We had a wonderful time . The house and pool were great but the beach was the best. The only suggestion would be to have a shower outside of the pool area so that sand wouldn't get into the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Seafoam! Richard was a thoughtful and attentive host. The house had plenty of space for our multi family vacation. Location was great. We loved sitting on the many balconies and watching and hearing the waves. The pool was a welcome addition to cool off after a day at the beach. Everything was really nice. The kitchen provided all the cooking utensils, pans, and a couple of crock pots we needed. It was spacious enough for our large group. The 2 outside decks were enjoyed very much. Only one small issue with a bathroom door, but it was taken care of in a timely manner.

I highly recommend Seafoam beach house! Beautiful beach view, plenty of space and bathrooms!!! Outside area was great for hanging out or the kids playing in sand. Kids & adults enjoyed the pool! Shared volleyball net with neighbor… had some friendly volleyball competition that broke the ice with the neighbors that have now become friends!! 😊 The only negative would be it being right by one of the beach access paths… but really wasn’t much of a problem. The house and location was awesome!!

We had an amazing time! The view is absolutely beautiful, everything we could have wanted.
Very few recommendations, as the house is decked out really well. The showers need new shower heads, just for more pressure. Possibly a cabinet made specifically for a pantry, just to get groceries off of the counters and fridge tops.

Been meaning to write a review and get back to u but after our nice relaxing beach beautiful time and back to reality life has been so hectic.... We had a wonderful time. I the kitchen was perfect size for Our family gatherings and the neighbors we had were very kind and let us use the volleyball net and shared ice cream sandwiches with our grandchildren. We loved that the house was on the beach and enjoyed watching the sun come up and watching the dolphins and enjoyed the beach. We only went in pool the first day as it was beyond freezing. We enjoyed it overall and the local places such as the 50th shrimp fest although that was a freezing and windy Sunday. We got fresh shrimp and Mahi mahi from a local market that is closed now for season. Let's just say this vacation was one of our favorites!

Our family had a wonderful stay in your Seafoam home last week. The house is well-arranged and well-furnished, with places for people to sit in the den, on the porch, and in the dining area. Having stayed in several houses with limited seating, we were glad to be so comfortable. The beds, and their sheets, were in good shape, and towels were clean and plentiful. The kitchen works so well for a large group. It was a relief to have the air conditioning work all week, as in rentals past we've had days without AC because of poor maintenance. We appreciated the working vacuum cleaner, as it helped our housekeeping. You obviously put a lot of effort into renting a nice house. In fact, we will probably want to rent Seafoam again next year. Thank you so much for your hard work which gave us a delightful week!

Thank you for helping make our family vacation a success! Even though we had rain and wind from the effects of the two hurricanes in the gulf, having all six of my kids with their spouses and my grand children under one roof couldn't have taken that joy from me. The home we rented was perfect. The location was perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect. I was at the store when you stopped by to drop off not one, but two cheesecakes, which solidified to me how much you care about the families that rent your homes. Thank you! My family has already started talking about the next time we go to gulf shores! Again thank you so much for helping our family have a very successful and much needed vacation!

Thank you for letting us stay in your home in Gulf Shores. We had a fabulous time! We were all sad to leave and go our separate ways. This trip was set aside to celebrate many of the moments we had not been able to commemorate as we normally would- a return from an overseas deployment, graduations (1 undergrad, 2 master's), anniversaries, new jobs... so many more things... We missed so much due to COVID related issues. It was lovely to just visit and talk as a family. Thank you for helping us make that happen. We had plenty of room to eat, play, relax, and sleep. The Seafoam seems to be in basically good shape. I could tell some updates had been made such as interior paint. Everyone had a place to sit and eat together although if we had been a larger family that would have been difficult. The pool area was great and had plenty of chairs for sitting and lounging. It was a big hit during the crowded beach afternoons and later at night when we weren't ready to give up the day. The amount of towels in each bathroom was great! The 2 refrigerators were a huge bonus for us (one for beverages and the other for food- Perfect!) We had plenty of parking without feeling crowded also (5 total vehicles- all large size). We absolutely would stay here again. We left several floats in the closet at the ground level. They served their purpose for us, maybe the next guest could use them. Thank you again for allowing us this time together in your home. We enjoyed it very much and look forward to another visit.

