Villa Natalia, # 8 Tranquility Beach Club, è un attico al terzo piano che offre una delle migliori posizioni di spiaggia, scogliera e oceano dell'isola. Essendo una delle sole nove unità del Tranquility Beach Club, privacy, relax e una spiaggia tranquilla sono le tue in un quartiere molto desiderabile e sicuro a pochi minuti a sud di San Pedro.
Costruito con il comfort e la flessibilità delle sistemazioni in mente, le tre camere da letto (letto matrimoniale, camera matrimoniale e piano singolo con letto queen size) hanno ciascuna il proprio bagno. Il pavimento piastrellato e gli alti soffitti a volta danno alla casa un'atmosfera fresca, ariosa e aperta. L'arredamento è stato accuratamente selezionato da località di tutto il mondo come Bali, Indonesia, Belize, Messico e Perù. I nostri giardini paesaggistici includono una perfetta piscina d'acqua dolce a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Sedie in legno tropicale e chaise longue realizzate con fonti di legname sostenibili sono convesse intorno alla piscina e alla spiaggia. Il nostro molo recentemente ricostruito si estende a 100 metri dalla riva e costituisce un comodo punto di raccolta per taxi d'acqua, barche per immersioni e charter di tour, o per scivolare in acqua per una semplice nuotata pomeridiana e snorkeling. Abbiamo ridisegnato il nostro palapa dopo che il molo è stato distrutto dall'uragano Earl nel 2016 e ha una grande atmosfera aperta con viste meravigliose e brezze marine proprio sull'acqua. Beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. Perfect size for a family of 6. George was amazing with helping us plan our trip. Definitely rent a golf cart to get around. Great shops and food very close by.

To start the owners we’re amazing helpful, they arrange for us to be picked up and dropped off at Tropical Air from Belize and back there on our last day. The place was cleaned, rummy and located perfect away from the hectic downtown area. The place has a peer located in front of it, if you are doing water sports which is what most do then the companies can pick up there very convenient. The pools was great for those days we just hanged at the place. There is a restaurant right in front of the place and another one more classy very close. The is a store about a block away but be careful they sell expired stuff there if you are not paying attention. To get around to town and back you will a gold cart which you can rent over the phone and they will deliver to you and pick it up. FYI gas is expensive! The best place with a beach is Secreat beach which is a bit far if driving or go the resort located on that side of the island and they can drive you there via water taxi. Over all it was a great experience being in this beautiful island. One last thing make sure you have lost and lots of bug spray the mosquitoes are hungry and they will flock on you if you do no spray.

This was an absolutely beautiful property and it was everything we were hoping for and more. The place is big, clean, quiet and comfortable. My father two boys and myself stayed here and there was so much room for all of us. When I come back to Belize this will be the first property I look for!

Villa Natalia is EVERYTHING described and more! Perfect layout and use of space, beautiful views, fantastic dock, and quiet but close to town location. We loved every minute there and would definitely go back!!

The condo and property were great overall. Everything was very clean, and most anything you needed was in there. A couple of things I would love to suggest is they have a couple more items on hand to use such as a beach bag and also some more pool noodles. Very minor things but would have loved to have had them. Also would have loved to have a book there that previous people could write in regarding restaurants they enjoyed, excursions they liked, etc. Every other place we have stayed have had something like this which was extremely helpful. We were expecting more information there and guess we should have just asked more questions before we went. A few things that we wish we had known before booking is that the air conditioner cannot go lower than 78 degrees. While there are fans in every room, it still caused us not to sleep well due to it being warmer than we are used to. Secondly, one of the things we were most excited about was that there was a dock where you could snorkel off of. Unfortunately the stairs from the dock were broken so only my athletic 19-year-old son was able to get himself out of the water since most of the stairs were broken which made it very difficult to get out of the water. I let the management company know which just responded they would let the HOA know. This is not the owners problem, but the electricity went out numerous times, once for over 2 hours. My advice would be just ask lots of questions before you go.

