Fabulous apartment, there were only two of us, we each had our own bedroom and our own bathroom which was perfect as we were there for 20 days. It has a decent size tv with Netflix, etc. wifi was excellent. Lovely bright living/ dining area. A coffee/tea tray and biscuits were provided and a few tablets for the washing machine. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for a home from home stay. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant city of Alicante. An easy bus ride on the C6 from the airport, get off Mercado-El Sabio. You are literally a five min walk to the apartment. We had great communications with the manager, check in was given in clear and easy instructions, we arrived late, had to take a taxi from the airport it was 25 euro. 10 min walk to the harbour, past lots of lovely cafes, restaurants and shops. Market stalls were open in January, always lovely for a browse. We were blessed with good weather so spent some time enjoying the beautiful beach. We walked to Albufereta a few times, beautiful views, takes about an hour but they are in the process of doing a walkway which is going to be amazing. There is a beautiful beach cafe ‘Albufereta Beach Bar’, it’s the only one. Definitely worth a visit, lovely coffee and tostada. I would definitely return, the Manager could not have been more helpful and attentive. Returned messages very quickly.

Apartment was perfect in every way. It is opposite a night club, so Fri and Sat evening it was very noisy. So if your not a party animal and are a light sleeper take ear plugs. Very quiet during the week. But you are in the centre of a vibrant city it will be noisy pretty much everywhere,

Die Lage von dem Apartment war perfekt. Absolut still, obwohl mitten in der City. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Die Dachterrasse ist toll. Ein- und auschecken war absolut professionell möglich, ohne dass jemand auf uns warten musste. Eine kleine Reparatur wurde umgehend erledigt. Es gab eine professionelle Elektrogeräte: Kühl- Gefrier- Kombination, einen Mikrowellenherd, einen normalen Herd. Für 2 erwachsene Personen war das App. optimal.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war etwas dürftig. Da besteht Verbesserungsbedarf. Es fehlten Schüsseln, Pfannenwender ,Dosenöfner usw. Uns hat das nicht so sehr betroffen, weil wir nur dort lediglich gefrühstückt haben.

Fab location surrounded by a lovely area of shops and terraces and a market . The apartments were lovely and modern and clean and pleasant.the beds were very comfortable. And it’s walking distance to everything. Checkin super easy too as there is a small office in the building so they hand the keys over on arrival. Lovely staff .

We went in December and the weather was glorious. Even though the insulation to the outside was good for all nights - on the last night ( a weekend) we heard a lot of noise from outside till about 2 am - not so bad on the other nights. But even with that noise from people on terraces it was still a great place to stay.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert, freundlich, informierend und schnell. Zugangserläuterung zur Wohnung wurde mit Bildern und einem Kurzvideo untermauert. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer stark belebten Straße. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafés/Bars/Restaurant, der Strand, etc. sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar.

Der Lärmpegel ist am Wochenende bis in die späten Stunden zu hören, da sich in Spanien das Leben draußen abspielt. Dies ist der großartigen, zentralen Lage geschuldet. Wenn man weiß worauf man sich einlässt, hört man drüber hinweg.

Location was within walking distance to parking , the market and restaurants. We liked that it was a whole apartment. It was clean and convent to downtown.

The mattresses, very cheap, hard and uncomfortable, the same with the pillows. Impossible to sleep. This is the most important feature in a stay. Thank you

Everything was perfect. Excellent communication and check in. Great location for shops and bars (we went to an event at the bullring which was 5min walk). Apartment was spotless comfortable and very clean. All of the group would definitely stay here again.

The location is in a built up street so no "sea view" but that didn't Matter to us as it was only 10 min walk to the beach.

The view was bad. It was an abandoned building. The rooms were definitely sound proof. Didn't hear a sound from any of the other guests but the windows, even though shut, let in a lot of noisy street noise at night

Very Spacious

The apartment was finished to a very high standard very modern and had everything we could wish for great location and the host was very Friendly and helpful will definitely return in the near future.

The location is perfect and apartment is very spacious and clean. The host gave clear instructions how to enter the apartment.

I stayed in the apartment in February and it was very cold in the apartment. AC in the living room didn't help at all. Me and my son took a shower in the evening from different bathroms and approximately in 5 mins the hot water just disappeared in both bathrooms. So, if staying in the warm apartment and taking a hot shower is important for you - don't recommend during winter season.
