Godetevi la splendida vista sul mare dal vostro balcone privato in questo condominio di fronte al mare, unità Southern Sands 204. Unità arredata con gusto si affaccia direttamente sul Golfo, Beach e si affaccia sulla piscina. Questo condominio è veramente sulla spiaggia con una fantastica vista dell'oceano e della spiaggia dal balcone o da una sedia comoda nella tana. Questa due camere da letto, due unità di vasca dorme sette con un comodo letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto matrimoniale, 3 gemelli nella seconda camera da letto. C'è un materasso in gommapiuma di tipo "pallet" che può essere usato come una superficie addormentata sul pavimento che sarebbe adatta per un bambino. La tana ha 2 nuovi divani reclinabili e una comoda poltrona reclinabile con la migliore vista sull'oceano e un letto gonfiabile queen size per ulteriori esigenze di sonno. Abbiamo accesso internet wireless nel nostro condominum e siamo situati a solo 1/4 di miglio dal centro della città .... con negozi e molti ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Tappeto peluche nelle camere da letto e bei pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica in cucina, tana e bagni. TV a schermo piatto in den e camere da letto. Den ha una nuova smart TV da 49 ".
Godetevi il parcheggio coperto e all'aperto per due auto in questo condominio al 2 ° piano. La terrazza coperta privata si affaccia sulla spiaggia, sul golfo e sul Golfo del Messico. Questo è un complesso a densità molto bassa con 18 unità totali. L'ascensore situato in posizione centrale rende questo condominio molto accessibile e si trova a breve, a pochi passi dalla nostra piscina, dalla spiaggia e dall'oceano!

Sheryl is a JOY to work with, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. She makes sure you are taken care of from the moment you check in until you leave. The condo was clean and accommodated my family of 4 (my husband, 2-year-old, and 3-year-old) plus my parents perfectly. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the small complex without the crowd.
The best part of our stay was when my dad took a little tumble and broke the glass top on the coffee table. I was nervous to contact Sheryl about it, but she was the kindest human. She was more concerned with my dad being okay than she was anything else.
Book it! You won’t regret it!

Place was clean, neat, right by the beach and you can walk out on the balcony and feel the ocean breeze. had a little isue with the door knob, called the owner and she had some one quick. You cannot asl for more than that to enjoy a vacation. My family and I are greatful to have stayed here and not have to worry about something so little.

This condo was perfect! Great view and lots of room. The location is right on the beach and within walking distance to tons of good restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be staying here again!! Tysm for the stay!!

Overall we were very pleased with the condo. Well furnished, great location & wonderful communication with the owner/property manager. Would have given a 5 star rating except the fridge took almost 2 days to really start to cool and there was almost nothing when it came to starter supplies like extra trash bags, dish detergent, hand soap etc. I had to go buy all that day 1. I would recommend this condo.

Located in the heart of Gulf Shores, this condo has a great (although not 180 degrees) view of the beach, which immediately accessible by a flight of stairs and a very short walk. Can( get much closer really! The condo itself is quite roomy with nice recliners… a nicer living room than other places we have rented. Sadly the pool is not heated, but otherwise we had a nice stay.

Nothing at all to complain about! Condo was great. Location made getting whatever you needed or wherever you wanted to go very easy. Cooked 3 meals at home so kitchen was important to us and it did not let us down. Had everything we needed and more. Beach access couldn’t be easier. Would definitely stay again.

Cummunication with owner was excellent! Location is perfect and within easy walking distance for food and shops. Love the 2nd floor unit for easy in and out for the beach and pool. Like how you're able to talk to family below the balcony around the pool. Much better than them 10/20 floor condos with the long elevator ride. Very spacious unit and the new beds are great! Easy parking as well. Thank you ma'am!

Our stay was nice. View from balcony is limited but adequate. Rental was comfortable. Communication with Sheryl was excellent. Rental seemed dark with a much taller building on either side blocking sun most of day. Condo was very clean on surface. Sliding class doors, windows really need cleaning.

The property was good three of the 4 beds where good one of the twin beds(the one on the kitchen wall felt like it was tipping you out of the bed. It needed adjustment or a new bed. Th one on the outside wall had pressed board under the mattress with a very sharp corner that wasn’t rounded. I ran into it and caused a huge bruise, and a lot of bad words!! Also needs fixed. Thee bathrooms need updates. But we had a good time

Condo is better than described. Host is super responsive to any questions. Right on the beach and close to everything. Because it’s a small complex, you pretty much have your own private beach (and we were there during peak Spring Break). We hope our future dates work out with the availability of this amazing unit.

This was a mom and kids getaway weekend. The condo was perfect with ocean and pool view. Everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. We will be back next year.

This was perfect for me and my husband. It is big enough to comfortably fit a few kids or even adults that don't mind sleeping in the same room. Sheryl is incredibly easy to work with and very quick to respond. Everything was clean and comfortable.
The location is great! The pictures do not do justice to how close the condo actually is to the beach. It's literally a few feet past the pool area. The view from the balcony is perfect, especially in the morning outside with a cup of coffee.
It's also walking distance to the Hang Out, Shrimp Basket, Lauria's Bar, etc ( and I'm a big girl that doesn't like to walk).
I would definitely rent this unit again.

Excellent Place to take a family!
This is a wonderful place to take a family for vacation. It was super clean, great location, reasonable price. I have no regrets about our trip and we will likely be back to this unit in the future! Great location, well appointed
We very much enjoyed this property and would rent again. Lots of seating for our group of 5 and close to everything. The mattresses are comfortable, but feel like they need to be replaced soon (a few of them are sinking in places). Easy beach access and quiet for being so centrally located.

Southern Sands Condo
Everything was as described. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the view of ocean and pool. Beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Check in with keypad entry was convenient.
Thanks Sheryl for sharing your place. We would definitely stay here again if we ever vacation again in Gulf Shores.
