My wife and I stayed in the condo with 2 other couples and it was by far the nicest place I've stayed in my 5+ years with VRBO. View from the 20th floor is amazing from the balcony, MBR and 2 of the other bedrooms. We had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place.

Condo was extremely spacious. ice machine in the room was very convenient when fixing ice cold drinks to go enjoy the beach. Beach attendants were extremely polite and helpful! Bagged ice cooler located in the pool area saved trips to the store for ice. The pool area with lazy river and large slide was AWESOME!! Definitely recommend this condo for family vacation!!!

The property was wonderful. It was clean, spacious, beautiful and the most Ans I g views from every room. The amenities were perfect with the indoor pool and hot tubs. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was my second time renting this exact condo. Last time everything was good except for hair left in the master shower. This time I was a bit disappointed!
Delay getting into the condo because the ceiling was falling in the second bathroom. When I called to question why we haven't received the code to access the unit I was met with rudeness. Where I was told the condo was not available yet because someone was working on it. This was a lie because I stood outside the door for two hours. Plus I was never informed of this prior to arrival. Only after a second call 30 mins later I was told about the truth about the maintenance issue with the falling ceiling which was never repaired. Secondly we reported a toilet being stopped up in the first bathroom. I was told that a repair ticket was placed. No one ever showed up to correct the problem. This is problematic for 8 ladies in one condo. Honestly I feel like I should be refunded some of my money! Hopefully this will get corrected but I will not likely rent this condo going forward or use Liquid Life.

The property manager was very responsive throughout the process! The condo had everything we needed with plenty of room for everyone to sleep. We had ages 2-70 with us and everyone loved it! Overall, definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was incredibly spacious and laid out perfectly, the amenities the property has to offer were great as well. We travel to orange beach every year and always stay in a new spot, I believe this is going to be our new go to. Nothing we would request or change about this rental aside from some pot holders and extra dish towels. Everything was perfect!

We have stayed in this building before and know the space works for us. First time in this unit. Overall it was great.
Only downside, the 4th bedroom needed blackout curtains. It is an interior room with a window to the hallway. The lights stay on all night! hard to sleep with the light and only a shutter. The couch’s could use replacing as well.
My family loves orange beach! We’ll be back!

The property is large and comfortable. It can be difficult finding a rental which will accommodate sleeping arrangements but this unit, with 4 bedrooms (three of which have 2 queen beds in each) worked perfectly for us. Three bathrooms enabled easy access for everyone’s needs.
While the kitchen is well stocked we feel guests (ourselves included) would benefit from at least two kitchen towels and some potholders and trivets to remove pans from oven and then have a place to set them so not directly on the counter.
The large area rug in the living room was a great place for our grandchildren to play and the balcony is well equipped with large table and 6 chairs, two high top chairs connected with small table and two adjustable lounge chairs!
Over the years we have come to trust Phoenix properties and the care they take in managing their properties. Phoenix properties are always our first choice.

Excellent stay at Phoenix OB. Some small issues… no pot holders for hot pots, more dish towels and bath towels would be nice, and someone to answer the the “emergency” number. Issue with wifi was fixed quickly with visit to front desk and call to ISP. Great stay and will do it again!!!

The condo is absolutely gorgeous but it need to be sprayed for roaches and bugs. I made a complaint about the roaches while staying there and nothing was done. I purchased food to cook to save money on eating out and couldn't cook because of the roach problem in the kitchen. They were everywhere. I had to spend more money eating out that I had no plans on doing. I completed a form to the homeowners association through Liquid Life about receiving a monetary reimbursement for extra money spent and food wasting because I couldn't cook and I have yet to hear back from them. Don't book unless you want to share with the roaches.

Our stay here was fantastic! The condo was large and worked great for our family (my husband and I, our 3 kids and my parents). From the 20th floor, we could see sting rays, turtles, and dolphins and often ate meals out on the deck. We enjoyed the lazy river, slide and hot tubs, but the best part was that the beach was just on the other side and spent as much time there as possible. It was close enough that we didn’t need to pack a lunch.
We did have to run to the store to get some hand soap (none provided) and dishwasher tabs (2 provided)and almost ran out of toilet paper, but I would definitely stay here again.

Our family came together in Orange Beach to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had a fantastic time and the condo was beautiful. We needed the 4 bedrooms with 2 queen beds in 3 and the king in the 4th. It was well appointed and enough room for the 12 of us. The location was great with shopping and restaurants close by. Loved just going down the elevator and beings at the pool, lazy river (that the kids loved along with the slide) and then just steps from the beach which the family loved playing in the surf and walking in the sand. The property was clean and well maintained. Normally you don't see crown molding and expensive cabinets in a vacation rental. We did receive excellent customer service every time we called or had a question. I would definitely recomment this property to my friends and family. We did go to Lambert's for dinner in Foley. Always a fun time and the kids really enjoyed the "throwed rolls." This was mainly and beach and pool trip and with the 7 grandkids ranging in age from 5 to 18 they totally enjoyed Orange Beach and what it had to offer. Glad we found Phoenix Orange Beach 2006.

The condo is beautiful!! It is on an end so there are amazing views of the ocean & the city lights! It’s spectacular at night. The patio furniture is above quality & comfortable to eat or play cards & relax. Everyone in our party slept so well- it was quiet & peaceful. It decorated beautifully but still very comfortable. Our favorite thing about this property though is the lazy river. The property is right in the middle of town so it is convenient to shop & go out to dinner. We love this place!

This was the second property we had to choose for this vacation. We originally booked at Turqouise Palace and the owners of that unit bumped us for the week. I was not happy that this could actually happen however Liquid Life was able to find us another unit in a close by Phoenix property that was nice and it all worked out well. We had a good experience with our vacation. The property was very nice and Liquid Life Maintenance team was very responsive to a couple small issues we had with toilets. We went to have a family vacation on the beach and it was a wonderful time. The cleanliness was good except for under the beds. I don't think these areas had been done in quite some time. Other than that it was a great property near about everything you could want. We had a terrific time.

Overall we had a great stay with our extended family. There was plenty of room for all of us. We loved having the balcony overlooking the beach, the proximity to the beach and the kids loved the pool and waterslide.If I could change some things...better cutting knives, non-stick frying pans (though they did have several larger cooking items (pots, bowls, etc) which was great), a smaller rug (by maybe a foot) in the family room so that the table could be further away from the bar, and a different dining table with smaller chairs that could seat more people. They could also get do away with a lot of the decorations (especially in the living area), it was a little much.Overall, it really was great though and we would stay again.
