Una posizione incredibile con incredibili viste sulle Acque Smeralde del Golfo del Messico e sulla nostra sabbia bianca ... questa bella casa di lusso confortevole vi fornirà la vacanza perfetta e desidera tornare indietro di tanto in tanto .. ...... arredato di recente non c'è niente di più che si possa desiderare. Ci sono 2 camere da letto matrimoniali ... uno al piano superiore e un altro al piano principale con un bagno privato. Le scale che conducono alla spiaggia dal balcone del soggiorno. Doccia al piano inferiore per lasciare la sabbia dove appartiene e un garage che ospita 3 auto. Un frigorifero extra nel garage per rinfreschi o cibo extra per la tua vacanza divertente ... una camera matrimoniale così spaziosa che non ti sentirai mai di lasciare .... la tv è in ogni stanza .... la zona pranzo e cucina sono fatti per Cene intrattenute e memorabili insieme ..... tutto quello che serve .. è famiglia ... amici e una felice prospettiva ... dopo tutto questo è la tua vacanza .... relax ... godere e non sudare il piccolo cose.... Siamo qui per prendervi cura di te ..........

We had a small family gathering for a week- with adults and teens- and had a terrific time. The home is just like the pictures. The best thing is the access to the beach which is gorgeous and the water is clear and perfect. The next best thing about this home is the gear in the basement closet that we relied on for seating and shade and fun in the water. The porch is a great set up for meals and hanging around and the grill is great (if you have a chance to pick up seafood fresh from Joe Patti’s over the bridge- we highly recommend it). The view from the upstairs master bedroom is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils and pots and pans etc.. Bring your own shampoo and indoor games (although we did enjoy a week of dominoes). Overall- a perfect fit for our family getaway.

This location is the best. You are truly right on the beach - no elevators or lobbies or boardwalks to go through - you just step out of the condo and you’re on the beach. This property is well stocked with everything you need. It’s very spacious and very comfortable.

I do not have the words to describe the amazing time we had at this beautiful house on the water. The house is perfect and wonderfully stocked. We cooked dinner several night since we have small kids and the kitchen has everything you need to cook.
The hosts are incredibly responsive and were so helpful. I had many questions and they answered them right away. They even suggested places to visit with my little ones.
This house is right on the beach. You literally walk on to the sand and have the beach at your front door. There is beautiful deck where you can enjoy your breakfast while watching the ocean.
This house is perfect. I can't think of one bad thing. Pensacola is also so cute with lots to do with a family. It's super kid friendly. We had so much to do.
This was a dream vacation. I highly recommend enjoying this lovely beach house.

We had the best time in Pensacola Beach! The house was very clean and the hosts were helpful and available for questions. We loved seeing the Blue Angels fly over. Thank you for letting us know about them! Amazing location and beautiful beach! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location plenty of space for everyone! Large kitchen had everything we needed. Communication with owner was timely and she made it easy. Charlize is a great host. Loved that all the beach toys and equipment was available for use. WE WILL BE BACK!

Despite 2 days of overcast skies & rain, we were still able to take advantage of the beach & the water. Our accommodations were ideal for our family. The owners were even courteous enough to provide a "Pack & Play" for our 1 year old. Kitchen was well supplied, bbq gas grill was a great addition, sun awning came in handy, plenty of beach chairs, water boards, and a plethora of kids sand toys. The highlight of the weekend was to have the Blue Angels due a "fly-by" on Sunday afternoon. Overall this was a wonderful place to relax, have beach fun and be conveniently located to many great restaurants and other venues.

The property was very clean and the beach is just a few steps out the back door! It is beautifully decorated and has very comfortable beds and linens. The host was extremely responsive and very detailed! Would absolutely stay here again.

This is our second year for a family vacation at this property. We really like the layout and close proximity to the beautiful beach. Owner is super responsive and accommodating. The unit is loaded with lots of everything from cooking/dining supplies to beach gear. We highly recommend it.

We had a great time with family. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved the location on the beach. The garage had an extra fridge which came in handy and there was a closet full of beach chairs, floats, a cooler and anything else you could need for your beach vacation. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We’d definitely stay here again.

We had a blast!! Plenty of room and such a beautiful view. Bands on the beach Tuesday night was amazing. I can’t forget the sheets …. Absolutely wonderful! We all had a great nights rest every night!! I would highly recommend and would book again!! Loved it!!

Excellent property with a friendly layout, HUGE garage, lots of amenities (there's even an ice chest and extra refrigerator in the garage for guest use), and the perfect location. Gorgeous views and super easy beach access. We will definitely be back!

Overall, this a great property. It is a town-house, right on the beach. Has a wonderful big porch that looks onto the beach & water. Location is awesome. About 5-10 minutes from the main pensacola boardwalk area. We used Lazy Days for our beach chairs & umbrellas which I highly recommend. They come set up and pick up chairs. This property does not have beach towels nor kitchen staples like aluminum foil, pam spray, etc so make sure to bring your own beach towels and any kitchen/cooking supplies you will need. Hosts were quickly responsive. Would rent this same property again.

Great place. We have been going to the beach for 24 years together and have stayed here once before. We plan on booking here again next year. I think we found our favorite beach vacation place. It is so close to the beach and having the garage is so nice. This townhome is very nice!

The property is exactly as stated on the beach!!!! Every morning was such a beautiful experience waking up to the sound of the ocean. We even saw the dolphins jumping. The house has everything you need lots of pots , pans, dishes and plenty of fun things for the beach. They respond to you quickly if you need them. Great place

You will not be disappointed with this townhome. It is spacious and the floor plan suited our family vacation perfectly. The kitchen is outfitted with tons of plates, glasses, utensils and cooking gear. I do not feel the property description and photos adequately convey just how close you are to the shore line. It's amazing. The low rise nature of this area also means you are not fighting for beach space. Four car covered parking too. We highly recommend this property.

Very responsive owner
This was our second summer staying at this property, it has one of the shortest walks to the water I have seen. There was plenty room for our big family. When we arrived we noticed that the unit had not been cleaned, so we contacted the owner and she was very responsive in getting someone out to clean ASAP. She is looking to change her cleaning service to ensure they are reliable so that does not happen again. She offered to treat us to dinner for the inconvenience but we had already prepared and brought food, so she gave us a partial refund. If you are looking for a large unit with a short walk to the water and a very responsive owner, this is it!
