we were give a room that we did not reserve. when we asked for the condo we reserved we were told that the owner is in town and is occupying it. the fan in room made a lot of noise. when maintenance came the said motor is gone and it had to be replaced. the ac unit was draining water and soaked everything we had on dressed that night. it had to be changed. the shower and face basin was clogged. maintenance came and unclogged the next day. there were so much guck and grime take out I was sick to my stomach. I was afraid to get back in the shower. the maintenance person said he sanitized and bleach the shower but I am anger that I took a shower the first night with the water on my feet. I attempted to reach housekeeping a couple times but could not call out and they did not have a phone in room so we never saw housekeeping the 4 days were were there. no change of towels.

Very good location, staff were friendly and helpful. When we got there our room wasn’t ready so they upgraded was to a better room with no extra charge, was very nice of them

The apartment was well kept. Clean and comfortable to sleep. Checking in was as easy as getting a code for the door.

It rained everyday while we stayed and there were leaks coming from the hall window and the first left bedroom window. We had to place towels on the floor or the floors would accumulate a lot of water. I called the owner and was told that he would send maintenance but they never came. The TVs were smart TVs, but they are extremely slow so trying to watch a movie on neflix was frustrating. Especially the one in the living room. I love to cook for myself and my woman but there was no chopping board for meat etc. There was no blender, so if you plan to make smoothies or natural juice, you might have to request that ahead of time. There are only 3 pots. 2 big, 1 small. only one pot cover for both big pots. The stove was also too small to hold both pots so cooking felt really clustered. Overall, everything worked. The bathroom was clean and the bedroom was comfortable but it didn’t feel like a spot to live in for the almost 2 weeks we spent there.

For the time we spent at this resort it was quite good. The place is very clean and the staff is fairly friendly.

I enjoyed the room itself, it was clean and tidy.

MYSELF AND MY GUESTS DID NOT FEEL SAFE HERE!! ASSAULTS ARE CONSIDERED ACCEPTABLE HERE. On the night we arrived there was an altercation of assault that occurred at the bar area near the pool where 4 men who were NOT hotel guests (yes they allow any locals to walk in and use the facilities) jumped and attacked one gentleman. Stabbed him in the face with a fork and bottled him - the manager confirmed the assault was caught on camera. Security was present and did absolutely NOTHING. Security also got into a physical altercation with a male who seemed to be working at the hotel as he helped to close up late that evening. Police came about 2.5-3 hours after the incident had taken place and by that time the attacked male had to be taken to the hospital. When I spoke to the property manager and the on site manager about the incident and how we could be compensated for such a disgraceful and horrid experience they replied by saying “you were not the one that was attacked so unfortunately there is nothing we can do”. The manager proceeded to tell me that “these are the sort of things that happen sometimes”. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. We have video evidence of the events of that night. With regards to the room, the safe didn’t close and therefore I wasn’t comfortable leaving my valuables in the room. Furthermore, the tiles on the balcony were chipped/broken which is a complete health hazard. The shower had an overhead and hand held function, both of which would run simultaneously and there was no option to just use one or the other. The sofa bed had minimal bedding and only one pillow was provided so we had to request a second one. The staff took FOREVER to bring anything we requested (towels, face rags etc). Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND NOR SHOULD ANY OF YOU. I will be reporting this property to booking.com themselves to let them know what they are listing on their platform.

I stayed for 5 days, no housekeeper came, only 2 part of the stove top was working, it was a different room from the one that was advertised, the place was not clean, bathroom smelled from just stepped in.

The apartment was very clean, reflect what is in the pictures, and comfortable.

The music at the bar /pool area was inappropriate for kids.

Very clean and close to the all amenities. Pool and beach are bonus kids loved it very family oriented ans the staff are friendly. Apartment has everything that you will need except Food you provide that.
