for rolling coolers, wagons, and those with limited mobility. We'll definitely be back!

Great place to stay with kids. Our grandchildren love the slide and lazy river. Thanks to everyone for making the rental, check in and check out so easy. Love it here and can't wait to be back.

Enjoyed this vacation so much! Everything was beautiful. The only recommendation I have is to hang room darkening drapes on French doors of master bedroom. IWhen I'm on vacation I like to sleep in, the daylight in the bedroom hindered that. The other rooms were perfect.

What a great Condo and Facility! We had a great stay and would definetly recommend this Condo and also Phoenix West! The Condo was very clean and had everything you need for a great vacation.

Beautiful property and a great location!

The condo was spacious and beautiful, with a great view of the ocean. The picture used in the listing does not accurately reflect the color of the water reflection was definitely brown, no blue green as expected. Recommendation show a picture that is accurate, had I seen that image, most likely would not have rented. In addition running warning flags of several stingrays, so never entered the water (guessing this come and goes, nothing the owner can control)

The price was a little steep but worth the stay. Lots of room. We had enough room for six people. Drinking coffee on the balcony with a view of the beach was breathtaking!

We enjoyed our stay only wish condo had provided 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, toilet tissue is too bulky to pack for travel and couldn’t purchase just a small amount at the closest market

Phoenix West is a beautiful property with some really great amenities. The room was huge with plenty of space for all of us and an extra bathroom, which is great for large groups.everything was super clean and comfy. Can't wait first our next vacation!

Checkin process was simple. The unit actually looks better in person. The view of the gulf is absolutely beautiful day and night. We enjoyed the amenities and accessibility to restaurants and other activities. Outside of the floors and carpet being dirty, everything was clean and neat. Over-all I recommend this unit!! Well worth the money!

We really enjoyed the beach and accommodation. The condo had minimum of cooking supplies. No spices/ coffee filters. Very little toilet paper or paper towels. The bed/ bath situation and living quarters were perfect. Had a great stay! Thank you!

Condo on the 24th floor, close to elevator, awesome balcony & floor length window views, plenty of restrooms to accommodate our large family. A great relaxing get-away. Highly recommend.

This condo was very clean and easy to get to right off the elevator. We loved having our own washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an ice machine. The views were beautiful from the 24th floor. The front desk staff was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was as listed by the owners for this condo. Communication was excellent and the location was fantastic. Condo had everything we needed and the views could not be better. I highly recommend this rental!