This condo met our expectations and more, and the location was great. Working with George the condo owner made it an easier experience, since it was our first time in Belize. The property management company was very accommodating and friendly to work with. The AC went out the 2nd day we were there, so I called property management and they sent someone out right away to fix the AC. The only issue we experienced is that we were unable to change the thermostat lower than 78° which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. You may want to consider charging a little more for rental to offset the bill. Other than that we loved the view and our trip. Thank you George for all the information you provided before our trip, we appreciate it and we loved your home. Thanks for the opportunity.

Just came back from spending a week here
What a beautiful experience I cannot say enough about Mr. George and his wonderful staff from the pick up to and from the ferry for all of my children as they all came at different times and they arrange a pick up for them which I thought was awesome.

The place is absolutely lovely.
They are very attentive very caring people anything that I needed any issue that I had they responded to it immediately and got it taken care, of customer service at its finest!!
I will definitely recommend this location. I will definitely go back there myself, the views amazing!! Being able to wake up every morning and you’re overlooking this beautiful ocean, you can’t beat it. You just can’t beat it, don’t think twice about booking this condo. You will not be disappointed.

This place was perfect for 6 adults. Amazing view, clean and very quiet. Located just South of San Pedro town so just enough to be out of the hustle or bustle of town. Close enough to take golf cart everywhere. Communication was on point and house keeping was very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Swimming off dock had a variety of fish, spotted eagle rays and even a nurse shark to snorkel with. Restaurants close by and Black Orchid was great food and an extremely friendly staff.

Villa Natalia was a perfect location on the island. Just far enough away from city central to find peace and quiet. The accommodations were perfect for our little family group. The master suite is quite luxurious. We ended up eating out most of our meals, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you could need. I loved that there were plenty of paper products, no need to shop for those, and the management company even brought the extra 5-gallon water for us during the mid-week clean. The pool was awesome, kept at a perfect temperature and the location with the private dock made being picked up by tour companies a cinch. The owners gave us a ton of info about things to do, etc. and were super-responsive to our questions at the planning phase. The management company was responsive and helpful during our stay. Perfect vacation!

there was no washer & dryer available for our use. We had to pay the maid to do one load a week for us.
The property is a bit cluttered. The upper bedroom was hot. the small vent didn’t cool it down. there was a fan in each room which proved to be necessary. kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. The owner provided copious amounts of info on every subject we could think of - this was very helpful. after 12 days the 37 stairs to the 3rd floor began to wear - but it
probably did us good.

The location on the Caye was beautiful and convenient. Easy to get to a variety of activities and just as easy to relax in the restful atmosphere of the beach and dock. Information from our host prior to the trip was very helpful and comprehensive. The property management team was excellent and everything worked like it was supposed to. We very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return trip to Belize.

We had 5 in our group. Nice having all 3 bedrooms with ensuite. We were challenged by the 3rd bedroom. Stairs to the room were steep with open, shallow treads. The ceiling in that room is slanted making headspace challenging for adults. This , along with 3 flights of stairs to get to first floor of the condo helps you get your exercise in. If you have bad knees, not the best choice. Did I mention the balcony overlooks pool and ocean and is good sized. Would rent again. George, Owner, was very helpful

We loved the location of the property. It's a short golf cart ride out of town which insures its quiet at night, yet close enough you can easily go into town for meals. The property is very clean and the communication was fantastic. Everything just went seamlessly for us right from the pick up at the airport to the drop off again on the last day.

This lovely 3 bedroom condo was amazing! Very comfortable for the 4 of us but could have fit up to 8 comfortably. The property was beautifully maintained. Love the dock where we were picked up for our fishing and dive trips. The owner was a great source of info. We will be back best trip of my life!!!!

