We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. For a family of 4 it was very spacious and comfortable. Although remote Charmaine took very good care of us!

The apartment was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped which we loved. Our favourite spot was the balcony which comfortably seated our group of six. The pictures didn’t do it justice because it was much nicer in person. We also enjoyed our time at the pool. The owner was nice. She checked to ensure that our stay was going well and that we were comfortable. She was accessible all throughout from the moment we made our reservation to when we checked out. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this place.

This property was great, landscaping well kept, pool cleaned daily . I love the fact that the security guards doesn’t just let anyone in: verification on point here. I felt very safe staying here.

The fact that there’s no elevator and my stay was on the third floor, the very steep hill to go up and down to get to the property.

Accessible to nice attractions beaches, parks and shopping, clean and spacious rooms. Nice balcony dining. Large bathroom with fine jet shower, so relaxing.

A fantastic location with access to shopping and tourist attractions. A clean, comfortable and well appointed property with a helpful host. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Charmaine was absolutely wonderful. Best communication and very caring about our stay. It makes you feel like you're staying at a friends vacation home. The room was very comfortable and the view was beautiful. I didn't see Grace but she was attentive as well. I would definitely stay here again. The pool and bar was great for night relaxing.

I booked for my birthday weekends and it was superb. love the rooms, the bed is super comfy. I’m in love with the pool and the view from the balcony is nice. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone.

The fact that the pool closes at a certain time and one of the security was disrespectful but apart from that I loved it

The location was easy to find and was breathtaking plus right in the middle of all the places I wanted to visit. We enjoyed the pool, the mirrors were lovely for our group pictures, bathroom was wonderful and it had hot water, AC in every area and was working, the host was very responsive and held my hand throughout the entire experience.

Excellent properly, excellent Host. It felt like gone away from home, very comfortable and Clean. Will definitely rent again. Highly recommended

The apartment was exactly how I had imagine!! Clean facility, comfy beds and a peaceful surrounding... I totally recommend staying at Charmaine's apartment for she has a lovely personalty and checks up on you to make sure your comfortable when you stay there!!! I 100000% HIGHLY RECOMMEND..

The location was superb! Right next to Dunns River and walking distance to Ochos Rios. The Jerk Chicken restaurant was only a few minutes walk away. Everyone was so friendly. Contact and instructions from the owner were brilliant. the air conditioning was also good. Paying the deposit and getting this returned was very straight forward.

I love the overall structure of the apartment, ambient, the color theme of the kitchen, the pool was amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were amazing. The location is convenient, close to the restaurant, supermarkets and the town in general. Definitely going back again

This is an excellent place with an extra ordinary host. It’s a paradise as it’s rightly named and great for families. Charmaine made the experience even more fantastic just being there every step of the way and checking in on us. It’s definitely a plus and I will certainly be back. It’s soooooo comfortable and homely. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Charmaine your truly amazing and so is your place. Keep doing good❤️

1.The Quietness and the space of the property 2. The owner of the place was very pleasant even though we didn't start out good but she was very helpful and concern about our stay Charmaine checked to see if we were checked in and comfortable and if everything was to our liking and to confirm if everything works.

Wasn't at the premises for most of the time I booked but our intention was to sleep there but go out for fun... So I wasn't taking notice of the likes and dislikes
