We all had so much fun! At first I was concern because the home did not have a pool. We had MORE fun without the pool. The owner had so many floats, paddle boards and a large floating pad to use in the bay. Everyone loved using the bay all day long. Then when we went to the beach loaded up the wagon and just walked across the street about 4 blocks to the beach. The home had so many rooms and bathrooms we were all very comfortable. The home was beautiful and had a large porch downstairs and one by the hot tub. The ages our group was 70's to 12; 14 of us. This was the perfect place for a large family vacation.

Great location for all of the family to be together. Plenty of space for all to have their own areas and that was with 4 families staying and others coming by to visit. Right on the bay and walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico!

This property was beautiful!! My stay exceeded expectations!! This was my first time on Pensacola beach with my family, it was so much fun. The property is very clean and well maintained. My favorite part was the doc leading out into the bay with a perfect view of the sunset every night. You might even see dolphins swimming around!!! I highly recommend booking this property for friends and family. Also, Mrs Tammy is a wonderful host! :)

We had a surprise party for my fiancée here with some family and friends! The house is amazing, and great for family events. We so enjoyed the outdoor space and the views!! The beds were all very comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with any cooking supplies you may need. Loved the soft sheets and towels. Perfect beach location and family bonding experience. Swings, sandbox for the kids, kayaks, bikes, and so much more! We will be back!

I was truly stunned by the care and concern provided by the owners and staff. That's without mentioning how beautiful and well taken care of the property was.
We travel frequently using short-term vacation rentals. We are used to speaking with multiple people before getting to the property manager. This in turn causes the time of resolution for any issue that may arise to be quite long. However, Tammy and Curt were always quick to respond. Though we did not have any issues during our stay, they were always available for any questions we may have.
Knowing that we had someone personally invested in the success of our stay made all the difference. It was clear that the owners had been taking care of the property routinely. I will say having an owner be hands-on with their property is something very new to us. With the incredible customer service we experienced it is something we will look for in future stays. It will also keep us coming back to stay with them anytime we are in town.
The property is a beautiful open floor plan. Great for large groups and family vacations. The house is well-stocked for all age groups and interests. They had everything you could need for a day on the beach, in the water, or cooking a family meal in the kitchen. The house was very clean and well-organized. Usually, we are homebodies during stays in the winter. This year we had lovely 70-degree weather in December. The hot tub was a favorite of the group and allowed us to spend more time outside.
I highly recommend this property to anyone who is used to the hospitality that comes from a family-owned business. You having a great stay is as important to them as it is to you. We can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. The beach was a short and easy walk from the house. The bay behind the house was wonderful. We enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding on the bay. The kids enjoyed the sand box behind the house as well. This house truly offers something for all ages.

Great vacation spot
We really enjoyed this house. Having access to all the water toys was really nice and being on the bay side the water wasn’t as rough as it was on the beach. Definitely would rent again!

We had a great vacation! This house is perfect for kids.
Our kids ages are 7,4,4,2,2,1,and 1. Having the sound right there to swim close to the house without waves was a huge plus for our ages. All the toys that are included made it extra special. The paddle boards and kayaks were huge hits. The kids loved the trampoline to jump in the water from, though I will say it doesn’t work the best anymore as a trampoline. The sand box and small beach right there made a great play area for them. We had room to even put a small pool out for the babies. The outdoor shower was huge with sandy kids. The beach was a 5 min walk or 2 min golf cart ride. It was gorgeous and not too crowded. The property managers and owners were prompt to answer any questions or fix any issues. The house is well stocked with plenty of towels and even beach towels (huge plus). They have the best neighbors who even let us borrow the light up kayaks! I will say it has truly 4 bedrooms and a 5th sleeping area that is set up as a bedroom but no true way to close it off/ shut a door, though this wasn’t an issue for our group.

Great trip
The location was great, we enjoyed fishing off the dock and even had dolphins swim right up to us. The kids loved all the things to do around the house.

Wow! The pics don’t do this place justice! A great spot for the entire family to play, relax, unwind and recharge! We had an amazing time using all of the fun toys and the dock. They thought of literally everything!
The bedrooms are well-furnished and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need and more making our stay like home away from home.
The hosts were so accommodating, knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions which ensured we made the most of our time. There was an elevator!!!! Made load in and load out super easy.
Thanks for making our family vacation one we will remember forever! 😁

The house was amszing!
Everything was actually really nice. Check in was super easy, amenities exactly as described. Tammy texted me to make sure all was well during our stay! Neighbors are nice. Nice neighborhood, beach across rather road. Water directly behind house is the Sound/Bay. We fished, hunted crabs, had a seafood boil under the house, cooked on the grill, rode golf cart to the beach so we wouldn't get sand in our cars. Elevator was great for us over packers lol...plenty of nice peaceful space. The grand babies loved the slide inside as well as all the sand toys, etc outside. Beautiful home, we will definitely be back. I would give it 10+ Stars!

