breakfast is very simple. not a buffet but just some ala carte noodles.
i travelled a lot but this is the first time i actually experienced a hotel that overbook the room. i ended up have to share a room with my colleague.

We stayed here for only one night but everything was great! I have stayed in a few different hotels before but this hotel I would recommend to everyone and I will be back. - everything is new and clean - the staff is very helpful with everything - the room is spacious with very comfortable bed - the breakfast is delicious: vietnamese and western food Thank you for that wonderful stay! :)

Never again, asked for 2 single beds, however provided us with a double bed. Told us the next day that they will fix it all up. Ended up providing us with 2 single beds on the last night. Very unorganised, don't speak English. Do not recommend at all.

New hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. We had a very spacious and clean room. The breakfast was really good. .Comfy bed, toilet right there, nice and quiet as the hotel is off the street!There are so many restaurants & cafeterias near the hotel.

Location is too congested for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Besides are the room was claustrophobic as there was no ventillation

Comfortable room , and had an excellent daily breakfast . Also , we loved the location- it was so easy to get to everything we wanted to do in Hanoi . All around , a great property ! I really like this hotel. If I come back to HaNoi I will definitely stay here again.Thank you to the entire team.
