Perfect spot. We had both new people to NOLA and seasoned veterans to Bourbon st. Everyone agreed this was the perfect walking location to all the fun in french quarters. Host communicated very well made and made it as easy as possible. Could probably sleep 14 but theres only two bathrooms so our 8 was just right. Great experience would love to stay in this exact spot again

We stayed here for ~4 days for a friend's get-together and had a fantastic time. The location cannot be beat, you're walking distance from everything in the French Quarter, and the property was quiet and safe through the night. Additionally, the host was very communicative and flexible to accommodate. Next time we visit New Orleans, this place will be first on our list. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was amazing! Super walkable and was able to accommodate our big group. We felt very safe walking around the area, although we did hear some loud people walking down the streets (but that just New Orleans for ya!). The host communicated very well and was available to help us when we needed it. would definitely book this stay again!

Mike was a great host! The place was perfect for our large group of 12 in town for a bachelor gathering. Very close to FQ and easy to get around. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our bachelor party. Not too far from bourbon we made the walk multiple times. Had a question for Mike and he responded almost instantly. Would 100% recommend this place for any large groups who are looking to spend most of their time walking around having fun.

As per the title, the house is in a great location. You can walk to the quarter which was great for our guests. With a large group, it was nice that some could make other arrangements instead of trying to make reservations for 10 or more each time. The hkuse was very clean and the access couldn't have been easier. Parking spots were off street and safe. Great experience!

Came for a weekend stay for a bachelor and bachelorette party with a large group and found the house to be very clean and conveniently located very close to the French Quarter. The layout is interesting to navigate, but is part of it’s historical charm. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio space and were pleasantly surprised at the large size of the fridge/freezer. The only downside is that there are only 2 bathrooms, which are only accessible through (sometimes several) bedrooms, which for a larger group can be a bit complicated, especially if the guests are not well acquainted.

Didn’t have a full kitchen which kinda was a bummer however we did fine without it. It was a solid spot. Stayed cool which was perfect for how hot it was. Property manager was there when we got there and to give us the low down. Great customer service and was there if we needed him for anything (we didn’t though). Perfect location to bourbon. Easy walk or Uber from everything we did. Solid stay

The house was perfect, it was just far enough away that it wasn’t loud but close enough to easily walk or taxis to everything we wanted to do in New Orleans. The listing states there was two queen beds. We only found fulls. But the house was very clean and well maintained and had gated parking. We would definitely stay again.

Don’t get me wrong it’s an old house they stuffed a ton of beds into every room. Which is just what we needed. No complaints here. 2 bathrooms for 16 people was tough but we made due.

We used to live in NOLA and wanted to bring family and friends to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary at JazzFest. 12 of our group stayed here and totally enjoyed it. Shared outdoor space worked for all guests. Would have loved more of a kitchen but we knew what we were getting and made it work. Great gas station down the street for coffee, snacks, beer and fried chicken! Mike was the best… easy to work with and always available. And the RTA JAZZFEST bus had a pick-up and drop off just blocks away. All in all we had a wonderful time. Thanks Mike!!!

The place was exactly as advertised. No problems at all. Great location. Patrick was very quick to respond with any questions we had and even dropped by within 20 minutes to help us change the passcode when we needed to. One of the best Vrbo experiences I have had.

Mike and the place have been extensively reviewed already so I'll just confirm that all the of the reviews are accurate and the listing is as promised. Location is prime, house was clean, host was communicative and accommodating. Definitely targeted for large groups that will be out and about and don't need much living space, which fit our need perfectly.

The hosts of this property went above and beyond for our group! Not only were they flexible on check-in/check out times for our group of 14, but they also had complimentary Prosecco waiting in the fridge. In my opinion the property looks even better in person. I could not recommend staying here more!

We had a wonderful time at this house! Plenty of beds and the host was so kind to provide a toaster and paper plates/cups, etc for us! The location was great too - really close to Bourbon street but far enough away that it was pretty quiet for sleeping.

If you’re looking for a place within 5 minutes walking distance of Bourbon for a large number of people to sleep, this is a great option. Tons of beds with nice bedding. There is no kitchen, so be aware that you need to bring water or get water out of the tap in the bathrooms. But for being a single spot for a large number of people to sleep, it’s great.

The host was wonderful and the property worked for what we needed, but it just wasn’t very clean. There was a hole in the floor so there were roaches and a MOUSE in the house. The towels and blankets should be replaced.

We had a blast at this listing -- the location was perfect to walk to Bourbon Street and other points of interest, without getting too loud and crazy at night. We had a joint bachelor/bachelorette party with 12 guests, and everyone was remarking how perfectly located the house was. Highlight of the house was the back patio since we had phenomenal weather.
The check-in and check-out processes were a breeze, and all of our questions were responded to super quickly.
Beds were comfortable, sheets/towels were clean, and the house and parking area were both very secure with locks/gates.
Listing is very accurate - the house is primarily bedrooms with two bathrooms, and limited additional furniture, but that was exactly what we were looking for!

Location is amazing. Access to the French Quarter is a short and easy walk. The gated parking lot is great and there was no problems during my stay. This is a good place to book if planning a weekend with friends to be spent downtown. There is no kitchen but there is a full size fridge/freezer and microwave.

We had an absolutely amazing visit to NOLA and it’s a big thanks to Mike. We were traveling here for the first time to celebrate friends getting married and to experience Halloween in New Orleans. Patrick was extremely attentive and responsive. Honestly I think this is the best host I’ve had with any stay! Great location and the townhome had a lot of charm. Everyone in our group really enjoyed their stay!

Tons of beds. Blocks from Bourbon. House’d 12 easy and could have held a few more. Has microwave and fridge, so bring water/Gatorade etc.

We were totally shocked when checking in, but we made the best of it. First, the owner was extremely nice and accommodating. However, this property is made up of all beds. Out of the 6 bedrooms, described in the listing, there were only 2 that had privacy. All others were common areas that had foot traffic either to get upstairs, the front door/living room, other sleeping areas, or bathrooms. All bathrooms are not in common areas.
You must walk through bedded areas to access. Can't really call it a house since it had no kitchen. Thank God we didn't all have partners and the sex was almost split evenly. So no one had to share the area with the opposite sex. This property is for those who don't mind dorm-like experience.