RUN!!!, Dirty, Old, Owners Comes by Daily, Cameras everywhere
Owner (Curt) comes by daily, very dirty, plan on getting recorded (cameras everywhere) has lots of stuff in garage and outside, but it's all old and don't work. Owner shocked hot tub 3 times during our stay. Hot tub would not stay hot. Power did not work in living room, we had to go buy extension cords to get tv's, internet and water heater to work. Pics don't show that you have to be 4'6" tall to us stairs or bend down to go up or down. After stay they will keep your deposit and make an insurance claim to get all their junk replaced. Take pictures of everything when you first arrive, it will cover your tail in the end. Fortunately, we have pics of a lot of the things they are making a claim against, so we are clear. Property Manager Shelby very nice, she came in and tried giving us a vacuum and broom so we can clean house ourselves. Spoke to Tammy (owner) on phone twice. Her husband Curt is the one that comes around daily.

Great vacation
This was a wonderfully delightful place to stay. We didn't want to go home! The home was perfect, with everything one would need. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a large party.

Family spring break
This property is as advertised. Our family of five were there over spring break, and what an enjoyable experience it was. We enjoyed spending time in the ocean on the sound side, where the water is calm, and peaceful. Sitting under the covered patio in the morning enjoying coffee and the variety of wildlife, dolphins, pelicans and other seabirds, was one of my favorite things to do. The boys enjoyed shooting hoops on the quiet culdesac in the evenings. Curt and Tammy went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome during our stay. The Pensacola beach had more than enough to keep our family occupied with restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. We even spent some time on the several gulf side beaches that were just a few minutes drive from the house and enjoyed some waves. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place for your family vacation, this is it. We cannot say enough good things about our hosts. Thank you Curt and Tammy for allowing us to stay in your home. We had such a memorable week with our family.

Spring break 2022
We made some amazing spring break 2022 memories! We had a few hiccups and the property manager quickly resolved any issues that we had. The amenities were many and very appreciated by the adults as well as the children in our party.

Great house for family and fun.
Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. Excellent place to unwind and have time with the family. It has everything that you'd need to enjoy yourself. This house is different because there is so much to do here. The only negative thing I can day is the trampoline needs to be serviced and a few of the bikes. That's all I can say that needs improvement.

Nice house with great location on the water
We stayed for a family reunion and had a great time! The dock at the back kept us all busy with fishing and relaxing. We enjoyed the paddle boarding and kayaking right off the back yard. Caught some big redfish off the dock! Plenty of room in the house. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Went back a second time
We have stayed at this property twice this year and loved it both times. Fits our family well, provides a great location and lots to do. Communication with ownership was easy when the occasional issue or question arose. All we could ask for and more.

All of the things!
This place is great! It literally has everything you could want/need. The kitchen is open and has everything need. The garage has all the toys/beach chairs and the second fridge is clutch!
The bay is gorgeous and has postcard worthy sunsets. We love all the canoes and paddle boards.
The beach is only like a 100 yard walk across the street to boardwalk access.
The neighbors around here were really nice too.
Owners and property manager were extremely kind/and responsive to text.

Perfect getaway
Wonderful property on the bay! The home accommodated our group nicely with plenty of beds for everyone. We had a rough year with a loss in the family & Tammy provided a card & tea light vigil supplies for us to remember our loved one. So sweet! The home was clean and there were many toys for the kids to enjoy. The best part was sitting out by the bay in the evenings and spotting a few dolphins. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The property is in a great location between Pensacola & Navarre. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Wonderful property! Great location, clean, and matched the online description. We enjoyed having the sound to play in, especially since the beaches were red or double-red flagged due to dangerous conditions during our stay!

"It's a wonderland"
This was the perfect "one stop shopping" pandemic vacation! Tammy has literally thought of EVERYTHING! Our kids (7, 5, and 2 years old) had a ball! After they did their initial run around the house, my 5 year old said, "It's a wonderland!" They loved the slide and rock wall in their bedroom, hot tub/mini pool, kayaking and playing in the shallow bay waters,

Great Location on Sound, close to beach
We had a great time, as the house has direct access to swim in the sound, and was full of amenities like hot tub, ping pong, beach equipment, etc. Short walk to the beach 200 yards. The beach area was not crowded as there is no nearby hotels or large condo buildings. Would definitely stay again.

