This penthouse on the 52nd floor in the corner with 180° view was simply amazing. The accommodations at this resort are five star. The staff was friendly, and the host was very reachable and answered all of our questions. PS – the valet parking was free. You just need to tip.

We stayed at this property while we attended a wedding in Vegas one weekend. The place was a great find! We love that the Vdara doesn't have a casino in it (we aren't gamblers) - it made it easy to navigate and a lot less crowded. The room was on the 52 floor and was so quiet (a recent stay at the Cosmopolitan had thumping music outside our room all day every day!). The view was lovely, even without all views being of the strip. We loved having the windows open (after the sun went behind Aria so it didn't heat up too much). The bed was comfortable, as was the living space. Vegas is not our favorite spot, but if we come back, we'll definitely be looking to rent this place again!

Our stay was really sad( It was New Year but AC in our room was broken and it was so so freezing. We call to reception 3 times and waiting more than 1hour before somebody come and said AC does not work. we have some food but no forks, no kneef, no plates, no glass in our room despite room has dishwasher ( nonsense) One great thing it is the view, but they said to close all windows because cold outside and AC dos not work. we are very disappointed((( and frozen to death. Happy New Year for us with champagne and no glasses((( why the room has dish washer and has no plates and forks?)

We booked this property ( paid in full /no refund) about 1 year in advance (Oct. 14, 2022) to be prepared for this event. The Host even emailed me the same day to confirm for Oct. 20, 2023. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn't find the reservation. As it turns out, Host had double booked this property and had not sent our reservation in at all.
The Host did not take responsibility and did not help assist to rectify the issue at all by booking us something similar to make up for their mistake. He continued to deny responsibility and claim it was all VRBO's fault.
Host said "This isn't the first time this happened to us through VRBO."
The host had claimed to Owner's Manager that he was going to book us somewhere else to rectify the situation and sent him down to assure us. Turns out he did not do that. We had to book our own hotel last minute with prices TRIPLE what we originally paid. When we informed the owner of what we were able to find he reported he "would not be able to cover that expense" and would call us tomorrow. Then he stopped responding. It's been 3 days and haven't heard anything back since.

I had an terrible experience with this reservation, both with the host and then trying to resolve with Vrbo.
I first tried to contact the host 4 days prior check in and received no response. I then reached out to Vdara directly to see if they had my booking on file but it couldn’t be found. I spent the next several days on the phone with Vdara (to search for my booking) and Vrbo to raise my concerns. I was trying to avoid a situation where I would be in the hotel lobby at check in without a reservation… As well, I came across a very concerning review that had been posted days before my arrival. When I spoke with Vrbo and reached out to the host, I advised that I needed absolute confirmation that it would not be an issue upon check in. Vrbo only told me that people exaggerate in their reviews. I called the morning of my departure and Vdara still didn’t have my booking information and Vrbo told me that there was nothing that they could do until it was actually an issue at check-in time at 4 pm. I then had to turn roaming on my phone to contact Vrbo again and seek resolution for this. They booked me a hotel room for half the value that I paid per night on Vrbo for ONE night because they wanted to give the host additional opportunity to rectify and provide check in instructions. The following morning we had reservations that we had to cancel to resolve this and had to check out of our room and I spent hours on the phone with Vrbo looking for someone to help me. Once I finally got through the agent could only tell me I had to wait for an email from their claims team. At this point I am only begging for a refund so I can make my own alternate arrangements. Vrbo says that they have a ‘book with confidence guarantee’ and in the event that your reservation falls through they will help you find alternate accommodations. Know that this host is completely unreliable and caused a huge disruption to my trip, and that Vrbo will do the bare minimum if anything to resolve for you. Buyer beware

What a nightmare we had. When we showed up to check in, the manager came to tell us the rom was completely trashed from previous renters and had no idea when it would be ready to be occupied, and if it would be occupiable. No rooms available to move us to, as there were many events going on in Vegas, and we tried other properties as well. The owner promised to refund us and that has yet to be done almost a week later. We did get in after 8pm and it was was so disgusting and the smell of blood, cigarettes and cigars like someone holed up there for several days chain smoking. Carpet had stains everywhere, half the bed was broke and sagging, body fluids on the windows. I could go on and on. We went back out as it was impossible to breathe in the room, and came back at midnight, crashed and checked out before 9am. The owner has completely ghosted me after promising a refund ( I even sent pictures of the damage so he could charge the people who did this) The staff and Manager at Vdarra were so disgusted by the situation and had there been another room available they would have put us in there. I would never rent this room knowing how the owner has treated the situation, he obviously does not care about the stay of his guests. We will always stay at Aria or the Wynn where they take care of their guests.

Excellent Las Vegas CityCenter Views!
As you enter this Suite and open all shades from the windows, the views of Las Vegas and surrounding areas are amazing! We arrived at night..The suite was clean and had ample space for our family of 5. We brought our own utensils and items for kitchen use. The Vdara does provide this extra items but at a cost..I recommend this SkyVilla Suite to anyone.

