The owners are very kind, they provided a lot of helpul information. The room was exactly as in pictures, however the neighborhood exceeded our expectations. A lot of green spaces and a quiet place, what you need after a day of travelling.

Its not in the best area of the city. Only if you rent a car. By walking, it is far from the best area of the city.

The apartment overlooks a beautiful park and is very quiet. Its 3 mins away from the beach and a supermarket. Its also close to a tram station, so if you are arriving from the airport, its really easy to reach. You have everything you need for a short or even a long stay. Kitchen and the bathroom are well equipped and the bed is nice and spacious. There is even beach equipment that you can use. The host Anne Marie is wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

It is a little Oasis. Five minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Lovely gardens, well situated! Bright, comfortable apartment! Nice, thoughtful touches. Had everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were a delight. So kind and helpful! They even provided mats/towels for the beach! An incredibly relaxing holiday!

Spacious property in a secure development, well equipped kitchen, excellent location - short walk from the beach, grocery store and a tram stop to the airport or city centre. The host was very friendly and gave excellent suggestions on sights to see, restaurants to visit, and general surroundings.

No lift to the first floor. Otherwise all great.
