Location is great. On a quiet street yet only a block from a busy, typical Parisian rue filled with all the shops needed to meet all our wishes. Apt is very, very well lit and bright with lots of fresh air. Owner, Didier, was wonderful in making sure we were comfortable, explained how to use the appliances very well and really cared that we were happy with his accommodation. We appreciated his attention to detail. The shower provided great water pressure, the dish washer and washing machine were nice to have. The elevator was particularly great to have since we were on the 4th floor. There are 5+ grocery stores within 3 blocks. Neighbors in the building were friendly, respectful and quiet. The sofa bed is better suited for one person than two but Didier went out of his way to provide a memory foam topper to make it work for us. We are both tall and in our late 70's which made his efforts in making us comfortable deeply appreciated. We have traveled to Paris for 23 years and always stay 3 months. Didier's Paris apt was perfectly located close to Metro line 10 and Bus lines 42 and 62. We visited all 20 arrondissements with ease on public transit, including La Defense, CDG Airport and Vincennes. We would definitely recommend this apartment highly.

I highly recommend staying here! Istayed for over a month and found the apartment itself to be very nice and had everything I needed. The windows let in a lot of light, the space is neat and clean, and I cooked lots of meals in the kitchen. The bathroom is especially nice. The neighborhood is calm and quaint, with incredible bakeries and restaurants nearby, easy access to RER C and metro line 10. What stood out most, however, was how kind and welcoming my host was. Didier was very responsive when I needed anything, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay.

This studio was perfect for my visit to Paris. It was clean, which was my big priority, as well as being super close to everything and metro and train stations. Plenty of dining and supermarkets very close. It’s in the heart of Paris. It was equipped with a laundry machine which was so convenient! Bed is a pull out couch but quite comfortable. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Since I didn’t know my way around he gave me tips and directions. If I go back to Paris I will certainly stay there again!
