This property exceeded all our expectations. We had family come in town for Thanksgiving and it was by far the best holiday we've had as a family at the beach! Thank you so much for everything!

This condo, by far, was the best we have ever stayed at, in Orange Beach. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The management company was very helpful in setting up our vacation. The amenities were wonderful and the staff was extremely nice. We will definitely stay here, on our next visit to Orange Beach.

First, I want to start out by saying I love turquoise Place. This was my fifth time staying at the turquoise place and every experience either met or exceeded my expectation, but sadly this one did not. It had nothing to do with the resort but everything to do with the condo itself. In years past I have always rented a condo at turquoise place through private owners. This was the first time using Prickett Properties. They were helpful, attentive and easy to work with however the condo was in severe need of updates/repair. The whole condo was in need of fresh paint, The furniture was worn (apart from main couch), chairs were broken and the leather on some of them were ripped. Some of the curtains even had holes in them. It was definitely in need of some TLC

We love staying at the Turquoise place - the amenities are hard to beat. This condo was great, well stocked, had plenty of room for our family that ranged from 1 to 81 years old. Beds weren't the most comfortable - some of the furniture seemed worn out, but we weren't here to lounge on the couch - we were here for the beach! Kitchen was well stocked, extra pillows and blankets in the master bedroom, comfy patio furniture, grill and hot tub both worked great, and check in was a breeze. Thank you for a relaxing weekend!

This condo is exactly as advertised. Very clean. Great corner unit. WiFi worked great. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. The management company (Pricket Properties) was super easy from check in to check out.

Luxury unit but sub par furnishings
The Turquoise Place buildings are absolutely fabulous ! The huge rooms and balonconies definitely made leaving home better. The granite and the tile and color scheme was perfect. The kitchen is HUGE and is great for entertaining a large family. I love the hot tub on the balcony and the grill!!!! We did have to report nasty water and a jet not working but they promptly drained it and refilled and fixed on day 2. But it would have been nice on day one with the LONG drive we had to make. The pool and lazy river are amazing !!!!! We didn't try the sauna or the gym but looked very nice. We also love the little bar place to eat and have snacks or drinks by the pool! And drinks and dipping dots!!! Kids love that !
The main two complaints we had were the Furnishings all need to be replaced. The living room furniture is out of date, dirty and very uncomfortable. The master mattress was like cardboard and just awful to sleep on. The kitchen has no non stick skillet! And the master bath has NO lock between it and the laundry room! So if you have non family with you or in laws, they can walk in on you naked in a glass shower !!!! What were they thinking ! The owners said they removed it because it wasn't needed. ?!?!?! If you are renting out your condo, it needs to be set at certain standards of comfort and convenience. Also I feared the safety of the balcony railing. They said the last hurricane had damaged them. So there were plywood boards placed throughout the rails. It was several rooms not just this one. We had the love of our life , grandson with us and feared for his safety the entire time. I would rent at turquoise again but not this room NOTE. they did refund our cleaning fees after I send them photos

Great Vacation
This was a beautiful condo with lots of nice amenities!! The view of the ocean was spectacular! We loved all the space both inside and out, it made the vacation very comfortable. Now for the bad! Oven took for ever to preheat, hot water was hit or miss in the showers, had maintenance look at it with no luck. Also had water raining down on the balcony a handful of time, after complaining 3 days in a row the staff finally checked on it and found too many people were in the hot tub two floors up and it was overflowing. Overall it was a positive experience and the place was great!!!!

Spacious and well appointed
This condo was huge and very well appointed. I was there for our annual siblings get together. Myself, my three brothers and their spouses, all of us 75 plus. Love the patio which had plenty of seating and table space. Also plenty of seating in the living area and at the dining table. Kitchen was huge. We did have a problem working the oven; some instructions there would have been nice. Loved the ice maker at the bar area. Beds were extremely comfortable. Floor to ceiling windows everywhere.

Great family vacation
Normally I’m bored when we do a beach vacation. The amenities of the resort and condo are great for family. Our only issue was that the ladder for the bunk beds isn’t kid friendly (unattached and not sturdy enough for our 7 year old to go up and down), so we didn’t use the top bunk at all.

