Turquoise Place è un condominio diretto sul golfo / spiaggia decorato fino in fondo con gli ultimi stili e la migliore classe! Spazioso 3 camere da letto 3 1/2 bagni - oltre 2400 piedi quadrati condominio fronte golfo con pavimenti in legno di ciliegio brasiliano in ogni camera! Il Master ha un letto matrimoniale e un divano a forma di divano con accesso diretto all'enorme balcone sul golfo! Il grande bagno principale dispone di ripiani in granito, cabina doccia, vasca idromassaggio e cabina armadio. Letto matrimoniale nella seconda camera da letto con un futon full size e letto matrimoniale nella terza camera da letto. Ogni camera ha la sua TV a schermo piatto! Grande cucina con elettrodomestici Wolfe di alta gamma in acciaio inossidabile, sotto zero, frigorifero su due lati e ripiani in granito. Enorme balcone privato con vasca idromassaggio privata e cucina estiva con vista sul Golfo con vista spettacolare sul tramonto e l'alba! Puoi grigliare sul tuo balcone privato mentre la tua famiglia è nella vasca idromassaggio! Abbiamo anche nuovissimi mobili da balcone che creano l'atmosfera perfetta! Il nostro balcone è unico e speciale! Il soggiorno ha un camino che si accende premendo un interruttore, una smart TV da 55 "e Netflix illimitato con un divano letto componibile e una sedia e metà con un letto singolo! Bellissimi arredi personalizzati e decorazioni con un'atmosfera leggera e ariosa. C'è un fiume pigro, due splendide piscine sul golfo, campi da tennis, parco giochi, spa e boutique, parcheggio coperto, centro fitness con vista sul golfo, due enormi piscine coperte, piscina per bambini e un bagno turco. Internet ad alta velocità gratuito! C'è anche un Tiki Bar and Grill a bordo piscina con musica dal vivo durante l'estate. Ci sono attività giornaliere pianificate per i bambini. Questo condominio non ha moquette - piastrelle in cucina, camera familiare e bagni con legno nelle camere da letto! Conserviamo anche 8 sedie a sdraio e molti ombrelloni nella nostra lavanderia per i nostri ospiti! Questa unità è adatta alle famiglie e lussuosa. 10 posti letto.

Beautiful unit. Excellent communication with host. The resort is great! Two outdoor pools, lazy river, indoor pool, very nice gym, tennis courts, and easy access to beach. Loved everything about it!

This condo was clean and well decorated; very cozy. Beds are comfortable and the walk in showers refreshing! Amazing view of the ocean and fresh salt air. Check in was simple.
Didn’t get to use the hot tub due to yearly maintenance - not a big deal at all, prefer the ocean.

Everything was great as expected. I would recommend a grab bar in bedroom to the left of the entrance shower. Shower floor n bathroom floor is slippery. Also there are several dishes that have chips and should be replaced. Loved the two coffee appliances and oven. The owners were extra helpful. Thank you.

We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was very well equipped for our needs. The grill did not have an igniter and 1/2 of the burners didn't work. It needs a little TLC. Other than that, it was fabulous! Will definitely recommend this condo!

The property was as advertised, nicely decorated, very comfortable and relaxing. The balcony is a dream with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great views. Owners are terrific. Very responsive, proactive and communicative. Definitely a place to visit again.

Just returned home from a fabulous stay at Turquoise Place. Everything from the communication with the owners to the exceptional condo and furnishings plus all the amenities was more that I could have hoped for. I wouldn't hesitate to book again this unit again, in fact we're all trying to coordinate vacation dates for 2024 already. In addition to the unit itself being fabulous, all the on site staff was excellent.

We had a fabulous stay! It’s a beautiful place with easy access to the beach and a beautiful balcony. We had a few questions during our stay and the owners were quick to reply. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was very good.
Our first morning we went to FloraBama Church and highly recommend it!
The furnishings at the condo we very nice and comfortable.
We were a little concerned about being in a high rise with a toddler but the elevators are so fast it was no problem at all.
I should have taken better note of the earlier comments about the construction next door. It wasn’t a big problem because we were at the beach a lot but it wasn’t pleasant on the balcony during the day.
The location is very close to the best and newest, great restaurants.
The beach service was wonderful.
The owner’s communication was great.
We would stay there again!!!!

Enjoyed this spacious property in Turquoise Place. We went to the beach every morning with our family including small grandchildren. Beautiful beach. We were able to go in for lunch and naps for the grandkids, then go to the lazy River or one of the pools in the afternoon. Snow cone place on property, and an ice cream place down the street. Good communication with our host, and had delicious food at several of her recommendations including Zeke’s, Cosmos and Cobalt.

This condo was super clean and just beautiful! Initially I was hesitant to book a high rise condo, but Turquoise Place is so nice we will definitely stay again. The fitness center was well-appointed, and although the development is very family-friendly, our family with 6 adults ranging from 25-55 loved it and had a great time!

This was our 30th wedding anniversary trip and we invited friends. The condo was more than big enough for 3 couples with all 3 bedrooms having king or queen beds and en-suite bathrooms. The balcony was great and again large enough for all of us. The hot tub on the balcony was a big hit. The only down side to the balcony was the construction going on but we were at the pool or the beach everyday so we only heard the noise for a little bit in the afternoon. But the view of the beach in the morning and evening were fantastic.I rented a Cabana at the pool one day. That was very convenient as it had a couch, kitchenette, TV (to watch the US Open) and a private bathroom. The pool and lazy river were great! Condo owner was great and very easy to work with and answered all my pre-travel questions. I would highly recommend!

Will definitely be back. I wish the pool in our side would have been open and our condos hot tub would have been open. But we do know the situation surrounding that. Eugene was awesome!! And the umbrella guys who set up the umbrellas from the condo were amazing!! They were helping people with their bags and wagons when they didn’t have to!! They definitely need kudos!

No hot tubs due to bacteria, C tower pool closed for construction, fountains not running due to bacteria, heater in lazy River broken, sauna and steam room out depending on the day, dish satellite in room intermittently worked.

This was the perfect condo for our friends getaway. Very clean, amazing kitchen with top of the line appliances and every utensil and dish we needed to eat several meals in the room. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony was top rate. Love this property and look forward to staying again in the near future.

Perfect for rest, relaxation and fun. You can relax on the balcony looking out at the gulf, enjoy Netflix or Dish, enjoy the amenities (pools, lazy river, tennis courts, outdoor games, restaurants, the beach, saunas, steam rooms, and hot tubs). The hot tub on the balcony wasn’t available for this trip, but we hope it will be on our next one. There’s so many things to do off the property (kayaking, bike riding, restaurants, parasailing and more!). The owners were so easy to communicate with.

Turquoise Place is a great property and this unit fits perfectly. Very clean, furnished and decorated. The kitchen was well stocked also. The hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. The tray of snacks were a nice touch. I will definitely seek this unit out again.

My family has stayed at Turquoise before and we love it! We were very bummed that absolutely nothing in our tower was open and the other tower had a few things closed as well…For the price I feel it let us down. We also had issues with the cleanliness of the master tub and master bedding. Hoping if we decide to Book again everything is working properly and in better condition.
