This was by far the BEST condo I have stayed at. I loved the decor and everything was avialable that we needed. It was amazing! The location on the 2nd floor was fantastic! I definitely would like to stay here again!!! THANK YOU!!!

As we were driving down to PCB area from Canada, we had a lot of questions. The owners were quite helpful and answered any questions that we had as well as some helpful beach knowledge. Check in was really easy, and security was quite helpful. The assigned parking spot is amazing as it's on the same floor as the unit we stayed in which makes moving things in from the car a snap (pro tip -> bring a beach cart for groceries!). The balcony view in my opinion can't be beat, and the location from the unit to the pool and the beach is AWESOME! Coffee in the am on the balcony was fantastic, and if you like plane watching you'll get some pretty cool fly-by's. Literally the only item I would suggest is for people to bring a beach tent, because you'll end up spending a lot more time on the beach than you think! Pack lots of suntan lotion and enjoy!

We loved this property. Perfect location, easy access from parking garage and to the pool. Very clean condo. Kitchen was stocked with spices and anything you would need for cooking. We will definitely be coming back!

Overall nice stay room was as it was listed property owners were great ! Loved the assigned parking spot nice to know you have a spot on your room floor level. Never used the elevator just a short flight of steps to pool and beach! Only negative thing would be property “security” needs to chill people are on vacation and paid good money to stay at this property had to give my drivers license for a luggage cart we had a cooler out by the pool and were told no coolers allowed they made such a big deal about it (nowhere in the pool rules does it say you can’t have a cooler) I believe this was property way of wanting guests to buy drinks from the tiki bar later that night kids were jumping and doing flips off the bridge into 4ft of water where was “security” then. They were telling some guests to get out of the hot tubs why I’m not sure guess they thought they’d been in long enough. Also the trash shoot was full and the trash room floor was covered in trash to the point it was spilling out into the walkway.

This is our second time booking this condo and it didn’t disappoint! We only had a few days this spring break to get away and this condo has everything our family of 5 needs . With convenient parking and easy access to the beach , pool/ hot tub area and Pineapple Willys . Alot of other options are within easy driving distance , everything is as listed and owners communicated with us and made sure our stay was going well and even made suggestions of things to do . I only wish we could have stayed longer ! Will be booking again !

I was impressed the moment I walked into the condo. It has a lovely hallway that opened up into the living area. That was an open concept with the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil or pan or dish we needed. The condo living area had such an enjoyable open space. The main focal point in the condo is definitely the positioning of the balcony to the ocean. We spent tons of time enjoying the view. The staff at the condo were equally friendly and helpful if needed.

Our stay was fantastic. This was the first time for my wife and I to visit the gulf shores of Fl. The condo was perfect, with new appliances and comfortable furnishings. The location is convenient to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and activities. The balcony is big and relaxing to sit and enjoy the sunsets. Check in was very easy and the security and staff were very friendly and helpful.
Owners Antonio and Cassandra were very accommodating in offering suggestions about restaurants, shopping, and places of interest. Antonio contacted us after we had checked in to insure everything was okay and offered his assistance on anything we might need during our stay.
We will definitely try to stay here again.

This was a last minute getaway for us. We looked at traveling to one of three different beaches the night before our trip. We contacted Cassandra & Antonio the morning we arrived about the beachfront condo that we decided on and it was that easy.
It was a first VRBO/ Condo experience for us and we literally packed our bags in and everything else was there and way more then we expected. Antonio called us when we got there walked us through getting into the resort and just like that we were officially on vacation.
It was that easy and a wonderful getaway!

This beach condo worked great for our little family of 4! There was enough space to have everyone sleep in their own spaces and mom and dad could still enjoy the balcony at bedtime ;)! The ocean front view was gorgeous and the resort had a great pool with very easy access the beach! Would stay again!

The owners were top notch when it came to questions, and the condo had everything we needed to make our much needed quick getaway a success! The staff on the property were helpful and kind for the most part, but there are a few rude and disrespectful ones in the group that you have to be prepared for! The bar and the grill at the pool closed down several times before actual closing time, so be prepared for that if you plan to eat or get drinks there. Again, the condo itself and the owners were more than we could have hoped for and we enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay at the Wave House... Cassandra and Antonio were excellent to us both times. We fell in love with the view from this condo when we stayed for our honeymoon in April; therefore, we booked it again during our stay to bring our kids back during the summer! Its truly wonderful, and since its on the second floor, its easy to come and go as you please. If you're reading this trying to narrow your choices down, choose Cassandra and Antonio to be your host... you wont regret it.

Our family of 6 (2 adults, 14yo, 8yo, 4yo, and 2yo) just spent a week here and it was fantastic! The unit was very clean and as described. The mattress and pillows on the bedroom bed were very comfortable and I loved the sheets! We slept great. The big kids used the bunks while the littles used the sofa bed. There is a closet in the bedroom that has extra pillows and sheets, and there’s room for luggage. The other closet contains beach chairs, toys, and towels. Be prepared for everyone to live out of suitcases as there aren’t any dressers. The bathrooms are very spacious. The kitchen is roomy, and the fridge, freezer, and ice maker work great. It had everything we needed to cook our few meals. The dishwasher worked great as it actually got dishes clean. The washer and dryer came in very handy! I also loved the touch of providing detergents, dryer sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. The unit was perfect for kids because there wasn’t anything for them to easily break! We enjoyed our view of the beach, even though we weren’t up high. We were very thankful to be on the 2nd floor to avoid the elevators. We used the stairs right next to the unit and just carried our wagon up and down. The parking spot on the second floor was also a huge plus. Antonio and Cassandra were attentive and helpful and easy to reach. If we come back to PCB, we will definitely book here again. I advise everyone to read reviews of the Shores of Panama for nuances and tips.

We just left PCB on Saturday. We stayed at the Shores for a week and it was a week of heaven. Our condo was great. Clean. Had everything we needed and then some. The boys all loved the condo and THE POOL. So convenient being on the second floor since it is a big resort but so worth it. Florida is my home away from home and this place just made it feel like home. It is close to everything you need. Shopping, eating out, activities for the kids and adults. We just had the best time and would definitely come back. Our host were amazing. Quick at answering any questions and they made the stay that much more enjoyable. Quick and easy checkin and checkout. Thank you for everything.

Great and clean place to book! The place is so nice, has a perfect view of the beach, very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony and having the best view of the ocean.. we sat out there a lot. Very functional for my family. They provided everything we could think of.. so we had no worries. They even had beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, toys, etc.. It made our stay a lot less stressful. The pool downstairs is very nice and has a great view of the beach as well. Great family environment and close to many things- Pineapple Willy’s right next door, Walmart right down the road, dipping dots very close, and many more things. Coffee and donut shop by lobby of resort & the coffee is very good! Will book here again and you should too!