Turquoise
Overall, we were very pleased with the condo and the amenities at the resort. We loved having the grill on the balcony and the rooms were spacious. However, the ice maker broke the first full day we were there. We called and a repairman came out the following day. He left indicating that it was fixed. However, it was still broke. As a result, we had to go purchase bags of ice from the store, as the resort had no ice machines on the various floors. We were also pretty disappointed in the lack of carts available for transporting luggage. When we arrived, there were none to be found and when we checked out, we had similar difficulty locating carts. Fortunately, we had wagons and were able to use those.

Slightly disappointed
The condo was extremely spacious with lots of room for three generations of family. The view is breathtaking and balconies are well furnished and large enough for entertaining. Condo needs a little updating, cabinets show wear and sleeper couch in living room is collapsing in the center and super uncomfortable to sit on.
Upon arrival we found open candy boxes, drink pouches, and food on the window sill near bunks. We messaged Prickett Properties with pictures and were reimbursed cleaning fee. Very generous, but wasn’t what we were trying to get. Doubting the cleanliness of the condo because of this, we spent lots of time cleaning and disinfecting.
The television in the living room did not work for the first three days, the ice maker had to be re-booted twice, water from the floor above us dripped thru the light fixture over the sink, and the hot tub wasn’t heating. The guys from Spectrum were called in by the front desk to quickly stop the water leak to avoid an electrical problem. They were knowledgeable and friendly.
We did not complain about all of the problems because we didn’t want anyone to think we ere trying to get more reimbursements. But when the water and electricity problem occurred, we had no choice.
Despite the mishaps, we would still return to Turquoise Place in the future, but more than likely to a different condo. We enjoyed the resort and it’s staff!

Wonderful facility and condo with easy access to beach. The property manager was extremely quick to respond with any questions we had. I would recommend the rental as well as stay there again.

Accurately represented in the listing and everything we were looking for
The condo is certainly spacious and the amenities should not be understated. Great location that is quiet to sleep, but very close to all the fun. The beach was great with beautiful white sand.

My Dream Wedding
This property was amazing, while we did not take advantage of all its amenities we plan to revisit in the future! My husband and I were married at the Gulf State Park Pavilion and had our guests over to this condo for a dinner following the ceremony, it couldn't have been a better space to comfortably accommodate everyone. The next time we will take advantage of the fitness center, lazy river and spas! We cannot thank you enough for allowing our family to create memories we will cherish for a lifetime! :)

New adventure for us...
We hav never been to Alabama before, we come from New England and usually go to Florida. We are six adults and three youngsters ages 14, 13 and 10. We decided to do something different this year. The condo is wonderful, plenty of room to spread out. The bedrooms and bathrooms make for comfort for everyone. Turquoise Place is great with daily activities for the kids...they won a scavenger hunt! The beach is beautiful and the pools are great. We had a couple of days that we’re not great for the beach, we were happy to have the indoor pool. . Orange Beach and Gulf shores were unknown to us and we all agree they are great spots. Lots of good, fun restaurants. The Hangout, LuLu’s and the Sunliner Diner especially. The only thing we wished we had available in the condo were beach chairs and beach towels. You could rent lounge chairs on the beach but seemed pricey to us. We bought beach chairs and passed them on to an incoming family. A small issue for a great week with family. I think we all would love to come back to this wonderful condominium at Turquoise Place

Great Condo for a Family Vacation
Overall the condo was fantastic. It was definitely large enough for 6 adults and 3 children. The only negatives were that the furniture (chairs and couches) was very worn and new silverware is needed. Other than that everything was great.
The gym and indoor pool on the 4th floor were a huge bonus as we had a couple of days where the weather did not permit us from being on the beach.

Amazing Condo!
Beautiful and amazing condo but the king mattress was really squeaky, the kitchen cabinets were in need of major repair and the checkout time is 10am and that is just too early. Otherwise I would have given it five stars!

Even bigger and better than the pics!
I never write reviews but this condo was so beautiful. We were in town for a wedding and will hopefully now make this a yearly vacation. Hopefully 801d will be available next year when we go back. Enjoyed all the amenities you don't even have to go anywhere. The condo is so big and spacious even better than the pics. We loved it!
