PRENDERE TEMPO ......... Il nostro condominio è una splendida vista sull'oceano 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, condominio completamente attrezzato a Orange Beach, Alabama. Ci sono piastrelle di ceramica recentemente rinnovate in tutto condominio con nuovi mobili da pranzo e soggiorno. Le due camere sono dotate di materassi nuovi. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera da letto è di fronte all'oceano per ascoltare il surf in ogni momento. La seconda camera è dotata di due comodi letti matrimoniali. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di bagno completo. C'è una nuova stufa piano cottura e nuova sopra forno a microonde in cucina. Ci sono nuovi mobili da cucina con piano in granito. La camera da letto principale e il soggiorno hanno una vista diretta sull'oceano. Ci sono 3 TV HD in unità. In tutto il condominio ci sono dieci soffitti che danno al condominio una sensazione molto luminosa e spaziosa. La connessione Wi-Fi è gratuita per i nostri ospiti. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice in unità. Guarda le focene dal balcone mentre mangi la colazione o il pranzo. C'è un parcheggio riservato coperto per gli ospiti dell'unità. Noleggio include un pass per il parcheggio gratuito per un veicolo. Edificio dispone di piscina coperta e all'aperto con 3 vasche idromassaggio. Ci sono tre campi da tennis illuminati, campo da basket, campo da racquetball, campo da shuffle board, sauna, sala pesi con vista sull'oceano e troppe miglia di spiaggia da percorrere a piedi.

We had a great time! The property and all its amenities were exactly as promised. Our host, Daniel, was extremely helpful. He provided us with detailed check-in and check-out procedures, as well as information about the condo that was useful throughout our stay. He even offered suggestions for nearby places of interest and gave us names of some great restaurants to try. This was our very first rental experience and it was certainly a positive one for us. I would definitely recommend this property.

This is the second year the girls in our family have stayed in this condo for our annual family beach trip. We will be booking again next summer for sure. The condo is clean, well stocked and has great views. The location is perfect and with the beach only steps away, we always have a fun time. Daniel is a great communicator and always answers any questions in a very timely manner. Thanks for another wonderful vacation!

The property was just as described in the listing. Breathtaking views from the gulf. Everything was clean, updated and comfortable. Everything you could need for your vacation including toys, chairs and shade for the beach. We loved our stay.

We stayed here with our two babies and it was perfect. The condo was clean upon arrival. It’s on the end of a hallway so it was nice and quiet. We loved staying here. We plan to stay here again next summer.

Check in was easy, door inlocked about 3:30. We swam at pool since we were there early. Linens appeared clean and fresh. Bed spread duvets did not appear freshly washed so we removed them. Kitchen had basic cooking materials. Drip coffee only would have loved a kpod machine. Older bathroom fixtures with short cabinets and shower head in both baths.

This is a great condo and location if you are visiting Orange Beach. The check-in is a bit chaotic and the elevators are always a wait. Be careful the morning of check out as we were locked out an hour early... thankfully we had left the teenagers sleeping.

The condo was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and was very clean. The bathroom was spacious and the kids had their own bathroom off their bedroom which was a lifesaver. Probably some of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in too! Check in was easy and having the covered parking garage space was the best thing ever! We will definitely return!

Loved the condo and location. Eveything needed to get you started in terms of kitchen and laundry in the unit. Great communication and beautiful view. Very clean. Confortable beds! Sauna did not work, but looks like property is in progress of enhancement in lobby, so believe it was just temporary and our timing. It would have been nice to have an outdoor hot tub option as the three were a bit overrun with kiddos in the indoor pool area, but these were just minor things. The amenities of the property were great and the owner was wonderful! Had that not rain the first couple days we were there we probably wouldn't have even noticed those minor things🙂

Nice condo. Loved the living room coffee table and end tables. The coffee table lifted up for a desk and the end tables had extra computer outlets. Great location and view of the ocean sunrises!

6 of us stayed in the condo for a week during fall break (3 kids, 3 adults). The view was perfect, we had plenty of room, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our trip! We have been to Orange Beach multiple times and haven't stayed at this condo before. I had a couple questions for Daniel and he was quick to respond. There were extra blankets and plenty of towels, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for all of our home cooked meals. Thank you for letting us vacation at your lovely condo!

Our family has been doing girls' trips for a few years and this year was definitely one of our favorites. The condo was exactly as described and Daniel was a great host and very easy to work with. We had five adults and had plenty of room. My niece loves to cook and was extremely pleased with how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils, dishes and pots and pans. She gave the kitchen a 10/10. The location is wonderful - not too far from grocery stores, shopping and fun activities. But also not in an extremely busy area. We will return again next year and are hoping to book the same exact condo.

My wife and I took my son and his friend to Orange Beach for spring break and this condo rental was an excellent place to stay. It is our 6 year staying in Orange Beach for spring break and we feel like we finally have it down, we really like the Phoenix 5 as a place to stay. The Condo is not super fancy, the furniture is a little dated and there was a small problem with the washer unit but for one week it was perfect for what we wanted.
Coffee on the balcony is nice, there is a drip coffee maker in the unit. We took a few sunrise walks and a few night time walks on the beach, the sugar sand is amazing and a PITA all at once. Internet worked perfectly for the week and the refrigerator worked for the week.
There were a few items to pick at but nothing major. There is an issue with the washing machine but the owner did warn us about it prior to arriving and we did have use of the washer, just with half loads. The owner only communicated via email, which was fine but it would have been nice to ask the owner or someone from the rental management for some specific questions. We don't like the wrist bands that are required, they are not necessary in my opinion. I recommend you bring your own bath towels, those supplied were not "absorbent" or very large. This unit is as far away from the elevator as you can get and this has both positive and negative aspects. It's a long way to the elevator but we had no noise from groups gathered around the elevators. Last but not least, the shore fishing in front of the Phoenix 5 is not great , I had good luck at the Cotton Bayou beach and down by the jetty at Perdido Pass.
We liked the garage parking spot that comes with this unit, this is not the case with other units in Phoenix 5 that we have rented. Overall, the condo is a good value if you do not need high-end furniture and accommodations. I would consider staying here again.

I can’t brag enough about this condo! We stayed over Thanksgiving break, and while the weather wasn’t cooperating, I can’t complain about anything else. Daniel was easy to work with and reach when we had questions, and even allowed us access to the condo a little earlier than the 4:00 check in, which was really nice. It was super easy to check in, and the only thing we needed from the front desk was our parking pass. We really appreciated the covered parking, since it was rainy for a lot of our stay. There were also complimentary trolleys and carts to use for luggage and groceries that were super easy to access, which isn’t the case with a lot of places. The condo was exactly as pictured, with plenty of space for all 4 of our party. We had 2 adults and 2 16 year olds, so we really loved having beds for both our girls. My husband and I loved the king bed and the attached bathroom in the master suite. The view from the balcony was awesome, with plenty of seating for everyone. The closet even had beach chairs and some toys for kids. There were lots of pots, pans, and other kitchen supplies for cooking, and tons of counter space. One thing to note is that the condo is pretty far from the elevators, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be something others would want to know. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality Daniel!

We had a great time at this condo- had everything we needed and a nice balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Pool and splash pad were nice for kids and it was an easy walk to the beach.