Great March Stay
We had a great stay 3/17 - 3/21. The property was just as pictured and had an amazing view. This is the second time we've stayed at Vdara and first in bigger suite. You definitely can't beat the location. We loved being attached to the Bellagio and the Aria and the strip is right there for all exploring needs. Best tip from this trip was the spa. We made reservations the day we checked out because we had a really late flight. When you have reservations for the spa, you can use the facility all day, so we were able to get freshened up before we had to leave for the airport. The spa services were fantastic. Great stay!

Great place, non smoking , no casino is a plus , there are casinos all around (Aria, Bellagio, Cosmo - all within 5 mins walk from lobby.
Highest light : the view from the windows including the strip and bellagio fountains.
Low light: don’t expect any thing stocked here. Thought it has a kitchen, washer/dryer there is nothing in kitchen, from knife, salt, pepper etc. don’t think it’s a big deal as long as you count a grocery shopping before you are fully settled.

Amazing views!
Property was as nice as the listing says it is. The free parking was a great addition too. I loved that there is not a casino in this hotel. After the craziness of being on the strip we came back to a calm relaxing hotel.
Only complaint was the bed is very uncomfortable. I think it’s even broken. Everytime we sat on it there was a cracking noise.

A bird's-eye view of all the excitement and drama of the strip below....It doesn't have to end when return to your room....From sunrise to sunset....you will have the best views of the strip....and Bellagio fountain ..... to be had anywhere!

Property was beautiful and spacious! Blinds were not working and maintenance came and fixed them immediately. Only disappointment was that the kitchen cabinets and cupboards were bare…not a dish, piece of silverware nor towels or dish soap. Would have been nice to have the kitchen furnished.

The views were great from the room, but the space is smaller than expected. Our blinds didn’t all work correctly, they left no plates or bowls or any dish ware other than a few glasses. Definitely not worth the price.

Excellent get away
Amazing condo on 52nd floor with gorgeous view on strip and Bellagio fountain. Everything was exactly as described. We had very comfortable stay. The view from the room was beautiful, room was clean and updated. Easy walkway to Bellagio and to the strip. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you !

Convenient Location and Amazing Views
This property had amazing views on all 3 sides of the building and was conveniently located. Although it was tight for 5 of us, we enjoyed our stay and convenience. The front desk check-in process took more than 30 minutes (only 2-3 clerks working at the time), but once we got checked in, we settled in and relaxed. We opted NOT to pay the extra $40 for a rollaway bed, so our younger 2 kids slept on the floor. Limited convenient breakfast options during Covid, but pricy options available at the only shop open in the lobby. Starbucks was closed, again assuming due to Covid scale-back.

Most fantastic hotel there is in Vegas!
I want to start by saying, Vegas has lots of smells. As someone that doesn't smoke or do the ganja, I appreciate how awesome this hotel smells. The lobby is great, room is great! Everyone is extremely nice, the hotel is clean. Walk outside and smell all the marijuana being smoked EVERYWHERE, then go into a casino and come out smelling like you rolled in a giant ashtray. Even the bunnies I ordered smelled better!! Great stay though really!!

Perfect for our family of 5!
It is really hard to find something at a good price in Las Vegas near the strip for five people. This was a great place for our family with children. The hotel and room is very clean and easy to access the strip by walking through the Bellagio. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool a couple of afternoons. We were able to walk, even with the six-year-old, towards both ends of the strip easily.
The views are absolutely amazing! We enjoyed watching the sunrise over the mountains. You can see almost all of Las Vegas from the room. The bathtub was a great place to soak and see the lights at night!
Having a full kitchen was very convenient! And having a half bath with five people in the room was great. We will definitely be back if we visit Vegas again.

Spacious with a spectacular view!
This SkyVilla on the 52nd floor of the Vdara was an end unit with truly spectacular wrap-around views. It was impeccably clean, comfortable and quite spacious. I also loved the location of the Vdara - just far enough back to be quiet. My only truly minor negative comment would be that we did not order up a coffee maker or mugs, and thus I had to wait until going out to breakfast for my first cup or until my husband ran down to the Starbucks - which was basically at the foot of the elevator! I would definitely recommend this unit.

LOVE this place! Great location, right next door to the Bellagio with great view for the fountain show. Super clean, spacious and hotel staff will assist with any needs. I'll not stay anywhere else next time I'm in Vegas. One other thing to note is that when it comes to sleeping arrangements this apartment is more comfortable for max 4 people

Amazing View & Great Location!
Just came off of an amazing stay here! Valentin was kind and gracious, and was very timely in assisting with all check-in logistics and arrangements. The room has a gorgeous view of the strip, and you can actually see the Bellagio fountains from the room! The space is cleaning and updated, and priced very below market value. An additional value add is the indoor walking tunnel to the Bellagio itself.