Make memories that last
This bayside home has the best of both worlds. The kids had a lot of fun in the bay and on the dock with less worry from the parents. No rip tides here. It was a short walk to the beach to enjoy all the sand, wind and waves of the Gulf. The home is lovely. The owner is attentive to every need. This was one of our very best vacations. A trip we will talk about forever.

Amazing
What a wonderful place! Even in the winter, we had a great time at this wonderful house taking in the beautiful view of the bay, paddleboarding, relaxing in the hot tub... we didn’t want to leave! Also, very convenient to the beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants near by. Tammy was a great host and took great care of us! Thank you!

Very spacious with amazing views
Tammy was amazing to work with from the time of booking til checkout. We had 9 in our party and the home accommodated all of us well. The views from the patio overlooking the sound are amazing. We were able to get some really nice photos as the sunset. We found plenty of storage for food in the 3 refrigerators and the kitchen was well equipped. The kids enjoyed the water trampoline and kayaking. We also did some fishing from the dock in the evening. We would definitely book another property owned by Tammy. She was very responsive to all our needs.

Best vrbo stay ever
Excellent home in the perfect location. Water is only 5 to 6 feet deep 200 ft past the end of the dock. Daily natural dolphin shows enjoyed from the trampoline and home decks. I am a combat wounded special forces officer(retired) so walking is sometimes difficult for me. To help with my mobility issues the owners allowed use of their pontoon boat during our stay. To comment on the type of people the owners are i will share this occurrence; when my brother had an issue with the boat the owner came all the way out to where we were on his jetski to address the issue. We ended up spending hours afterward just hanging out on a deserted beach with him as well as more time later at the house. Beach is only a two min walk for my disabled behind. If we are ever back in that area we will stay with them again

Serenity for sure!!
We had 4 families that went to the beach and we all had plenty of room to choose from. We had 3 big celebrations - an anniversary, birthday and graduation celebration and it was the perfect fit for all of our needs. We had 7 kids on our trip, and there was not a minute that went by that they did not have something to do! Tammy and Curt were absolutely wonderful to work with, from the very minute we booked until after we checked out! The next time we are looking for a spacious beach house with all the amenities, we will definitely stay here! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

This house has EVERYTHING!
This house was perfect, it has everything you could need to have a great stay at the beach! My kids played from sun up till sun down everyday and kept finding more toys in the garage. The private dock and water toys make going to the water very convenient even with toddlers napping on different schedules. Tammy was wonderful and answered any questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house for kids and large groups
We had a great time and loved the house! Most of our time was spent on the patio grilling and playing in the water. The patio is giant and accommodated our large group with lots of seating! There were so many sand toys and recreational toys. The beach is less than a five min walk to ocean side but the bay was great too!

Family reunion
Great property. We had a family reunion of 17 people comprising three generations. The house was very clean and spacious. The collection of water toys was amazing. The owner was very patient and accommodating in helping us create wonderful lasting memories

Very clean, great location, lots of beach and water accessories
This property was very clean, has a great location and very responsive owners that responded very quickly and tried to make our stay wonderful.
We came with a group of four families with 13 of us in total. We found the photos depicted what is inside but the listing of 6 BR is very, very misleading. We had some family squabbles over the 'bedrooms'. There were 3 traditional bedrooms, one extremely small bedroom fashioned from a utility space with a double bed/trundle and the rest were open air spaces - one in the loft and one in a sun room. There are plenty of places for 20 to sleep but the bedroom count is off. Zillow lists this home as having 3 bedrooms which is more accurate than 6 bedrooms listed. It was so surprising to us that I feel others might want to be similarly informed to prevent mismatched expectations.
On the plus side, the property managers/owners are responsive when things are not working as they should. That was amazing. The house was very clean. The location is spectacular. The amount of beach and water accessories were great. There are even bicycles to ride around Pensacola Beach with. My rating is reflective not of the upkeep of the property or the managers - just on the misrepresentation on the number of bedrooms in the home.

Beautiful View!
The house has a beautiful view overlooking the bay. The house is nicely furnished. The kitchen has everything you need. We caught some nice crab off the dock and a few fish. Our trip had unusually cold weather and the heated spa pool was perfect to sit in. The garage had any type of water toy you could ever want. The beach is a short walk and beautiful. We drove east a mile or so and went to the beach there too. It was so secluded! Shells everywhere. We loved our stay at Serenity and hope to return soon! Thanks Tammy!
