Una tre camere da letto con residenza a soppalco presso l'Alpine Village Resort. Entrare nel soggiorno con TV / DVD, camino a legna e aria condizionata dalla zona pranzo. Fuori dal soggiorno è un bagno completo e la camera matrimoniale con letto matrimoniale, aria condizionata e televisione a schermo piatto. Anche a questo livello è la zona pranzo, cucina completa con forno a microonde e lavastoviglie e ripostiglio lavanderia con lavatrice / asciugatrice accatastati. Al piano superiore sono due camere da letto, un bagno completo e un soppalco aperto. We had a wonderful 5 nights at #56 Alpine Village, along with our little dog! Clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Comfy sofas and faux fire place for relaxing in the evenings. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice firm comfortable beds. A pleasure to come back to at end of the day.Also, being an end unit, there’s a large lovely grassy area out the side door for the dog to run, with a pretty pond. Very quiet and peaceful but still convenient location within minutes of trail heads Would definitely recommend and rent again!Thank You to Owners for being Dog Friendly!

Very clean organized property in great location. Pool passes for Nordic Club were a hit with the kids in my group. Would definitely come back and stay here again..

The home is as pictured and there is plenty of space for 8 people. A few minor issues (parking not assigned and a number of light bulbs out), but nothing to really detract from overall stay. Would definitely stay again. Loon Reservations is extremely helpful!

We had a great family vacation in this rental! There was a large lawn right outside the door near a stream for the kids to play in. We had WiFi and tv and board games for the rainy days. It was walking distance to the cutest downtown with shopping and restaurants. We saw lakes, mountains and rivers all within a 20 minute drive. We will definitely be back.

Wasn’t overly impressed
The unit had visual water damage to certain places that we took pictures of ad soon as we checked in. The pull out bed is out in the open and really isn’t a bedroom. The biggest thing was that it wasn’t very well stocked. Every morning we made a breakfast we found ourself running to the store sometimes twice. Trashbags, toilet paper, tin foil you name it. We have rented all over New Hampshire and they are always stocked well with essentials.

The first floor had a bit of a musty smell, which was made worse by the fact that you are constantly smelling oil from the heating oil tank, especially as you get closer to where its kept in the mudroom closet. There are some dents and dings in the walls that really need to be fixed, as well as a section of the 2nd floor where the plywood sheathing is lifting up. The rotting window in the living room was an especially nice touch. For the money I paid, I expected a bit more quality. I'll rent in this complex, and rent again from Loon Res. However, I won't rent this unit again.

January Ski Weekend
This condo was great for our group. We had an excellent time and have been renting in Alpine for years. We also own multiple condos in Alpine and hold our properties to high standards. This condo met our expectations and we would absolutely stay here again!

House was very clean and had everything we needed. There Were clean towels left on every bed. Entry lights and heat were left on for our arrival. I had only one complaint that the fire place damper did not seem operational so we were not able to use it. Other than that I would book again.
