Condo was lovely. Pictures don’t do it justice. View from the balcony spectacular! Bed was super comfy as was living room furniture. And the location - wow! Walk right out to a lovely long stretch of white sand. In mid winter it wasn’t swimming weather - although there were a few hearty souls in the water, but it was perfect for walks on the beach and wading up to the knees everyday! Would definitely rent this unit again!

Loved the property and location. Only problem was we could hear the neighbor's tv, and their arguing through the bedroom wall. The light coming through the bedroom shutters also made midnight seem like noon. Wish we could have had better sleep. Bring ear plugs and eye covers and its a perfect size for 1 couple!

Condo was perfect for the two of us. The view was fantastic and the beach as well. Liked that it was close to restaurants and grocery store. Very convenient. Everyone was very friendly. Hope we can get back down there again.

Room was clean and very convenient. Beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen, could use some sharp knives. The only other thing is, not against the property, but the chair/umbrella rentals took up the prime beach area. Those of us that rented a condo and didnt want to rent chairs/umbrellas from the rental place had to move on down the beach. Again, nothing against the condo or owners. But we will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Great communication. Location and view was great. Peg Leg Pete’s is right across the street and there is a free shuttle from 4pm-12am.

The condo as well as the property owner were perfect. I will definitely want to book here for all of our future stays. The condo had a beautiful view and was stocked with everything we needed to feel like we were at a home away from home. The complex as a whole was great as well. Other tenants including an older gentleman with his dog were the nicest people and very welcoming. The pool was big and clean. It was a perfect stay for a family that just wants to relax and not be around anything rowdy (which is exactly what we wanted) I honestly would not change anything about my stay with this particular location except wishing it was for longer! Thank you again to the owners for allowing us to enjoy a much needed family vacation.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo and we loved it both times. The location was great, the beach was beautiful and uncrowded and the unit was clean. Jill, the owner, was wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend.

Great location, quiet. So close to the beach!

Doesn’t get any better than this condo. Has everything needed for a great beach vacation, even some extra beach chairs and toys for the beach. We were there during the tornado and the condo complex was perfect throughout the storm. Jill even checked on us to make sure we were ok. This is our second time to stay in this condo and we will definitely be back.

Was absolutely perfect. Condo was actually bigger than it looked in the photos. Veiw of ocean was awesome, lots of dolphins. Location was great. Lots of elbow room being down just a bit, but still very close to everything. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful beachfront views. The most comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. We usually eat out for every meal on vacations. Decided to make it a staycation and only eat out two days. The kitchen was stocked and had what we needed to cook at 'home. Peg Legs is across the street, delicous. Theres a little store next door with essential supplies. Very peaceful quiet area. We love it.

Easy process; good communication with the property manager; clean with a great view.

This property was even better than expected. Loved the under building parking. Our car stayed nice a cool. Communication with Jill was great. She gave us great restaurant and Blue Angel practice viewing location recommendations. We saw stingrays and dolphins from the condo! It was a great location and wonderful time.

My husband and I stayed here, just the 2 of us, to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was exactly like they said! Wonderful place, wonderful location! We loved Pensacola Beach and already have a place booked for next March to come with our 4 daughters!

From the time we entered the condo until we left was true delight. The location, view and owners help made our short vacation a true experience we want to repeat.

We got a great rate on the condo. The beach was gorgeous and the condo was very clean inside. Parking was easy even though construction had the exit covered. Only two of the washing machines in the laundry worked and I also lost money in one of the big dryers. When we arrived and each day after I had to sweep the balcony several times to get rid of the construction residue falling from the roof. Otherwise it was a great location and we had a wonderful vacation!

The location and view were great. Because of the southern exposure we could see a sunrise and sunset from the balcony. We had some technology issues with the TV and Internet but it was resolved.

We have stayed at the San Souci condos many times and it is always a great short getaway. You might want to check the flooring just inside the sliding glass doors. It seemed soft when we stepped on it. But our stay was quick and very peaceful. Thank you

Walk over to the beach is short. Nice pool and hot tub. Close to all the happenings. Condo is clean and bed is comfy. Owner very responsive. Balcony view is spectacular.

Property was nice, clean and well-equipped. One day we did have problems with the a/c (luckily it was only 83 degrees outside). Emailed the owner and they got back to us quickly. Maintenance was being done on the building cooling tower. Owner hadn't been notified of this but gave us an accurate time for when the work was to be completed. Only a minor inconvenience and owner was quick to respond to us.

This condo was a hidden gem and just what we were looking for. It is on the less congested west end of Pensacola Beach yet still had a store and good restaurant (Peg Leg Pete's) right across the street. This unit was clean, the parking was great (in the garage), and the views from the balcony were amazing. Just a few steps, and your toes are in the sand. The owner provided all of the necessary information and was quick to answer any questions that I had. We highly recommend this unit and will definitely return in the future,
