Very close to the airport. The unit feels like home, so nice and comfortable. We also loved the view from the balcony. We appreciated the kitchen tools, condiments and most especially the honesty store.

The hot water in the shower changes temp like crazy. Very tricky to get right. Tabo and timba would have been nice to have in the bathroom for better temp control of the water especially if you have a kid.

big space to relax between trip’s, close to the airport and to few restaurants and a starbuck. the building have security 24/7 and the apartment was really comfortable, amazing double bed, big smart tv with netflix, free coffee and water. the AC works perfect as the shower and the super fast wifi.

the building is under some construction at the moment and the swimming pool is not finish yet. but that is not the fault of the host.

the honesty store. we didn’t get the chance to buy food when we arrived so it was a huge help to have an honesty store in the room and plus the cooking utensils are free and easy to use too.

The location is perfect for Mactan cebu. It's near the airport and it's near everything you need like resorts, market, shops! I very much like the Host. Accommodating, Good Communication. Excellent assistance before I got there, during my stay and till the end. The apartment was well furnished. Wifi was excellent if you decided to do some work or to get in touch with family in my case my husband in the states. A bit of issue with the key in the beginning but I understand how the guard/concierge is practicing good protocol for property safety

The host is perfect! I suppose a request is a cooler AC. It's the 1st time I visited Cebu and I didn't realise that Cebu is hotter than Manila. I suppose because of the location of it in the globe which is near the equator and perhaps it's climate change. I said that because it was december when I came, it's suppose to be a lot cooler in Philippines this time of the year but it wasn't which is a big surprise to me as well. This is not something anyone can control. Nevertheless I like my accomodation and very much likely to come back. This accommodation is perfect compared to the one I had on airbnb in New Port City. And I'd come back on this accommodation because of how thoughtful the host is. The great detail they gave to make their guest feel so comfortable and satisfied.

Ease of picking up the key from reception. Staff were great! Otherwise, a terrible experience.

Problems happen. How one deals with them, determines the quality of outcome. The building informed the owners that water was going to be shut off. However, the owner failed to inform us. Of the 4-day stay, we were without water for one day and without the flush working on another day. Our messages via booking.com were ignored for many hours (she said she was not receiving messages sent via booking.com). After several hours, the water supply finally resumed but we were left without any hot water. Next, the flush would not fill with water and we resorted to filling the tank using the available pots and pans. Due to these issues, we had a terrible stay and lost precious vacation time. The owner offered us another unit owned by someone else which we refused as our contract was for her suite and in the event of a problem, neither booking.com nor the current owner would be legally responsible, specially, when the owner was not even willing to take responsibility and be accountable for her own property! We lodged a complaint with booking.com and proposed a refund of two days and the rate difference of moving to a hotel. The owner refused even though we were not asking for any compensation for distress, abandonment, ruining our holiday and not preparing for the water shut down. In the end, the team at Booking.com was understanding and got us a full refund. So yes, problems happen. It is how the owner dealt with them – or rather didn’t deal with them - that determined the outcome. When we booked the property nine months ago, it had good reviews. The recent negative comments are a reflection of the fact that the building and the unit have seen better days.

Accessible to the Airport and food deliveries. It has a nice view of sunrise and sunset. You can also view CCLEx from the veranda. Lobby personels are nice.

I really appreciate the set up and amenities of the accommodation. It really feels you like home. Honesty store was very much appreciated. Need to suggest if you can provide local phones to call important thing outside for maybe food orders or delivery and some other matters. But overall, I was so delighted with the service. I want to come back with the same accommodation unit.

Location of the building, very near to airport. If you have a long layover, then this is a good place. The unit has honesty store. You can buy drinks, or even cook rice, amazing.

The unit location is very far from elevator. You need to take effort if you have lots of things to carry.
