We are 3 small groups within one family and the house layout provided more than enough personal space for each. Although our visit was during wintertime and we were off season for the majority of the outdoor amenities, we were impressed with the provision of beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes. The kitchen had everything one could need as well! The house is in a prime location at the very end of the Navarre Beach housing just as you enter the protected the seashore area. This provided for lovely views and wonderful bike rides. We plan to rent this property again next year for our annual getaway!

The home was great. Spacious, all of us had our own space but still had community areas to hang out together. The bikes were nice as well, and the walk to the beach is just a short walk across the street.

This home is beautiful and you can see the ocean from every deck. We walked to the beach, kayaked, and watched stingrays, birds, huge fish and crabs from the back porch. Highly recommend this home for your family. It was perfect!

Fishing from the seawall in the backyard,a pool only steps away and an almost private beach 5 minute walk away we love this area of Navarre Beach.The negatives are few that includes a tricky driveway and now the neighborhood is getting really tight with several new houses being built. Paradise homes is the Renting agent and they are excellent in responding to any issues we may have had. They even delivered a new gas grill in the middle of the week when we discovered the old one was burned out.

The BEST place we have ever rented! Location was absolutely perfect, beds are SUPER comfortable the house was large and perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. So much to do! The sound is in the backyard and the beach is directly across the street. We will absolutely be staying here again!

We had the best time of our lives there. Close to the beach and secluded area for privacy. The house was perfect for our family. The views are outstanding and the house met all of our needs.

The rental had everything we needed for a great Spring Break stay! The location was perfect and the views were amazing from the decks. Our kids love to fish so it was a huge plus that they could walk right out the back door to fish and kayak. Short walk to the beach.

My husband and I had our 4 adult children and spouses and our grandchild stay at this house. It was wonderful! The layout of the house with separate bathrooms for each bedroom and the first floor master suite were great for all of us. The kitchen and living area was a dream. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for lots of cooking. The location of being on the sound and a VERY short walk to the Gulf was spectacular. There was so much space for group gatherings but also good space for private time. So many decks for lounging, eating, viewing..... we even saw dolphins in the sound! We would 100% re-rent this home!!

This is an ideal location to get away from Chicago area winter weather and regenerate. There is a large amount of construction in the area but this home is acts as a oasis with its back porches and access to the Gulf beach.We plan on coming back next year for another visit.Hoping it is available for us to enjoy.

Great home, it was exactly what we needed for the 7 family members from age 22 - 91. The elevator and the fact that each room had a bathroom was perfect for everyone.

This is the most relaxing rental!

The house was great. Fufilled all our needs for bedrooms and living space. Beds slept great and plenty of amenities. We grilled out, used their beach toys and being able to have three garages for cars was fantastic. Would recommend the house to anyone with a larger family and we will plan on going back.

This property was perfect for our group of ten. Plenty of room for everyone to hang together and lots of private spaces whenever anyone wanted quiet time!

The place was nice but there were some fairly large issues that did not ruin the trip/experience but definitely worth noting especially for the exorbitant price! 1. The place was not super clean. Old food residue all inside the couches/underneath tables. Lots of dust. 2. The internet is atrocious. If you come expecting to do any work on the side, plan to drive to a Starbucks for decent wifi. The televisions worked fine but it did go out here and there. 3. INSANE CONSTRUCTION happening right next door (10 feet away) and on all sides of the neighborhood. I realize this is notated but it is way worse than we imagined. They started at 6:30 in the morning and went until 7pm at night. Constant hammering/sawing/construction workers ogling all the women in our group/no privacy..... All in all, for a large group, this place is decent. To check in-you have to drive a few miles away and sign papers which I found to be fairly ridiculous. However, the man who accommodated me was very sweet and even gave us free beach coolers (they broke almost immediately). For the price and the issues, we will not be returning. I recommend this place to larger groups when construction is no longer an issue. Until then, look elsewhere.

Our kids loved getting up in the morning and fishing from the seawall right at the back door, then heading to the pool just steps away. When time for the beach it's a short walk up the driveway and across the street.The beach is almost private. Very little activity on that end because it is right next to the game reserve. The house is excellent with four bedrooms and four hallway bunks. Bottom floor has large garage storage with extra fridge. Elevator is nice to move luggage and supplies to the second and third floor. Golf cart was there but didn't look like it had been running for awhile. There was construction going next door and across the street,so it was a bit noisy and crowded. That should be done by late fall or winter. Biggest negative is the driveway was tricky. We got one vehicle stuck while backing out. Stay in the concrete and you'll be fine.We had minor air conditioning issue and a dryer issue but the the property management took care ,surf, pool and sound from one place. Hard to beat!

This home is beautiful and accommodated our family of nine just perfectly. This is located right on the sound, and was a quick five minute walk to the Gulf Beach. This was a perfect beach location for our family, as it was not crowded, with beautiful white sands and an ample supply of shells. The location is great for privacy on the beach but a short drive to Destin or Pensacola for activities. The home is nicely furnished with all of the amenities you should need, including an elevator for moving your luggage and vacation needs. Our grandchildren loved the bunkbed space and each family had plenty of private space with their bedrooms and bathrooms. While there we enjoyed the restaurant Crabs on the Beach at Pensacola and beautiful family beach photos by Jessica Salort. Thank you, Paradise Beach Homes, for a WONDERFUL family vacation! LOVE IT!

Great house, lovely quiet neighborhood, right on the sound with little beach for the kids - appreciated the beach toys in the garage for sandcastle building. House is next to protected dunes so views are stunning. Easy walk across the street to the gulf side beach. Elevator was a bonus for 80 year old family member, worked well to keep him safe.

When we brought this up to David, he apologized and informed us that if we wanted to stay in a property of theirs again, to just let him know ahead of time and he would put extra cleaning procedures in place. All in all, we were extremely satisfied with Paradise Beach Homes and would absolutely rent from them again!

The property itself was fantastic - beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. There were only seven of us, so we were able to cook/eat meals and watch movies together - then spread out when we wanted to. The amenities included comfortable beds, hot showers, and various patios offering many beautiful views of the surrounding waters. There was a very short walk to the beach and a short drive from any manner of food choices and adventures. The elevator was very useful in getting luggage up to the top floor. There was a minor issue with gnats and flies - we checked everything and couldn't figure out why they were so relentless! But they did not deter our fun. We had a great time and would definitely do it again!!
