Questa unità si trova nel resort multiproprietà Worldmark ed è gestita da Wyndham, il gruppo di hotel numero 3 negli Stati Uniti (dopo Hilton e Marriott). Wyndham va oltre gli standard del settore per farci piacere, proprietari di Worldmark, in modo da estendere il loro contratto di gestione ogni anno. Questo resort a Kihei ha 200 unità che sono state appena ristrutturate pochi mesi fa e il team di pulizia e manutenzione le mantiene in perfetta forma. Sono stato fortunato ad accumulare molti punti ferie Worldmark ma non ho tempo di usarli tutti. Come miei ospiti avrai tutti i diritti e i privilegi dei proprietari regolari. Se qualcosa si rompe o si esauriscono le necessità di cucina e bagno, è sufficiente chiamare la reception e si prenderanno cura di tutto immediatamente. Il resort si trova dall'altra parte della strada rispetto a una grande spiaggia, Kamaole 1, molto tranquilla e adatta ai bambini. Il resort offre anche una bella piscina all'aperto, una vasca idromassaggio, una piscina per bambini, aree barbecue e centri fitness e ricreativi. Non è consentito fumare all'interno dell'unità, non sono ammessi animali, deve avere almeno 21 anni per prenotare.

Great place to stay with family. Accommodated 8 of us with no problem. Great location.. within walking distance of the beach and just a tiny drive to many others and a bunch of great restaurants. Would recommend for an extended stay!!

What a great location! The pool was amazing and being so close to the beach was great with the kiddo. We spent so much time outside! There’s also so many great things walkable, we rarely had to drive anywhere. This is a fantastic option for a family, and we’ll definitely be back!

The location was big enough for our group of six adults. It had an area to barbecue and eat at that we liked. The beach was in walking distance. It had a nice sized pool.
The location can provide the dish soap, detergent, towels for the unit and for the beach. It was an enjoyable time would go back there again.

First the good: Location, location, location. For a few of us, this was our 3rd or 4th stay on Maui. We love Kihei for its general unassuming sort of air and having great sand beaches right across the street for the kids and a good onsite pool made the week for us.
The bad: Our apartment wasn’t ready at check-in (4pm). We were showed another apartment that was in the back of the property, surrounded by the parking lot. We decided to wait for the regular apartment to be ready. Location was closer to the pool… though all ground floor apartments are arranged pretty dumb with terraces either overlooking the parking lot or the back of buildings with their air conditioning units. There are pretty gardens onsite, though these all give to the hallways. Even the upper floors don’t have the most ideal terrace situations.
Cockroaches. We found a couple. Not totally unexpected, but not ideal.
Apartments are generally dated, but functional.

The location is amazing. Few minutes from the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. The grounds were very well maintained. Plenty of space in the unit. Maintenance was very quick to fix a couple of problems. The unit itself is just showing its age. Livingroom furniture not very comfortable. Would stay here again.

This space was perfect for our family of 5. We had a 3 bedroom unit on the end and we were on the 4th (top) floor which I liked. It was so spacious and the full kitchen (full sized appliances and dishwasher) had everything we needed to make simple meals with plenty of utensils and dishes. The beds and pillows were comfy and plentiful and the rooms had their own fans and AC units which did run on the loud side. The living room unit was much quieter. We didn't need the Murphy bed so I can't speak on that. Every closet had 10 Hangers and the rooms had dressers and nightstands with drawers! This room felt like a nice 3 bedroom apartment except for it did have the traditional hotel carpet. The pool and hot tub were large but could use more frequent cleaning since there was a lot of cand at the bottom with people coming from the beach. This accommodation listing was accurate but I wasn't expecting the kitchen to be so spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo location worked out great because we had seven family members with different daily plans. With the beach, to shopping to restaurants and the pool, everyone was happy. The room was comfortable and well stocked. It's a busy area and there can be some street noises. The food trucks that park nearby are a great plus!

Everything was nice, clean, and as advertised. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 since not as plush as the high end resorts. Room was ready at advertised time. We did try to get an early checkin . The front desk was off by a couple hours estimating the time. We could have planned the afternoon better with an accurate estimate. Rooms had everything we needed for our stay and we enjoyed being there

We had a really good time in Kihei. Location was great! Beautiful views to the ocean and to the mountains. Very comfortable unit with everything we needed. Washer and dryer very convenient. Kitchen was well stocked and clean towels were available whenever needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Unit and premises were very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

The only thing that was a very slight disappointment is that we didn’t know about the beach rentals and other amenities until we checked out. Nothing was shared on checkin and they were very vague about where to get extra items for the condo (toilet paper, paper towels, etc) since there is no maid service due to Covid. We ended up going to the store which wasn’t very far. The pool had plenty of chairs, Sun and room for the family.

We were barely in our room at all. Always on the go, wanted to cram it all in before moving on to the next island. Beds were comfy, everything you need in the kitchen if you want to eat some meals in. Everyone was nice and staff at the front desk were very accommodating. The ONLY thing we wished for, was beach stuff. A couple chairs, boogie boards. Seems so wasteful for guests to have to purchase that stuff again and again. Altho I get some people are jerks and would probably steal it.
