Camera da letto giardino sereno con nuovo grande bagno privato in una casa vittoriana. Goditi una rara oasi nel cortile di San Francisco: fiori, farfalle, colibrì e fontana di acqua gocciolante. Autobus per il centro 1/2 blk. Ottima posizione per quasi tutto Negozi di design, gente che cammina con i cani e passeggini spingendo la bambinaia. Per il trambusto percorri 7 isolati fino a Fillmore.

The weather was perfect during our stay, and the location made getting to everything so easy. Such a wonderful spot and in the heart of it all.

Loved staying here. Great location. Close to Muni stops. Communication with host is excellent. The garden, just outside the back door, is gorgeous and very relaxing (was a bit cold during our stay so didn't get to use it much). Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy queen bed. Nice library available (common area, so have to share it with other guests). Decent Wifi. Easy check in/out. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very nice and clean with lots of storage and closet space. It is charming and unique. Although we didn’t spend any time in the outdoor area, it was nice to look at from the room. We easily got on the street parking across from the rental, which was a big plus. The surrounding blocks don’t offer much in the way of shops or restaurants or coffee places, but Uber is readily available.

By far the best VRBO we've stayed in. Stylishly furnished down to the smallest detail. Quiet and comfortable. Springer was the perfect host. We'll definitely come back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is centrally located for us. The neighborhood is quiet, and the accommodations were clean and beautiful. The amazing part is the secret garden just off of our room. It was a beautiful backdrop to relax at the end of the day, or have coffee in the morning. We look forward to our next trip!

Springer was a friendly, professional, responsive, all-around excellent host, and the spot is every bit as charming as it looks online. The shower experience was especially luxurious, with good temperature and water pressure. My partner and I hope to stay here again if/when we return to San Francisco!

This place was quiet and beautiful, elegantly furnished, and clean. A great place to relax looking into the lush patio with hummingbirds. The library is exquisite. The location is very convenient, close to Presidio, Fillmore, and in a safe, clean neighborhood.

My sister was in town for my wedding. She loved this beautiful room, and the attached bathroom. It was lovely that it was away from the noise of the street. The garden was serene, and the neighborhood is great. A wonderful place to stay! Thank you!

The property is beautifully maintained and secure. The host thoughtfully has everything in place to make our stay comfortable. We have rented here before and will again in the future. It is a convenient and beautiful location in the city. Walking the streets is a pleasure, not too hilly, with lots of restaurants and shops in the area.

We so enjoyed our short time in this spacious room & even more spacious bathroom, opening out to the lovely garden as pictured. All amenities included were certainly an added touch (bath supplies, keurig w/cups, snacks, etc). There are several codes to get through to the room but after first entrance/exit it was a breeze. We were able to walk to many places from this safe location in a nice neighborhood. The Library is a paradise for historical book lovers. And a comfortable bed to boot!

This small but delightful place in Pac Heights is our go to place in San Francisco. The location is great with several fine restaurants nearby and being one block off California St., it is very quiet and feels safe. The courtyard off the back in this unit is beautiful and a great place to sit in the morning or early evening. Springer is an onsite landlord who is very responsive to guest needs.

Check in was smooth, the space beautiful and well equipped, and it felt wonderfully safe and comfortable. The garden was very soothing to wake up to every morning. Springer was wonderful and checked in when they could to ensure all was well. 10/10, would stay again!

Large and comfortable bed.
There is free longer term parking in the street, e.g. Masonic Ave and Euclid Ave (Aug 2023).
We loved using the bus lines 1 and 2 bringing us downtown for all activities rapidly without the necessity of using the car.

I stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful apartment. The location is very convenient and close to several bus routes. The back garden is a peaceful oasis for morning tea and evening wine. The bathroom is huge and well equipped. Loved my time here.

The apartment was very comfortable and the patio area was delightful. Well furnished, comfortable bed, large bathroom with plenty of linens and bath products. Storage closets in the bathroom were more than enough. Located in a quiet neighborhood with numerous restaurants and a small market with walking distance. Communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond to our requests. Had a wonderful time in San Francisco.

The apartment was well appointed with wonderful art and opened up to a garden space in a quiet neighborhood. I felt very safe walking around with nice restaurants a few blocks down the road. Springer was a lovely and attentive host.

I was completely at home in the neighborhood and in Springer’s home. She was attentive to details, hospitable, personally available and responsive to concerns. The VRBO listing is accurate and the home was comfortable, suitable to my needs, and well-kept. I have no reservations about recommending this property and its manager.
