Perfect location just walked straight through

Met all expectations and very convenient for airport. I liked the rooftop bar which was very relaxing. Food and drinks were excellent.

Location was perfect for our needs - we needed dinner and the dining room was excellent.

Typical airport hotel! Not luxurious but nice enough for an overnight stay. Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but in canteen - like area. However, it cannot be faulted for providing just what is necessary for an overnight stay at LHR terminal 3.

Rather uninteresting decor.

Perfect location, obviously, for flight onward from Heathrow. Great view from the room, great view from the top floor bar area. Extremely comfortable bed giving a good nights sleep before early morning onward flight. Used the gym for a quick hour, included a Peloton bike! All good.

Perhaps the price of food & drinks at the bar, but then it was more than half expected given the location, in a sort of 'we've got you here now' situation.

The chairs in the Apron Bar are good to lay back and enjoy a drink however they are uncomfortable to sit up to eat. No draught ales. Bottled options were limited.

Perfect location for flying out of Heathrow! Walking distance to our gate! Quiet and comfortable!

We searched for the Entrance. Other services staff directed us through the underground car park. The hotel name advertising on the car park pillars was not seen.

Location is excellent for an early morning flight. Clean, tidy and well equipped rooms as you would expect. Food was surprisingly good, considerably better than other on-site LHR hotels.

Signposting to the hotel within the airport is a bit hit and miss.

Good location for terminal 2/3 - 3 is a bit of a long walk. Very comfortable rooms and really like the Runway Bar - excellent food! Very comfy bed. It's really quiet for the location.

It's a bit pricy! I managed the lifts this time but they can be confusing - met a couple who had travelled the lift up and down! Can be a bit busy at reception but it's next to Heathrow, so to be expected.

The location was perfect with easy access to the Underground to London and convenience of Airport Access

The hotel was a bit pricey and there is no lunch offerings

So nice to be right at the airport after a weeks stay in the UK. It made traveling home easy.

Perfect location for early morning flight from terminal 2. Very easy access to bag drop etc. Loved the views over the runway and the rooftop bar. Very comfortable bed and large TV.

We had a fire alarm going off around 2:30am and had to evacuate. It was, however, quickly resolved and we got to return to our rooms. They seemed well prepared for such an event.

Perfect view of the runway. I barely watched television because I was watching the planes take off and land. It was amazing! Highly recommended for the plane enthusiast. Would definitely stay again!

It obviously has the best location for terminal 2 long haul flights and once there you have everything you need. very comfortable and clean

Being the only hotel in that close vicinity you have to obviously pay a premium. the skybar is a great place but its like having another weeks holiday somewhere else having one night there. We had holidayed in Portugal and spain and so getting back to London prices were a shock but a timely reminder to head back and be ready for Australia. i feel they have a monopoly and use it and yes i would probably stay again because you are paying for the convenience of walking out the door. Very quiet hotel top marks on the engineers and designers as you have trains and planes around you
