Very nice condo. 2 kids, mom and dad and grandma. Lots of space for everyone. Clean and easy instructions. Ver y happy with location.

We stayed here in July/Aug and loved it. The home was clean and well decorated / equipped. Had everything we needed in the kitchen ( fully stocked) and the living room / dinning room was plenty roomy & comfy for 4 - 6 of us. Great space down one flight of stairs for the kids and an amazing suite with bathroom upstairs for us. Amazing views all around. Small deck with chairs and tables to chill and enjoy the river and back yard. The river itself is full of adventure. One close small but fun swimming hole and another bigger and more popular one about 1/2 mile away via a beautiful trail that follows the river. Access to the hot tub and indoor swimming pool next door was a bonus. Endless things to do in this area: Swimming, hiking, ice cream, places to eat, mini golf, breweries, wine tasting, train rides... The owners were great, very good at communicating. Got us easily moved in and settled with no issues all week. Looking forward to our next stay, already miss the soothing sound of the river. Loved this property! Only challenge was having no air conditioning. Fans did not help.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We are a family of 4 and had more than enough room to relax and unwind. The layout of the condo worked well for us with two bedrooms on the first level, then the main living space on the second and finally the master on the third. The large whirlpool tub is a great way to soothe tired muscles after a day on the mountains. We enjoyed listening to the river from the back deck. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed for our stay.

Place was clean, great space, perfect location. Great view of the river and South Peak trails. We will be looking to book again.

Our family loves staying here! So close to Loon and within walking distance of the pool, grocery store, restaurants and movie theater. The condo is very clean and comfortable while the owners are so thoughtful and a pleasure to rent from. The bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms are pristine. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Thank you so much for our wonderful stay. We loved the creek flowing in the back...in fact we left the bedroom window open so we could fall asleep to the beautiful sound. Very clean, exactly as you described. Perfect place to stay in Lincoln!

This Condo is very clean. Locates toon is perfect

It was in an area set back to it offered privacy while being right on the river. Hiking trails were close by and no hassle parking. It was really nice.

Great communication with hosts. There home was a perfect size and great location for our group. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo had plenty of space for my family of 8. Our favorite part of our stay was the River that is right behind the unit. I could sit on the deck every morning with my coffee and listen to the River flowing and see it. We also walked through the a River a few times and there is a spot you can swim but the water was pretty cold, if it was hotter out we definitely would have jumped in. The condo has all the amenities you need to prepare meals and the grocery store is in walking distance. Deb was always quick to answer my messages. My only concern was that there was no AC, but it wasn’t an issue there was a nice breeze and each bedroom has fans. We had a great vacation and staying here made it even better!! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends/family.

Clean, quiet location.

We just finished a long term stay at this well-located, ultra clean and spacious townhouse condo. Well equipped, comfortable and homey, the condo really was our home away from home and it was a little sad to leave. The owner has thought of everything and is ultra responsive to any questions or concerns. Thanks, Deb, we'll be back!

Very nice townhouse, in great shape, clean and had everything you look for when on vacation. Better than most hotels we have stayed at! Very close and easy access to Loon Mountain South Peak. Easy walking distance to stores, restaurants and hiking trails. Owners were very easy to work with and very accommodating. Highly reccommend!

We stayed here over New Years with two other couples. It was perfect as there are three full bathrooms so none of us had to share. The unit was clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great location. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. It was an enjoyable getaway. We would definitely return!

This condo was ideally located at Loon Mountain ‘s South Peak. Literally any store you need is close by but the condo itself is set back and overlooks the beautiful Swift River. A walking trail that follows alongside it is just outside and across the bridge . The close proximity to Loon for skiing & snowboarding was perfect for our family . The layout of the condo with 2 bedrooms at the bottom level and master suite at the top level allowed everyone their own space to relax & sleep undisturbed. While the main open living space allotted plenty of room to play games , eat as a family of 6 and cook while enjoying one another’s company. The fireplace added cozy warmth. The entire place was clean and linens were fresh . Beds were comfy . Kitchen was well appointed with all the essentials and more. We were able to do a variety of activities close by from snowboarding , skiing, ice skating , hiking & snow shoeing . We highly recommend this condo & hope to come back. The owner was very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had .

An unfortunate experience indeed due to having no water for 2 nights. Everything was terrific with the owner until there was a problem. The view was terrific. The hiking in the area was wonderful! We were graced with splendid weather but when a problem occurred with the water completely stopping and there was no time/day certain as to when it would be restored the owner said to be fair to her we should wait at least 24 hrs to see if it would be restored. We waited to see if it was restored until midday after it stopped the night prior which meant the earliest we could get booked into another condo would be the following day. At no time did the owner suggest she would give us a refund for all the nights we didn't have water. In fact instead she said she would not provide a refund if we departed early if water was restored. This caused a dilemma because if we didn't book at least a day in advance getting a similar condo would not be possible. It was extremely difficult to find another accommodation because of the holiday and condos have 5 or 3 night minimums and often owners want 24 hrs to respond to requests. Of course now we only had 2 nights left. We decided to leave to salvage the last two nights so we could have running water. There still wasn't any water when we left. We missed a day hiking to find another place to stay. Though we had to pay more for another accommodation we were very glad we did make the change so we could have a hot shower, cook and flush toilets without having to haul water. The owner wasn't interested in refunding our money. We are now in a dispute because she says she isn't going to refund the full day/night we didn't have water. She says she will only give us a refund for the 2 nights we didn't stay. My husband and I rent a condo in her shoes we would have offered a refund for the days/nights beginning when water service wasn't available which would be 4 nights. I have requested only 3 nights be returned and she doesn't want to give more than 2 back. Is it the owners fault water stopped, no of course not but she is at fault for poor customer service. When a problem occurs good customer service dictates doing everything possible to make it right for the guest. The measure of good customer service is when things go sideways and the business makes it right. Unfortunately owner didn't do that. She let us down and ruined our experience.

We stayed at this condo with friends for a long weekend during foliage season. When we first arrived we were very impressed with how clean everything was and all of the household items available for our stay. The detailed instructions made our first VRBO stay very enjoyable and would definitely rent this unit again for future stays in this area.

This place was great. Great setup. Great location. Great views. I could not have asked for more. The owner Deb was great to deal with. Always got right back to me. It could not have gone better. I will be renting here again. Thanks.

The accommodations were just fabulous with everything you’d need to enjoy your vacation. Plenty of activities from hiking to kayaking to enjoying nature. Local restaurants with excellent food choices.
