The location is too good
Isn’t of having a word with customer care of booking.com where the adviser clearly stated we can check in by 9AM but still v were charged ₹500 extra for early check in and we were not allowed to go out of the property after 12AM

The staff was not cooperative. Asked for extra money for better room, however didn't provide good room. The picture shown in deluxe room is not the same room they provide.

We didn't stay at property although it had swimming pool.
Rude and drunk property manager. He informed that he doesn't take online bookings then said rooms are full, later said tariff through online is low. Ultimately an extremely bad experience after driving almost 60 km to reach property

Owners not treating oyo customer as customer they don't want to be oyo hotel, I got my second room in the evening around 5.00 pm. They were denying to give us rooms.

The size of the room, bugs getting inside the room, the TV was not working, there was dust on the couch and table and there was no dressing table or space to hang clothes.

Worst experience ever firstly booked Deluxe room from booking.com then after goin there they say there is no room available and after waiting 1hr they will one small room and after complaining we are not comfortable they say everything is booked you won't get any room this is only one left... And we paid for deluxe not for small room

Washroom was not much clean. And service provided by the staff of the resort was very poor.as if they were not looking interested towards the customer.. they need to take some initiative about this. Over all it was a good experience.
