The location was wonderful. The space was very good. I was in the master bedroom and there was no heat in this room. The fireplace that could’ve generated heat was only blowing cold air. It was below freezing during our stay in the room temperature in the master bedroom the first night was well below 60°. The second day maintenance came and brought two space heaters. The second night the ceiling mounted heating and AC unit mysteriously went on by itself. It did not generate heat but the noise was so loud it was like being a room with a helicopter all night. The master bedroom had a mystery locked door where light seeped into the room all night. We finally figured out that it was part of the staircase for the upstairs tenants. It was very disconcerting because the footsteps felt like they were walking in your bedroom when you were trying to sleep. Last thing I would mention is that there is a big rug under the furniture in the main room. The rug is absolutely filthy and definitely needs to be replaced.

The bed linen was horrible. The sheets were paper thin and the comforter between the 2 sheets gave me the creeps.

Everything was clean and very spacious.

Don't let the outside fool you. This place is a hidden gem. It was big, spacious and clean. The decor was modern and beautiful. We felt right at home. It had everything we needed. The location wasn't in walking distance to Bourbon Street but was close enough with a quick Uber ride. The area was nice and quiet. If you're traveling with family or friends I definitely recommend this place. Thank you to the hosts!

There's no TVs in the bedrooms and the walls could use a little touch up on the paint. Other than that everything was great!

Place was very big and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice! Enjoyed staying there.

Living room fan couldn’t control it bad remote. Had some light bulbs out in kitchen living hall and master bed. One fan upstairs didn’t work. Had 2 TVs in 2 bedrooms that didn’t work other 2 didn’t have TVs. Most remotes missing batteries.

Downstairs heat not sufficient. Fireplace didn’t blow warm air. Upstairs too hot if trying to set thermostat to warm downstairs. The whole place needs a fresh coat of paint and new caulking in bathtub to make it feel cleaner. One bedroom had really hard bed.
