The condo itself was spectacular. Parking was the only pitfall. Property management needs to figure how to add more parking spaces.

This is a nice condo, however parking was an issue. You had to be in the condo by a certain time to insure getting a space. Would have preferred having an owner space. The full bed was a little uncomfortable but we prefer a little harder one. Also would have liked a tv in this room. But the condo was clean with a nice beach front view.

This condo is perfectly located in Orange Beach. The condo has every amenity a family needs for a perfect vacation. Great communication with the owner. Stress free VRBO vacation!

The location was perfect! We were close to beach, pool and pickle ball courts. Across the street there were shops, and food. The condo was very clean!

This is not our first time staying in this condo. We love it. My son has made and kept friends here every time we have been here. The only thing that is quite bothersome is the inability to park on site. However, Ms. Sally did help us out on us not being able to park at the condo. This place is great. Can't wait to stay again!!

The condo was very accommodating. It was stocked with everything we would need. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The organization of it was wonderful. There were labels everywhere so you knew what was available, where it went after it was used and which switches turned on the lights or fans. My only semi-negative comments are there is no sign telling you where or who to see at check in. There is a room by the indoor pool that I found out later, that is check in with security but there were no hours or sign that said so. And there was no sign that stated the code for the beach gate. Besides those 2 small things that were easily found out, everything was great. Sally was very helpful with questions.

We enjoyed our stay at The Enclave. Everything was nice and big enough for our while family. The balcony over looking the beach and the pool was perfect.

The condo itself was great. Plenty of room. Easy to communicate w owner. Parking was a definite premium. Grocery store right across the street and husband walked across one night to get essentials because we knew if we moved the car we wouldn’t find a parking spot when we got back. There was some trash on the balcony at checkin. Not a big deal and it could have fallen from balcony above. I will say there were quite a few young vacationers at the property not 25 and over. It was LOUD with lots of conflicting music blaring from balconies and most definitely from the pool which is right below. The only peaceful times on the balcony were early mornings or late nights. Also lots of cigarette smoke wafting from other balconies -NOT a smoke free property and STRONG weed smell multiple times. Most definitely a spring break college vibe when we were there and not a family friendly feel. Loud cursing from pool and other balcony areas. High ticket price for the atmosphere we experienced. I watched two different times people wander up from the beach and wait at the gate- where you have to put in a code- and someone from the property would let them in, and they would proceed to use the pool even though they were not paying guests. Seems like the security guard needs to be on the property at all times and not just after 4pm. Elevators were fast, but the unit is on 2nd floor so not really needed. Overall, condo itself was great and comfortable but atmosphere was not very family friendly.

ALL GOOD EXCEPT FOR PARKING!!!!! AFRAID TO LEAVE BECAUSE WHEN YOU CAME BACK NO PARKING AVAILABLE. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE.

Perfect for our family
We had 8 adults staying, so the number of rooms and bathrooms worked out great. It’s a very short and easy walk out to the beach, and the location is great. We had one issue during our stay, and maintenance fixed it the same day; Sally is also very nice and responsive. The room is spacious and was nice and clean when we arrived, and it has a nice view of the beach. Everything was perfect!

Love the condo itself and we love the location. The floors were not clean when we arrived and had to immediately sweep up sand especially in the bedrooms. The sliding doors in the living room need to be fixed. Very difficult to slide. The parking situation is not good. There are 40 condos and 70 parking spaces. So, if everyone staying receives 2 passes there is not room for everyone to park. Parking across the street behind Walmart is inconvenient especially if it is late at night and pouring down rain, plus it costs $20 for 12 hours. Could get really expensive for the week.

Owner was outstanding! Very clean, nice new pool, convenient to everything! But, don’t check in on a Saturday that’s Memorial Day weekend, it’s a hassle to park.

Family favorite
Our family loves the Alabama coast. The condo met our needs perfectly. The indoor pool (not something we’ve ever had before) was a great amenity with the inclement weather. and the new zero entry pool was beautiful! Thank you for a week of great family memories!