We just had the most incredible stay at Villa Natalia. It was our first time to Belize, and George was so easy to communicate with and very helpful! The property management team helped out so much, too! The location was perfect! A short golf cart ride to lots of great places to eat and markets, but just far enough out of the hustle and bustle that it truly felt like we could relax. We swam off the pier, enjoyed the pool, sipped coffee on the patio watching the sunrise, etc. Our tour guides were able to pick is up right off the dock here! I can’t say enough how perfect this place was for our family!

We completely enjoyed our time at Villa Natalia. It felt very secluded and often we had the beach and pool all to ourselves to enjoy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. George is very detailed, responsive and helpful. He provided a list of things to do along with contacts he is a wealth of information. You can't go wrong with staying at Villa Natalia and for first timers to Belize it was perfect and we'll be back!

We loved and fully enjoyed our stay in Villa Natalia. George was very helpful, along with Trish at the management company. The room itself was perfect for our family vacation. Outside the village of San Pedro, but this makes it nice for an enjoyable peaceful vacation. Restaurants and small grocery store close. We would stay again! Everything you need was thought of. The staff was absolutely fantastic. There is a wonderful bar right next door. We enjoyed being on the outskirts where it is a little quieter- but with anything you could want just a golf cart ride away. It is on the 3rd floor, so I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues. If that is not a concern then the views are stunning off the balcony area and worth the few extra stairs. Highly recommend!

Perfect week away. Glad we stayed at Villa Natalia. Having never been to San Pedro, we were unsure what part of the island to stay on. We found that the location of Villa Natalia, roughly 2.5 miles south, was perfect. Extremely quite area, but close enough that a golf cart ride into town is not a big deal. This is also a great location for fishing the flats as our guide picked us up each day and then headed south. The unit had more than enough room and was stocked very well. Enjoyed fresh press coffee each morning watching the sunrise on the back deck.
Also George is a fantastic host and provides a lot of information on the unit and island. Trish is the local representative with the management company and is quick to answer any questions and coordinates the transfers from the San Pedro airport.

Just beautiful…
We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Natalia. Not only was the condo really unique and personal with beautiful art and pieces from their world travels but the view of the ocean, clean and groomed beach and personal dock were all amazing.
We loved that it was away from the busyness of the city but not far from it and a fun golf cart drive to get there.
We enjoyed the pool and the ocean, which were literal steps away from the unit.. we snorkeled right of the dock and saw all kinds of beautiful fish including a lion fish ;) We even had a dolphin visit us while having morning coffee out there.
George and all the staff were so helpful and friendly and all the neighbors were great as well. Will definitely come back! Thanks for having us Villa Natalia!! :)

Villa Natalia, a quiet, relaxing getaway.
This wonderful property is on the 3rd floor of this 6 apartment complex and is very private with a lovely spacious patio overlooking the pool, beach and ocean. The villa is very well equipped and beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 6 people. Situated south of San Pedro town the location is quiet and uncrowded with a nice clean beach and a pool surrounded with vegetation for privacy. We also snorkeled off the pier and saw fish, rays and other marine life. It is best to hire a golf cart if you are going into the town often as it is about 2.5 miles from the villa. The roads are bumpy and dusty and watch out for the speed bumps!

This is a beautiful property. It is on the south end of the island, which is quieter. We like this aspect of it. The listing is fully accurate and the owner and management company were very responsive whenever there was a question. The place is very clean and has everything you need for your stay.

Wonderful Accommodations and Gracious Hospitality!
From our pre-booking to the last day, the owner and property manager were amazing! We have never traveled to Belize and they were so helpful! We received help arranging transportation, with all of our excursions, what to do, where to go and of course, where to eat. The accommodation were even better than pictured and you had everything you needed to prepare meals if you want to stay in. It was quiet and comfortable. The dock was perfect and we could be picked up for our fishing trip there. Loved also having the pool right there and coffee on the balcony was lovely in the mornings! We loved our stay and cannot wait to visit again! Thank you for everything, George!
