Blues City Abode ti farà canticchiare una melodia. Una casa duplex con 2 camere da letto, 1 bagno che ha tutto il necessario per una visita veloce di due notti fino ad un soggiorno di lunga durata. La casa si trova nello storico quartiere di Cooper-Young. Si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dall'intersezione Cooper-Young, dove troverete vari ristoranti e negozi unici. Rinnovato nel luglio del 2018, abbiamo cercato di renderlo un luogo in cui vorresti tornare per il tuo prossimo soggiorno! Vernice, elettrodomestici, arredi, bagno e arredamento sono tutti nuovi!

Had a wonderful time at this location: Quite, Neat, Clean, Safe, Friendly people and easy access to everything in Memphis. Would definitely stay again when I am in Memphis.

We were in Memphis for my daughter’s “Sweet 16”. We enjoyed the Blue City Abode. Location was fabulous, we loved the area. House was clean and spacious. Traveling was myself, daughter and my mother, we definitely felt safe.
The only draw back for us was
I didn’t realize we would be sharing the property with Upstairs guest (overhead noise ) or cottage in back.(lacked outside privacy) would love to have furniture on porch in front.
Would we stay there again, definitely so.

This was the cutest place to stay. They thought of everything. It was so close to downtown and all of the attractions that we were there to see. The communication was very well established and maintained. When we go back again to Memphis, and this place is available, we will be staying here again.

We had a great stay, the unit is very nice and clean. Easy walk to Cooper Young. We definitely recommend, it was perfect!

Only negative, doors squeaky so not easy to sleep if others still up.

This house was very clean and well organized. My three young kids loved sleeping in the king bed all together. The convenience of the parking, the full size fridge and the large couch to enjoy a family movie night was a nice change from hotel vacations. We even took advantage of the board games! Thank you for having us.

Nice property for me and my 19 yr old daughter to visit Memphis for a few days. Communication was suitable the property was clean.

Slept great. Super close to so much. One bathroom but for the four of us it was fine. We toured Memphis during the day and curled up on the couch for family movie night. Super nice owners. If ever in Memphis again we would stay again.

The property is just as pictured. It’s a charming house with so much character. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. Great location. Quick drive to museums, restaurants, a grocery store and so much more. We’ll definitely be back!

The house has character, and although it is rather old (early 19 hundreds), it is equipped with everything you might need. Communication with the owners Chris and Debbie was quick, easy, and very helpful.

We truly enjoyed staying at this property, and we're pleasantly surprised and how close we were to everything. Chris is very attentive and answered any questions quickly. Overall this was a great getaway.

The house is very spacious. Plenty of room for the kids and adults to have their own space. Every thing you need to make a meal is in the kitchen. Bathroom is great, shower is huge. Outdoor space is great too. Close to grocery, restaurants, and $7 uber ride to Beale street. I will definitely be staying here again.

Absolutely loved the houses vibe and style and the street felt safe a welcoming. The owner was particularly helpful, and extremely quick and attentive to all our needs. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! We also thought the location was perfect, as literally everything we wanted to do was within 10-15 minutes, including the airport! We loved this home! The sun room was our place to enjoy coffee every morning. Very quiet area with great restaurants and stores a few blocks walk away. Not far of a drive to downtown Memphis.

Convenient location, quiet neighborhood and host was quick to respond. Would have liked to enjoy outdoor patio but it had not been swept/cleaned. Would recommend a couple kitchen basics like measuring cups/spoons. House was very comfortable! Appreciated the extra blankets for cool nights.

Kitchen is fully stocked. Great location although coming in we were a little worried about the area. Overall it is centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Loved the neighborhood and access to all that Cooper-Young had to offer. Communitcation with owner was 5 star!Owner's youtube of entry process was appreciated. Very comfy beds.

Had most everything needed for the stay. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was a decent size, wish it was equipped a little more, but had enough to work with. Had a tenant above that was a little noisy at early hours, but overall not bad for the price we paid.

Very well maintained and clean home. Exceeded our expectations. This home is located in a perfect location that is close to all attractions. Safe neighborhood within walking distance to a couple great restaurants. Communication with owner was great.

Old-school charm and modern convenience
We had a tremendous stay in the very comfortable house. It is well decorated with all the amenities needed. It's also perfectly located for easy access to Midtown and downtown. We highly recommend a visit.

If you are visiting Memphis, this property is convenient to all local attractions. Graceland, Beale Street, river front, Stax Studios, Central BBQ, and other restaurant choices all within a 20 minute drive at most. Hosts are very responsive to anyt requests or concerns.
