We had a great time in the beach music complex. Jackie our property manager was very responsive and helpful.

19 family members (8-70+) gathered for a long weekend. Place was exactly as described and Jackie was extremely helpful answering and responding to my texts / phone calls throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for others; however I’m not sure how 28 would fit comfortably.

This property is the best place to stay with 25 people or more. The location was perfect only feet's away from the beach. Easy access to the highway. Located where all restaurants, bars, stores, activities or located. The house was very clean, spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms modernize, really entire house modernized. Plenty of dishes to accommodate whatever you need to cook. However, the furniture in family room was a little worn, parking space limited, elevator kept jamming although rep told us what to do. I had to pay for parking since we had more than six cars. There’s an empty lot behind them which they should consider renting to guest needing more space. The manager personally greeted us. She was very nice and responded promptly to our questions. Overall, this is a grand place to stay if you want an upscale vacation in prime location. I would recommend to everyone. Although we had those few problems everything else was so nice and emasculate that you overlooked that.

Thanks for this awesome location!! Our fall time with the whole family for our children (1/2 years to 15 years old ) was awesome!!!! Place was very comfortable and plenty of room for our family of 16! Would stay here again thank u

The stay was amazing . Any questions were answered immediately. Jackie and Kimie were very helpful and on the last day we had the pleasure of meeting them both. The house was perfect for the size of our group. Plenty of room and bathrooms for 20 ladies . The house was extremely clean and the elevator was the best feature for our aging legs . We were very pleased and will definitely stay again.

The location of the house to the beach was great! Loved the private pool for just our group. The elevator was a life saver, we had some physically challenged and getting the luggage up and down was fantastic. Our family enjoyed it and would recommend it for a large group, there were 21 of us and everyone had good accomodations. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable.

The homes was great for our family of all ages. It was situated close to everything, but removed from the night life action, which was good for our small children. We were immediately helped whenever the slightest inconvenience arouse. The walk to the beach was short and mapped out and our children enjoyed the option of the pool when feeling weighed down by the salt water. Overall amazing property, great location and our only inconvenience was the parking for 6 cars with our family coming from every direction; however the office was amazing and gave us amazing options to accommodate this issue.

We just got home after staying 5 nights in this beautiful home! My son was married in Gulf Shores about 13 mins away. All of our family were able to stay together, it was perfect! Lots of space! Only a few steps to the beautiful beach! The host Ian and property manager Rachel always responded right away to any questions I had! It had everything we needed for a large group! I would highly recommend it!

The house was just as it appeared online, we absolutely loved it. There were 18 people in the house and could have easily accommodated 10 more. Very clean, the property manager was very friendly and responded immediately if needed. We had no complaints at all.

Amazing for Burleigh FamBam 2022!
I cannot say enough about these people…This place was awesome! Our family of 22, ranging in age from 61 to 4, enjoyed our week in Orange Beach. I was hesitant at first because our house was not directly on the beach, but it wasn’t AT ALL. The 2 bunk rooms were perfect for the grandchildren and all of the beds were comfortable.
When the sand got the better of my OCD on Day 2, I text they rush a vacuum over early the next morning! The WiFi is a little touch and go at times, but a quick run downstairs closer to the modem and all was well. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and will return in the future! ❤️

Great for large group or family!
This house works perfectly for a large group of family. There were 24 of us ranging from 4yrs old - 65yrs old and accommodated everyone. Very short walk to the beach, private pool, very clean, & quick response from property managers with any questions or help you might need!

We loved our stay here. The best part was the large common space for our entire family, the double features in the kitchen, and the elevator. The internet access was not the best, which made it difficult for remote workers. All in all, would highly

College Reunion
This house was perfect for a group of 20 women for a college reunion plenty of sleeping room, comfort beds and spacious common area. Also the house is well insulated for sleep all bedrooms are upstairs, close to the beach, private pool, great communication will definitely rent again!

Fantastic home!
There is not one negative thing I can say about this home. We had 16 adults and room for everyone! The bedrooms and baths are great. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. And the elevator makes unloading and loading so easy! Large group, this is the place!!!

Great rental for a group!
I loved that there were two bedroom floors and a floor for the living/kitchen. With 10 people, we never felt crowded. Perfect for our group of ladies!

Sibling beach trip
This house was wonderful for our group of 12. We especially enjoyed the den/kitchen area. The fact that the dining table was actually 2 and we could pull them apart to play games was perfect. The bathrooms were very modern and pretty. Having 2 refrigerators was so helpful. The house was very quiet and people downstairs didn’t disturb the ones upstairs. I think the only thing that I was disappointed in was the fact that the house was not directly on the beach like I thought. You had a partial view from a few areas in the house but I really was expecting it to be right on the beach. Also, several of the doorknobs need work. Overall we were very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

location is good and convenient to restaurants and grocery. Walmarts nearby. Ammenities in the unit were very nice. 2 fridges, icemaker, dishwasher, lots of cooking utensils. Everything you need for a large group. Linens and washer-dryer very nice. Beds were very comfortable and appreciated... all of them very nice. Good stay. Neighbors next to us were a bit rowdy, but that was not a controllable item. Couch was a bit uncomfortable, low back and internet sporadic. Parking was a bit confined and difficult to manage with 6 vehicles. Other than that very nice stay, nice property. Would stay there again .

Great Time at Orange Beach
We had such a great time at this house. We had all of the beds filled with kids and adults and it never felt crowded. The pool was great for the cool down time after the beach. The beach access was easy and it is a great beach.

Fun Time
We had a great time on this trip. The house was perfect and easily accommodated 14 adults. House is set up for large beach group. At the beach you want to make a lot of drinks and this place has 2 fridges with ice machines and a stand alone ice machine. 3 sinks in the kitchen along with the dual fridges and dishwashers allows for many cooks and others to be in the kitchen at once. I have no complaints about this property.

Any needs were immediately taken care of by Katrina the property manager and their maintenance man. Will give high consideration for future use.

This house was amazing! Katrina was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had throughout the whole process leading up to the actual vacation. The only issue was our ice maker didn’t work correctly and that was an inconvenience. Also our hot water kept going out but the maintenance man was very quick to fix it. I would recommend these properties to anyone.
