Location is awesome

The room was clean and presentable. it’s not a family hotel. For friends on a tight budget. No frills.

Excellent location next to ski lift. Very friendly owners always wanting to help. Ski/snowboard rental shop connected to the lodge and operated by the same owners. Discounts for multi-day rentals and very convenient. Affordable prices compared to the other hotels in the area.

Sometimes the gas/heating is turned off to conserve energy in the middle of the day. Was not a problem for us though.

Amazing value and location next to lift and ticket office. Ski/snowboard rentals in the same building with discount for multiple day rental. Comfy compact room/loft for 4 bed room.

One of the beds in the loft area of the 4 bed room is against the slanted ceiling so it would be better for a child or short person.

Location is right next to the chairlift. Heating was good.

-no access with car. Parking is 200 m from the entrance, very hard to get after a snowy night, with the suitcase. Arrived at 7 am, the owner was a sleep, took us 30 min to find the entrnace and woke him up, although we gave a pre notice about our arrival time. Bad smell, especially in the bathroom. Plumbing is not great either. No breakfast. Payment is only in cash. Although that was known from the beginning. Bed was super uncomfortable.

George, the manager, is very helpful, efficient, and at service all the time. The hotel is practically "on the chair lift". It is the BEST ski-in ski-out possible. Gudauri is different from ski resorts in France or Italy, where all the touristic experience is very commercial. In Gudauri, the village is authentic, rural and friendly. The food is usually excellent. The resort is relatively small but high on the mountain so the snow remains fresh most of the day. We had a great 4 day ski vacation.

The room we (4 of us) had was small and organized in 3 different levels, it is a bit crowded. The property provided 2 towels (1 normal shower size and 1 for the face) for each person, and i think it is reasonable to offer the customer to change towels after 1 or 2 days.

Warm welcome. Attentive hosts. Ski rental in the same house. Good location for skiing. The lift is just in the yard.

Lockation was very good, it's literally next to the ski lift. The owner was very friendly, but one of his sons was not that helpfull.

Rooms were smelling (no odor locks installed), in some rooms hot water was an issue. No breakfast the first two days.