Great family vacation
This condo and location provided the perfect family vacation for family from Texas and Ohio. Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 children in our family. We loved the separation of space (grandparents stayed in the master) with the balcony overlooking the ocean. Second floor felt safe and was only a short walk to the beach. Groceries and souvenir shopping right across the street, great restaurants a short ride away. Communications and info from the owner (Sally) was easy, timely and clear. Appreciate all the “extras” that were provided: trash bags, soap, linens, towels, beach chairs, beach toys, Netflix, coffee maker, ice maker, high chair, etc. We would definitely consider returning!! Orange Beach is beautiful and peaceful. Even during Spring Break, it wasn’t too crowded or noisy. Loved it!

Excellent in every way
Everything met and exceeded expectations. Access to the white-sand beach from the second floor can't be beat. The four bedrooms and three baths perfectly accommodated our group of eight. Owner was very communicative and attentive to all our needs. An excellent stay in every way!

September Family Reunion
My husband and I, along with our adult children and their kids, spent a week in this condo during the first half of September, 2021.
Sally called me after making the reservation, and we had a nice chat. She is very polite, and thanked me for reserving her condo. Anytime I had a question, all I had to do was text her. She responded each time and answered all my questions.
The condo was just as advertised. We had four comfortable bedrooms, a high chair and a pack and play (which we did use), a kitchen that was very well stocked with all kinds of cooking items and dishes, and everyone's favorite: the balcony! It is close to the beach and pool. The outside closet has a lot of beach toys, which was a nice extra. Additionally, there is a grocery across the road, which we walked to in order to get all our groceries for the week.
The area of Orange Beach, AL is also a perfect place for a family vacation. It has a beautiful beach, things to do that are not "beachy", and is not as crowded as other areas around the Gulf. The only thing I would recommend is to call restaurants ahead of a visit, as a lot of them had closed dining rooms due to lack of workers.
All in all, I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable visit.

Fun in the sun

We love it here!
This was our 2nd time staying in unit 204 and our 4th time at the Enclave. Sally has thought of every detail. The elevators can get crowded so it’s nice to only have to walk up one flight of stairs.

Owner was friendly but will not use again
I arrived to commercial fans, moved furniture and removed baseboards. I was very unhappy walking into such a situation. Elevator was out a good bit of time and tennis courts were blocked off. I was very unhappy. Sally was friendly but I will not use again. We paid way to much for that inconvenience.

Even better than the pictures
This condo had everything we needed. It was obvious the owner put a lot of thought into equipping the place so that visitors could have the best possible experiences. All the little touches were much appreciated. And communication with Sally was the best I’ve ever experienced with a VRBO owner.
Location was perfect. The walk to the beach was super short. Views from the second floor were great, and gave the convenience of using stairs when elevators were busy.
Beds were very comfortable.

Great first week of May 2021
The condo unit was great and very well equipped. Sally was fantastic with timely communications and furnishing all the info we needed for easy check-in, parking etc. She was very generous with the basic supplies and we hardly had to buy anything but the food. The complex is still dealing with a few remaining reconstruction issues from the hurricane last Fall like the tennis court still not being open but I'm sure that will all be completed soon. Nice new pool and paver deck and the beach was fantastic.

Sally is the best hostess. Very responsive. She has everything you need for your stay in the condo. The beach is clean, white sand, dolphin sighting daily. Lots of stores and reataurants close enough to walk to. We will love to stay here again!

Spring Break 2021
We had 7 adults and a toddler and the condo provided plenty of space. The condo is better in person than the pictures. Location was perfect for the beach, pool, food, and shops close by. Would definitely stay again!

We had the most amazing week with family. Our condo was beautiful and perfect for our family.
Sallie kept in touch from the beginning. She answered questions, offered great tips. The condo is beautiful and spacious, each couple had a bedroom and kids bunked together. Kitchen is set up for cooking. Beautiful view of the beach and pool. Convenient to grocery store and restaurants. Most amazing family vacation vacation with kids and grandkids. Memories made we will cherish for a lifetime!!
