The hostess. She was the bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. Miss Dorothy was very courteous and tried her best to best to be helpful. She kept the place clean and was very attentive to the needs expressed. I also liked the location as it was in walking distance to most of the things I was interested in.

I did not like the apartment as it was extremely uncomfortable. There was not a comfortable place to sit in that apartment. The information in the advertisement was inaccurate and misleading. The ad. stated that there was a sofa-bed in the living area and two beds in the bedroom, this was not so; in the living area was a day bed and another single bed. The dining chairs were hard and uncomfortable. In the bedroom was a king-sized bed. Because of the discomfort I suffered a backache throughout my stay. The bathroom tub was too high and posed a risk of injury especially to seniors trying to step over it. The apartment on a whole needs to be updated. I would give this apartment two stars

Great location, close to shops and amenities. Apartment fitted with air conditioning and water heater for the shower. The hostess was pleasant and helpful. Provided parking for guests. WiFi available.

On arrival to the property, we had to wait for the hostess to arrive to let us in. She telephoned the owner of the property, who then insisted on cash payment, claiming that his card machine was not functioning. He was very apologetic, but in other reviews, I see where this had happened before. This was very inconvenient for me as I had to go immediately with the hostess to find a cash machine so that she could collect payment. It also felt a bit dangerous to be withdrawing that much cash in the middle of town and then handing it over. I also had not banked on paying with cash up front and was going to use my credit card, so i was left inconvenienced, being unsure whether I would have enough money to pay and then conduct my business. It would have been so much better if honest communication was done prior to arrival so that I would have been prepared to pay cash.

It was nice. It was actually like a little apartment. Everything u may need is also walking distance away. The room was really nice as well.

The tv in the single room was broken and the ac in the room with the two sofa beds wasn’t able to turn up nor down. It was at first but then the remote stopped working.

I didn't get chance to enjoy anything that the resort had to offer due to the owners inflexible policies of not accepting bank cards which is clearly misleading on your website prior to booking..your site implies that this is a resort but it is made up of individually owned owners who no doubt have their own policies.

Due to their policy my weeks stay was totally ruined and actually caused me a financial loss as I was having to withdraw cash on a daily basis with a limit I could withdraw daily..I then tried to send £2000 to myself Via western union resulting in my bank blocking my cards.that took 3 days to sort out leaving me with no cash to buy food or eat out...I had to buy a local phone contract to try to speak to my bank in UK..but kept getting timed out waiting ..I could not speak to owner direct.but only via housekeeper Dorothy..at no time did I have their phone number or addresses..they were only concerned I paid up and were not concerned about my predicament..Dorothy was left in the middle doing their dirty work..this is clearly a tax evasion or money laundering scheme and I will be pursuing this further.I am here 6 weeks..I have now found a nicer resort,which is cleaner and cheaper and accepts cards..perhaps I can now start to enjoy my holiday...you should do something about this owner...he will get you a bad reputation and I demand compensation.

Excellent prime prime location! Everything was extremely close. Groceries, supermarkets, the beach. Everything! The Wifi was excellent. The pool on the property was clean and with lifeguard at all times. Free access to the Ocho Rios beach was an added bonus. The smart tv really helped kids wind down every night. ​Great place. Will stay again

Kitchen was a bit small but had all the necessities needed.

The property was clean & conveniently located to most things. All employees were friendly & helpful. Especially in the restaurant..Denworth & the restaurant staff made sure the food and service was great!

Well I didn't try the food but I like the location and the ambiance.
