We stayed for a family members 60th birthday, the home is big and we were able to play games at the main table. The bad, no central air on the hottest weekend was unbearable in some sleeping rooms, one stove and ice maker did not work, the backyard needs a lot of work we did not use the hot tub or gazebo as it needs to be fixed in many areas and only some chairs had cushions. We all decided it was like stepping back into the 80s, which is fine unless it’s summer time and hot and you are used to more modern amenities It might be better in the winter. this house needs some serious TLC. If you want to be close to Broadmore though location is ideal.

We stayed for two nights whole in the area for a family reunion. The house is located near wonderful natural attractions like Garden of the Gods and Manitou. We used the hot tub both nights. Plenty of room to sleep 8 adults and the two kids. The kids loved the charm of this older home. There was a cool unexpected bonus in that a local business has 4 full size Transformer robots so we had to stop for pictures! Watch for them on Cimmeron (Hwy 24) on the way to Old Town Colorado. Very nice place to stay.

This home had everything we needed during our stay. We gave the grill a good workout several times and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was perfect because it was close to a lot of things we wanted to do. Terry was always checking in to make sure there was nothing we needed. Beautifully furnished!

Our family stayed 2 nights in this beautiful home. It was a perfect home near our grandson’s wedding venue. The owner met us and explained everything and made us feel welcome.

Very pleasant home in a nice neighborhood with lots of wildlife (deer and rabbits visited the yard on multiple occasions) and nearby wilderness. Host communicated well, met us at the house and personally went through the home's features and idiosyncrasies. It worked well for our family of six to explore the Colorado Springs area, while being convenient to a conference we were attending at the Broadmoor Resort, which was only a couple minutes away.

We had a lovely weekend at this home which was perfectly located for our family reunion. We spent most of our time at another large home nearby but our time here was very nice. Our only complaint is that it was a bit hot upstairs. The Air conditioner in the Master Bedroom was helpful. Beautiful antiques throughout.

This house is great. It's old. It's odd. But everything is clean, functional, and just the right amount of quirky.
We had 5 adult couples staying in this house and we had plenty of room to spread out. The photos don't do the spaces justice. The main kitchen/dining room/living room are fairly open, and then there are additional spaces in the house to relax on a couch or get away from that one friend you've had enough of.
Hot tub was nice. The patio was great. The views from the front yard are lovely. The neighborhood is upscale (you might feel like an imposter). The location was close to mountains, and not a far drive to all the things you wanna do in the city.
No A/C, and although there are window units in most of the bedrooms, there are basically no screens. Although there are fewer insects than in the Midwest, we had the occasional moth or wasp or whatever buzzing around the house. It mostly worked for us, but there are plenty of people who wouldn't love that.
Was really a wonderful stay, and 10/10 would book again.

Colorado Springs was gorgeous. The property manager/ owner was kind. Issues we had was the hot tub was not working and was not good about it til time for trip. There were just other appliances in the home that didn't work. Hot water did not last for dishes and a shower. The jacuzzi tub could not be filled with hot water in general.

Such a delightful stay. My family did not want to leave. Very spacious home, yet warm and welcoming. Fully stocked w utensils and pots for cooking. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had an infant, toddler, and young children, who loved the home and the Christmas cheer in the decor. Terry was very accessible and easy to work with. Hope to return in coming years.

Wonderful home in Broadmoor area, actually short walk to the Broadmoor. Beautiful, safe neighborhood, upscale homes, friendly people. Terry was great, easily contactable, lots of stories and experiences. Home is large, more than enough bedrooms, excellent kitchen, dining , and living area. Was great for a Thanksgiving with family and friends. 15 min to Ft. Carson, even closer to downtown.

We stayed for a long weekend, and had a lovely time. Home needs a little updating, but has tremendous charm and loads space. My daughters had a blast exploring and taking advantage of the hot tub. Hosts were available for anything

We chose the house for its location, and it had plenty of room for our group. Although it was dated, it was clean. The hot tub was also clean and worked well. There is no central air conditioning, so the bedrooms had portable units venting through the windows, which didn't look particularly elegant but was functional in keeping the rooms cool. Overall rental and communication process was very smooth although would have preferred contactless check-in.

Wonderful stay
Thank you for letting us stay in your home. The hot tub was amazing on the cool evenings. The amount of wildlife made foe some great pictures. The location was close to everything we wanted to do on our visit.

Cute family getaway
We got the cousins together and had a great weekend with tons of family time!! The kitchen was great for feeding everyone, the kids had plenty of space to move around, and the location was awesome for little adventures!

My family attends the RMMR every year at Father's Day; we bring classic cars to show and were especially happy with the driveway and parking availability. The house was spacious; great outside space for the kids. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.

Tudor at Broadmore
The property is well appointed with everything you could possibly need for an extended stay. The decor is a wonderment with paintings, chineese porcelain, interesting books and something new to discover on every wall and corner. The weather was nice and so we could enjoy the backyard sitting areas and gazebo. Walking the neighborhood was interesting for our young people. My people were able to relax and get away from their stressful work. Some slept later than they had in year. It was a lovely adventure.

Peaceful, Spacious Retreat
Lovely home with plenty of space in a quiet neighborhood. The home itself is like walking through a museum, with so many tastefully arranged treasures from around the world. It was the perfect location for a staycation with family and we will be making reservations again!

Spacious house with all amenities
Terry was very courteous and ensured we were taken care of. House is big with plenty of room, AC, Wifi, and Hot tub all work great. Decor is somewhat antique and outdated but the house itself is in great condition. Would definitely stay here again with a bigger group.

Great for a family!
Exactly as advertised, this property is spacious, clean, and in a great neighborhood. The quiet street and fenced-in backyard made it so nice for my kids to play outside without concern. We especially appreciated the abundance of clean towels ready for use, as well as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap! Thank you, Terry, for a great stay!

Great 60th birthday party
What a wonderful house , clean, nice hot tub , plenty of room, had everything we needed for the party. Homeowner Terry greeted us and was very nice , told us a lot about the house and neighborhood. Would definitely stay again

Spacious well stocked home needing some TLC
House was very spacious with well stocked kitchen with all needed supplies. Owner was very nice, met us at the property and explained everything. Came back during our week of stay to check on us and checkout was also very convenient.
Home however require some updating and require some repairs. For example information file has restaurant info from a decade ago. I am not sure restaurants are still in business. Colorado spring was unseasonably warm during our stay. Temps were in high 90's. House has couple of small room A/C and couple of chillers which were not adequate to keep the house comfortable. Updating the house will go a long way.

Perfect for large groups
This house is perfect for large groups! Close to everything - shopping, freeways and in a lovely neighborhood.
We were in town for 5 days to attend a family wedding and there were 12 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone. Pets are allowed which was great as we had a therapy dog among us. Check-in was easy. Terry, the owner, greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the house. The house was welcoming as well as neat and clean. All the amenities were already there – linens, towels, hair dryers, extra toilet paper/paper towels, trash bags, bath/hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent. This was very much appreciated as we all travelled from different parts of country. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, tableware, and plates.
We loved the layout of the house. Having a large living room and family room made it easy for everyone to be together without feeling crowded. The finished basement was comfortable and made for another place to retreat and relax. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Tourists
The owners were very easy to work with and they had everything there for ease of staying there and not having to buy paper products, laundry needs and bathroom essentials. They plan for you enjoying your stay and not worrying about the small things. We want to go back for sure!

Overall my group and I enjoyed our stay, as it was not only close to our event but the house was immaculate and comfortable. And our host was very hospitable as well.