This is the house, the whole family loved the house, loved everything, it was front of the beach , I totally referrer to anybody that loves to be at the beach … they had ever little thing we needed , we enjoyed the view the house it's beautiful … we are totally coming back to stay for more days , 4 nights was little time for us … we are totally coming back .. to have more fun 🤩…. We had a great time and your place was perfect for us! There was plenty of space for everyone and we pretty much had everything we could need. The easy and quick access to the beach was amazing! Loved having carpet in the bedrooms. Something soft on your feet after a long day at the beach was so nice! Plenty of seating inside and out! 2 refrigerators was something we had never seen in any houses we have rented prior and it might have been everyone's favorite thing! We cooked almost all our meals for the week at the house so we didn't have to go out with our big group... we had LOTs of food and drinks to keep cold. A few other small things that were not a big deal but would have been nice: - a flat electric griddle to make pancakes on. We made due with the big frying pan! - easy access to a broom and dustpan. We did hunt one down in the house so it wasn't a big deal - we tried to sweep some each day to keep the sand out Overall it was great! We definitely will be wanting to stay at your place again when we come back. Thanks for making our vacation so wonderful!

We really loved the beach house!! That view is just incredible! We wished there was a way to wash the sand off of us from the door facing ocean instead of having to go to the pool area and walk back in through the other door. We eventually got a bucket up there and just rinsed with a water bucket. But not the end of the world. Wish we had the option to heat the pool. It was too cold for us, my niece and I did a "polar plunge" into it once and decided it was way too cold, haha! Beds were comfy, kitchen had all we needed. Two refrigerators is so awesome. Water pressure downstairs was pretty low. My sister was a little freaked out from seeing a couple roaches but we've seen them at every beach house we've stayed at, so we know they love beach houses. I would absolutely recommend this beach house and would love to stay again someday!

We were 4 families and had so much room at the house. The new deck with a roof and ceiling fan provided us with so many seating areas. Pool provided setting for many great family experiences. The house location provided an almost private beach. Owners were so helpful and responsive . The pictures almost don't do this house justice, so nice. We loved it.

This home is right on the beach, could not have asked for a better locale! Sleeps 17, but 2 of that count are on a flimsy fold out couch.
The property management were extremely good, they quickly answered all emailed questions, and sent someone out 3 times for various requests.
The property itself was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely return!
The only negatives were some small matters - the towels are like sand paper, so definitely bring your own! They are very clear that they don't provide anything, take that to heart! (Trash bags, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, baggies, dish soap, etc etc). The tub/shower doors were not sealed well, so water would get all over the floor, and they did not open/close well. Just small things to note, but this house was perfect for our family of 16 for 9 days!
Really nice Pickleball courts are in the city, free to use, and of course the beach! We had a photographer come do shots in front of our beautiful dunes, as well as down at the water.
Overall, highly recommend this property!

My family and I had the best time staying at the Seafoam! There were 10 of us and it was the perfect amount of space. The living area allowed us to all cookout, enjoy meals, play games, watch tv together, etc. We loved being right on the beach! One of the best parts was the pool being under the house. It was so hot and being able to take a break from the beach and not be directly in the sun was so nice! We definitely recommend staying at the Seafoam and we will be back!

Our family of 15 spent the week here and it met our needs. We enjoyed the balconies over the beach and the kids loved the pool. It’s an easy walk out to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need (except ice). We utilized the extra living area as a bedroom for three boys. It could be awesome if the rooms with twin beds had bunk beds instead. No extra space would be needed but four more kids could have a bedroom.
There is a lot of dirty carpet, but that’s to be with carpet in a beach house rental. Mattresses are very firm but comfortable. The ice makers both quit working. A repairman came the day after I reported it but he couldn’t fix them. We just bought ice. The home is right next to the public beach entrance so it was super crowded. We made sure we set up early in the morning so we would have a spot on the beach. Overall, it’s a very nice home and we enjoyed the stay. Communication was very good and we loved the suggestions from the owner.

We recently rented the Sea-foam house and was totally satisfied with the house and the location. The beach access was so nice, you were on the beach in 30 seconds and could come back to the house as needed easily. After watching the people struggle with their wagons, tents, chairs, kids etc, the beach in the backyard made it well worth the visit. When we were not at the beach we got to relax in the pool and take a break from the sun. We had 14 in our group and everyone had plenty of room and bathrooms. I would most definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a beach house to rent.

Awesome place to stay. The renters before us stunk up the fridges with rotten seafood but other than that the place was beautiful. It is right next to a public beach access so make sure you wake up early to get your spot on the beach.
