Absolutely perfect. No problems plenty of everything. Host was excellent communicator. Would rent this unit again. Already looking for dates for next year. Rented 2 units for a large family and this unit was definitely the best of the 2. No complaints whatsoever. 5 stars.

My family stayed in this corner unit with my dad and son in the lockout suite room. Perfect setup for a large family! The unit was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and will be back! Highly recommend!

Hands down the best condo we have stayed at in PCB. The unit is on the end of the West building and was perfect for our family vacation. The lockout bedroom was perfect for naps for my 2 year old. Each bedroom has a balcony. The resort is perfect for kids and adults. The bar and grill on property was very good for lunch. Splash is in the perfect place in PCB, away from the main area but still within short driving distances to everything we wanted to do. The owners are so nice and quickly respond when you contact them. We would stay here again and are already planning our next trip here!

Excellent property, well maintained condo, had everything we needed for our family vacation. Great communication with condo owner. My only wish is that the smaller splash pad had more activities for the littles, but that’s for the condo association not the owner.

Couldn’t have asked for a better room! We always bring my parents, so they will definitely look forward to coming to this place. This time was short but a great time! We can’t wait to be back!

We had an awesome stay. The condo was exactly as described and had everything that was needed. The resort is perfect for families of all ages. The location and condo are perfect for families, it is away from the hustle and crowds, however, it is an easy drive to places such as Pier Park (within 5 minutes). I highly recommend this condo.

This property is better than the pictures posted! Condo as super spacious, clean and comfy. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. Beds were comfy. The condo comes with two beach chases we used daily. Sand and Gulf just an elevator ride away your condo is perfect. The views from the 12th floor are phenomenal. Mikes donut shop and a market were a quick walk away. Don’t let donut line stop you from getting donuts. Publix and Winn Dixie very close as well.

We had an amazing stay and loved the condo!! We stayed over Labor Day and it was the perfect crowd level and weather was beautiful. Would definitely stay with Susan and Bill again!!

There was plenty of room for everyone. The property is just as described and very clean. The 2 beach chairs that are included were great. The lazy river and pool were very nice also. Everyone loved having their own balcony to look at the water. Our only downside had nothing to do with the actual condo. The elevators at Splash do not work well and we had only one elevator working out of 2 for most of our stay. This coupled with the heat while waiting was aggravating. The staff of Splash were very nice and helpful and working hard, so this was not their fault at all. I did have communication one time with our condo owner and she was super nice and detailed with information. An overall good stay in awesome accomodations.

From the clear water, gentle waves that became tall and fun, to the jets that came by, great seafood cooked in the full kitchen, our stay was wonderful. The unit is fullu equipped and beautiful.

The property was perfect for the size of our party (5 adults and three kids). The kitchen was very well stocked with the tools to make cooking there very easy. Elevators were an issue with how long you had to wait. I think the building and buildings like it in Florida should have a seperate service elevator not for our benefit but for theirs. Overall the facilities, pools and such were perfect for the young ones. Would very much consider renting again if Panama City Beach was on our vacation list again which it very well could be. enjoyed the area. couldn't do anything about the weather, you get what the big guy gives you.

This is a great location with lots of activities at the Resort as well as being close to other fun activities. The unit was roomy and comfortable with three balconies with wonderful views. The only little complaint is that two elevator for each side does not really seem to be enough. Otherwise it was a great vacation. Will definitely come back.

Our family had a great time on our family vacation. This condo was great for all our needs. There were a few minor issues. The third bedroom microwave did not work and the shower door would not close in the master bath. But, we had a great time regardless. We are already making plans to return next year. This condo was just the right size for our group.

PCB has been our favorite vacation spot for over 10 years! Splash is always at the top of our list. It is perfect for children of all ages. The condo was nice with plenty of room for our 5 children and 5 adults. With the place being kid friendly you would think they would have a better temp for the water in the pool/play area because it was to cold for the kids to play in. But they did enjoy the ocean and the beach was beautiful and we had a great view from our balcony.

Perfect condo for my family, it was 3 bedrooms with 3 ocean front balconies. The main balcony was large enough for all of us to enjoy the sunsets and hang out after spending the day on the beach or at the pool!

Perfect for our family beach trip!

Perfect for families with little kids! We had 7 adults, a 2 and 1 year old. Loved the separate bedroom separated from the main condo. Having your own individual balconies was really nice also! My grandchildren loved the splash pad, lazy river and the slide area. Loved the 2 chairs and umbrella provided with the room. There is plenty of rafts, sand toys and beach accessories in the closet also! My only complaint with the resort itself was the long waits for the elevators checking in and out. It took us over 30 minutes to get an elevator to take our luggage upstairs. The main pool and hot tub needs more cleaning on a daily bases for my satisfaction but overall an excellent place for a family vacation! Owner was easily accessible and prompt. Thank you!

We've been vacationing in Panama City Beach for 15 years, and this is the nicest place we've stayed. The condo was exactly as described, spacious, clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The owners were pleasant and easy to work with, and wonderful communicators. Will definitely stay again.

Experience with condo rental was great. Must say that Splash is very crowded and issues with baggage carts and waiting on elevator is a serious issue.
