We usually stay in a Condo on the beach , After Staying at This Home we may have to rethink that, We had Canal Days, Bay Days & Beach Days, Bike Riding ,Golf Car Rides . Very enjoyable Vacation

This house is absolutely perfect for a large family or group of friends. It is in the perfect location on Navarre Beach but you can also tell the owner takes pride in his property. The owners had everything you could want for the beach but we were also able to use the kayaks for paddling out in the sounds. We loved it and will be back some day! Thanks so much!

We love coming to the panhandle from Texas every summer and this house is unmatched! We stayed in 2020 and visited different properties 21-23 but never enjoyed ourselves as much, so we came back to this home this year and it was just as special as we remembered! Lovely home, lovely furniture/decorations, amenities, and great location.

My husband and I recently stayed at the house with our extended family. The home is perfect with the three king bedrooms and double bed room. Each couple was able to have a bed of equal size and every room had all we could ask for. The children of my in-laws stayed in the double bed room, perfect for them to all hang out together in. Having the golf cart, paddle boards, kayaks and bicycles were a huge plus! They all were used on our stay. Tonya, with Island Time Beach Rentals, was a huge lifesaver when I left two very important items in the house. She brought them in to be shipped to me, I can’t thank her enough. Her property management was impeccable, the house was clean and had all the supplies we couple possibly need. The ice maker was a bonus, going to have to buy one for myself I liked it so much! Would love to stay again!

House was one of the best we have stayed in. Loved the access to water and beach supplies. House was well stocked and decor very beautiful. Had a light out and they came within an hour to fix!
Only negative to mention was the condition of the bicycles. Several are very rusty with all brakes not working properly.
Overall we would book this property again.

We loved so many things about the house and location. The pictures are very good at showing about the house and activities. Kayaking was fun both on bay and ocean. The pool location is awesome. We The golf cart was great for visiting the beach. Because there were 6 of us, we rented another gas golf cart that we could take down to the pier. All questions were handled extremely quickly. And…. After testing many key lime pies, Navarre Bakery was the winner!

We loved this vacation home! Great communication with owner and managment company. The house was perfect for our family. Our grandkids loved the ride to the ocean on the golf cart! The house was clean and pretty. Everything we needed at this house. Fishing right out the back door, bicycle rides everyday, kayaking. This house was just perfect for all of us and we really enjoyed staying here!

We go to Navarre Beach almost every year, and this vacation was one of the best. The owner Shane was super helpful and quickly responded to our needs. Loved the property, beautiful views of both the sound and the ocean. The house had everything you could need or want. Our kids loved using the paddle board and Kayak. We will definitely be back.

The property was everything advertised and more! Very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked with everything one would ever need in every room including the kitchen, and wonderfully comfortable! There were many extras for outdoor activities too! Our family used the pool across the street each day and the grandchildren loved it! The restaurants locally provided a nice variety of food too. It was a fantastic vacation for every age!

Our crew included two families with six teenagers. The house was well maintained and stocked and very accomodating for everyone. There are many options for activities including being pool-side, ocean ventures, fishing, biking, golfcart exploring, kayaking, and beach volleyball....or just plain ole relax! The surrounding area was very inviting and we felt safe letting our children venture out together to make memories. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

This is the second time we have stayed in this beach home. Home is beautiful and extremely clean . The beds are soo soft and comfortable !! Just a short golf cart ride to the beach and the pool is only steps away. The owner is always available if you have questions ! We plan to be back !!

So many spaces to gather and relax in this super clean home. Very well stocked from beach excursions to cooking meals. All decks had wonderful seating, great views and a great grill, too. Thanks for such a fantastic place!

Stayed here with family for a wedding. Something to do for everyone, rather it be relaxing outside near the port, or riding the cart and bikes to the beach. Family did not want to leave! We didn't have time to get on the water with the kayaks and paddle boards as it rained on our "water day", but the option was there. Very friendly neighbors, great communication from owner, and just an overall great experience. If I'm ever in Navarre again, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Highly Recommend!

Well appointed, modern furnishings, in a quiet neighborhood. There was enough recreational equipment for our entire family and everything was in perfect condition.
We would highly recommend this VRBO to everyone and will definitely plan a return visit whenever we can!

This was the first place we’ve stayed that provided spices, trash bags, large bars of soap, all you need for the beach, golf cart, plus many other extras. Everything was just as described. Very clean and I’m very hard to please🤫
The only recommendation I would make would be the front porch was a perfect place to sit during the hot part of the day, it would have been great to have a porch swing or different furniture. I give Shane and the house an A+++. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

The space is excellent!! We had a group of 10 and loved hanging out in the house. It was so clean and comfortable. We caught several fish in the canal and had a fish fry! The kitchen has everything you need plus more. The proximity to the beach is so close. Walking it was no big deal and the golf cart was bonus fun! You won't regret booking this property!

Superb!
We came down for a week with the family and we could not have asked for a better experience. The house is exactly as pictured. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The layout of the house worked very well for our family. There was plenty of storage and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved hanging out on the back porch and fishing off of the back dock.
I strongly suggest renting the golf cart as it is decent walk to the beach. It’s a doable walk but much easier with the golf cart. We had no trouble finding a parking space for the golf cart at the public beach access even during the busiest parks of the day.
The hosts were very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. We look forward to many vacations here in the future!

The BEST
We absolutely loved everything about this house! It was clean, decorated beautifully and incredibly well stocked. Beds are sooo comfortable. Location is perfect with easy access to the Gulf beach and to the sound. The outdoor decks were the BEST hangout spot after spending a day at the beach or kayaking and paddle boarding in the sound.

House was absolutely beautiful. The beds were more comfortable than home !! Owner has gone above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and he is very responsive to any questions !! So much fun sitting in the balcony over the channel. I cannot name one thing we did not like ! We plan to be back soon.!!!

I booked this home to vacation with my adult children and four grandchildren, ages 5, 4, 3 and 9 months. It was a great fit for us! We ate in a lot, because of the small kids. have stayed in other homes, but none were stocked like this one! Made preparing meals for a large group much easier! Some highlights for our family were golf cart rides to the beach, hanging out on the deck, resting on the hammock and porch swing, playing in the sand, and the pool right across the street! We would definitely come back!
