Outstanding home for families and friends. We had ages 70 down to 6 years old. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room for togetherness. The teenagers and young adults enjoy using the kayaks right outside the door. The pool is a 30 sec walk and the beach was just across the street. This was the perfect place to come and enjoy our son in laws Air Force retirement. A memory we won’t forget.

Everything was fine except walking our dog to relieve herself. There is really not a place for our dog to go except the sandy grassy area full of burrs. We used the empty lot next door and cut through to get to the street and the neighbors complained. Not dog friendly and for that reason we would never return

This house has it ALL - location, loaded kitchen, clean and well maintained, plus beach chairs, bicycles, and toys, toys, toys ! The elevator was icing on the cake to help bring up everything you have brought with you ! Could not have asked for a better stay !! Thanks so much - we will return !!!

We enjoyed our stay during Memorial Day week. The house was spacious and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and their separate TV area. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kayaks and chairs provided by the owner. Definitely recommend this beautiful house.

We rent a beach house for the family every year and this was the first time we’ve stayed at this property. We give it a 10 rating. Our family of 13 had enough room to enjoy the nearby beach and spend time together. The only problem we had was the refrig ice maker made little or no ice but there was a portable ice maker that kept us supplied.

We had a wonderful 9-night stay at this beautiful, spacious, well-appointed home that has fantastic views and is an easy walk across the street to the beach! In addition to the large open concept living/dining/kitchen area, the 4 spacious bedrooms were great for everyone to 'escape' when needed, and it also has an elevator which was very helpful in hauling our stuff up and down, particularly when we checked in and out. As always, we picked up our fish at Joe Patti's and ate in most nights, and the kitchen is very well equipped. They have a 2nd fridge in the basement which is very helpful for add'l provisions and drinks. We used all 3 garages for our 2 cars and the golf cart we rented (from Sage rental) which was a blast and very helpful when we went to the public beach entrance with all of our gear. While we brought our own gear, they had numerous beach chairs and an umbrella in the large basement. The team at Paradise Beach was very responsive throughout, from pre-booking to check-out, and I'd highly recommend them and this beautiful home...we'll be coming back to this one!

This beautiful home suited our needs completely. We are 3 small groups within one family and the house layout provided more than enough personal space for each. Although our visit was during wintertime and we were off season for the majority of the outdoor amenities, we were impressed with the provision of beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards and bikes. The kitchen had everything one could need as well! The house is in a prime location at the very end of the Navarre Beach housing just as you enter the protected the seashore area. This provided for lovely views and wonderful bike rides. We plan to rent this property again next year for our annual getaway!

This home is beautiful and you can see the ocean from every deck. We walked to the beach, kayaked, and watched stingrays, birds, huge fish and crabs from the back porch. Highly recommend this home for your family. It was perfect!

We have rented this house two years in a row for several reasons.Perfect size for our family of 12 and now our 13th whois 18 months old. Fishing from the seawall in the backyard,a pool only steps away and an almost private beach 5 minute walk away we love this area of Navarre Beach.The negatives are few that includes a tricky driveway and now the neighborhood is getting really tight with several new houses being built. Paradise homes is the Renting agent and they are excellent in responding to any issues we may have had. They even delivered a new gas grill in the middle of the week when we discovered the old one was burned out.

The BEST place we have ever rented! Location was absolutely perfect, beds are SUPER comfortable the house was large and perfect for our group. Everyone had their own space. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee. So much to do! The sound is in the backyard and the beach is directly across the street. We will absolutely be staying here again!

The rental had everything we needed for a great Spring Break stay! The location was perfect and the views were amazing from the decks. Our kids love to fish so it was a huge plus that they could walk right out the back door to fish and kayak. Short walk to the beach.

My husband and I had our 4 adult children and spouses and our grandchild stay at this house. It was wonderful! The layout of the house with separate bathrooms for each bedroom and the first floor master suite were great for all of us. The kitchen and living area was a dream. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for lots of cooking.
The location of being on the sound and a VERY short walk to the Gulf was spectacular. There was so much space for group gatherings but also good space for private time. So many decks for lounging, eating, viewing..... we even saw dolphins in the sound!
We would 100% re-rent this home!!

Repeated our stay in Feb/Mar '23 from '22 and extended for 3 weeks. This is an ideal location to get away from Chicago area winter weather and regenerate. There is a large amount of construction in the area but this home is acts as a oasis with its back porches and access to the Gulf beach.We plan on coming back next year for another visit.Hoping it is available for us to enjoy.

The house was great. Fufilled all our needs for bedrooms and living space. Beds slept great and plenty of amenities. We grilled out, used their beach toys and being able to have three garages for cars was fantastic. Would recommend the house to anyone with a larger family and we will plan on going back.

This is a beautiful, upscale house. Very nice, very comfortable. If I could suggest anything, I would add a small “landing” dock similar to the neighbors. Other than that, perfect!!!

The place was nice but there were some fairly large issues that did not ruin the trip/experience but definitely worth noting especially for the exorbitant price!
1. The place was not super clean. Old food residue all inside the couches/underneath tables. Lots of dust.
2. The internet is atrocious. If you come expecting to do any work on the side, plan to drive to a Starbucks for decent wifi. The televisions worked fine but it did go out here and there.
3. INSANE CONSTRUCTION happening right next door (10 feet away) and on all sides of the neighborhood. I realize this is notated but it is way worse than we imagined. They started at 6:30 in the morning and went until 7pm at night. Constant hammering/sawing/construction workers ogling all the women in our group/no privacy.....
All in all, for a large group, this place is decent. To check in-you have to drive a few miles away and sign papers which I found to be fairly ridiculous. However, the man who accommodated me was very sweet and even gave us free beach coolers (they broke almost immediately). For the price and the issues, we will not be returning. I recommend this place to larger groups when construction is no longer an issue. Until then, look elsewhere.

This house is located perfectly between the sound and the beach. Our kids loved getting up in the morning and fishing from the seawall right at the back door, then heading to the pool just steps away. When time for the beach it's a short walk up the driveway and across the street.The beach is almost private. Very little activity on that end because it is right next to the game reserve. The house is excellent with four bedrooms and four hallway bunks. Bottom floor has large garage storage with extra fridge. Elevator is nice to move luggage and supplies to the second and third floor. Golf cart was there but didn't look like it had been running for awhile. There was construction going next door and across the street,so it was a bit noisy and crowded. That should be done by late fall or winter. Biggest negative is the driveway was tricky. We got one vehicle stuck while backing out. Stay in the concrete and you'll be fine.We had minor air conditioning issue and a dryer issue but the the property management took care ,surf, pool and sound from one place. Hard to beat!

This property was a PERFECT rental for our family who gathered at the beach in March 2022! This home is beautiful and accommodated our family of nine just perfectly. This is located right on the sound, and was a quick five minute walk to the Gulf Beach. This was a perfect beach location for our family, as it was not crowded, with beautiful white sands and an ample supply of shells. The location is great for privacy on the beach but a short drive to Destin or Pensacola for activities. The home is nicely furnished with all of the amenities you should need, including an elevator for moving your luggage and vacation needs. Our grandchildren loved the bunkbed space and each family had plenty of private space with their bedrooms and bathrooms. While there we enjoyed the restaurant Crabs on the Beach at Pensacola and beautiful family beach photos by Jessica Salort. Thank you, Paradise Beach Homes, for a WONDERFUL family vacation! LOVE IT!
