CLEAN and NEWLY Renovated! Relaxed and Fun Decor. 2B/2B with W/D
Vieni a scoprire quanto può essere rilassante la tua vacanza al mare con alloggi divertenti e spensierati. Sia che ti piaccia il tuo "divertimento al sole" sulle candide spiagge bianche o semplicemente nuoti in piscina, creare ricordi divertenti in un'atmosfera rilassante è fondamentale. Tutto è incluso e il nostro condominio è situato in posizione centrale, quindi tutto è conveniente.
Abbiamo recentemente rinnovato l'intero condominio utilizzando gli splendidi colori da spiaggia di blu, verde e sabbia. La nostra unità dispone di 2 camere da letto con enormi armadi e 6 posti letto. Il letto supplementare per altri 2 è disponibile su un divano letto pieghevole. Il numero massimo di adulti è 6. La camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale. La seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e una serie di letti a castello. La TV è in tutte e due le camere. C'è un bagno completo al largo del Maestro. Secondo bagno con cabina doccia fuori dal corridoio.
La cucina recentemente rinnovata ha nuovi mobili da cucina e ripiani in silestone. È completamente attrezzato con caffettiera, tostapane, piastra, mixer e frullatore. Basta portare i propri snack, bevande e generi alimentari e il gioco è fatto. Se ti piace cucinare, è sempre divertente grigliare pesce o gamberi sulla griglia elettrica all'aperto.
La nostra unità si trova nel mezzo del complesso di fronte alla piscina. Sei a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla laguna dove i bambini (anche gli adulti) si divertono a dare da mangiare alle anatre. Il parcheggio coperto è disponibile per 1 auto. Ci è consentito anche 1 posto auto aggiuntivo.
Siamo situati a 3 miglia a est della zona di Boardwalk e Casino Beach, dove si trovano negozi, attività notturne e numerosi ottimi ristoranti. Durante l'estate è disponibile un carrello per il divertimento e la facilità di viaggio.

C'è molto da fare a Pensacola dallo shopping alla visita del sito, alla visita all'Old Fort Pickens e alla National Seashore e simili. C'è un evento di osservazione delle stelle gratuito alcuni fine settimana e almeno un concerto ogni settimana. E, naturalmente, assolutamente da vedere è una visita al Museo dell'aviazione navale presso la stazione aerea navale. I visitatori possono assistere agli allenamenti di Blue Angles alcuni mercoledì. Il centro visitatori si trova sulla spiaggia e sulla terraferma poco prima di attraversare il ponte 3 Mile per Gulf Breeze. Un negozio di generi alimentari Publix e Market Walmart si trova a Gulf Breeze poco prima di attraversare il secondo ponte per la spiaggia.

Ms. Moshell was amazing! This condo was beautifully decorated and neat and clean. Had every amenity a family could possibly want! The walk to the beach was totally awesome. Everyone in Pensacola was so nice! Glow paddle and blue angel dolphin tour a must! We didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend!!

The property was great and had everything we needed. The showers were full of presssure and hot water. The downside is that its on the 2nd floor and no elevator so navagating a 2 year old and a husband with a bad knee was tricky.

This condo was amazing!! I stayed 4 weeks and I didn’t want to leave. Perfect location…. Very short and easy walk to the beach. Everything that you would need is provided and even more. Sheron was wonderful and quick to respond to any questions that I might have.

The condo exceeded our expectations. We’ve stayed at several beach properties in the past but Sheron’s place was the best ! I have to give compliments to the cleaning staff I have never had a rental home be as clean as I do my own. This was amazing especially at a beach location . The place was beautifully decorated and Sheron thought of everything you’d need for a perfect stress free stay. Thank you for sharing your home .

This condo was perfect for my family! Very short walk to the beach and it was a very quiet community. The beach wasn’t crowded either since it was a couple of miles from the more touristy area. The listing was exactly as it is posted. The owners are very nice and responded very quickly! My kids, my husband, and myself all had a blast and would definitely choose to rent this condo out again in the future!

The place was the perfect size for our family of 6. There was plenty of sleeping room and two bathrooms were perfect. It was very clean and quiet since it’s on the top floor. It’s a short walk to the beach, which is also amazing. The nice part about being on this part of the beach is that it’s not nearly as busy as it is around the pier area. Our children rated it as their favorite vacation ever. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Pensacola.

My sisters and I (60+) enjoyed a short stay to visit and soak up our fav beach in Florida! The condo is beautifully renovated with beachy decor, awesome appliances and comfy beds. We managed the stairs just fine along with a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and we hope to return and stay longer!

Paradise
The place was amazing! Very clean and spacious, far enough away from the crowds and hotels. But still close to all the yummy restaurants and fun activities. Beach is so close which is great when hauling all the chairs, cooler, and toys needed for a day at the beach!!!

Relaxing stay
First of all, this place is so close to beach that I fell in love, I’ve stayed in several beach resorts and I always felt so tired because the walk to and from condo including elevator is exausting. I know it’s not facing the ocean but I promise you won’t be disappointed.
The condo is great, kitchen is fully equipped, lots of towels, even beach towels are offered, I will definitely come back, this place is a gem!

Great location!
Great condo with plenty of room, super close to pool and beach. Everything was clean with easy check in and check out process. The only con, which is not the fault of the owner, is that the parking lot was severely flooded. Everything else was great.

We stayed one night while we were traveling from Texas to the Keys. It was a great location, steps away from the beach and very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Nice little community
The first thing we noticed was how nice and clean the unit smelled and looked. It’s nearly impossible to find a beach rental that doesn’t have “some” sand on the floor, but this one had ZERO! The owner was a peach to communicate with, and this unit had everything you could possibly need. Pack light! This community is also on the east side, about three miles away from the “Y” in the road where all the hustle and bustle is which makes for a VERY un-crowded beach! We had maybe 10 people total on the beach with us during Memorial Day weekend. We will be returning!

Cute and Cozy
The Condo was cute, well maintained and up to date. This location is so so nice, one of the best beach areas. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and dish towels. Would be nice to have washing machine detergent/supplies, buying some at the store isnt practical (so much leftover). Also, only one roll of toilet tissue is allotted per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, inconvenient to purchase more and leave behind unused…be sure to verify WiFi password, the checkin sheet was not up to date for our stay. Really a nice cozy (smallish living space, but spacious bedrooms) condo, in a great location.

This little place sure packs a big welcome! It has everything that you could want/need for your vacation. The owner was unbelievably accommodating! Steps away from the Gulf, nice pool, beautiful grounds. We will definitely stay here again!

Just steps away from the beach but speaking of “steps” we were on the 2nd floor and there wasn’t an elevator so bringing our belongings up and down the stairs was a challenge but the property itself overall was great

Great condo
We spent a great week here in early August. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Pretty short walk to the beach. It should be noted that you have to walk up two flights of stairs - no elevator- which is not a big deal if you have no health concerns. We were fine with it. The owner was nice and responsive. We would stay here again.
