Beautiful cruise, friendly staff

The property is lovely and the rooms are beautiful however the food was terrible we were told that they would cater to my girlfriend’s vegetarian needs but then just served her stone cold pizza and pasta. The brunch was disgusting all the food was just left out cold. I Would not call this 5 star

It was wonderful trip with Rosy cruise, beautiful cruise, friendly staff , foods so nice. Highly recommend to try the Rosy

Destinasjonen var fin, men man kan velge mye bedre båter enn dette. Hele Ha Long bay er stappet med cruisebåter, så det er bare å vrake og velge. Det beste er å booke hos en lokal reseller. Det er 25% av prisen.

Skitten lugar. Lå en brukt sokk fra forrige gjest i et hjørne. Dårlig vedlikeholdt og nedslitt. Ble dårlig i magen av maten, særlig lunsjen. Den var tørr og åpenbart oppvarmet.

The bedroom view and balcony are incredible. The boat vibe is calm and exclusive since it only has 10 or so bedrooms. The food is great with a good balance between choice and quality. I was positively impressed since sometimes cruise buffets only serve frozen food which was not the case at all. It was all freshly prepared. Great choice of activities on the boat and there is still time to relax if you’d like to. Loved the spring rolls class with Viet, he is a great guide and explains so much about culture and history.

Drinks are very expensive compared to normal prices in Vietnam. Also there is no complimentary water served so come prepared with your own drinks to store in the bedroom mini fridge. The jacuzzi was quite cold specially considering it is January and the weather is mild so a hot jacuzzi would have been nice and expected.

Very nice, clean and luxurious.

The cruise was clean and nice. The room had some small wear and tear.

The boat is luxurious, bedrooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The restaurant onsite was great which served us a delicious 5 course meal for dinner. We enjoyed the activities - kayaking, swimming, spring roll class and squid fishing (although the squids didn’t want us to catch them that night).

The blinds in the rooms were a bit flimsy as they either didn’t close properly or came off, but we told three maintenance team onsite who were going to look into it (we only stayed one night so wasn’t a problem). Cleanliness of the shower floor needs to be taken care of.

All good. If being picky all a bit time scheduled but I suppose you have to expect that on a cruise.

Staff were excellent, especially Alice and Hung. Activities were great, room was perfect, the bay was beautiful amazing experience.

Wifi bad

Service! Staff was very friendly and helpful in every situation. Especially Sofia, Chung and Hoang. Vegan menu is available and they still knew who is vegan and who not the next day which surprised me. Rooms were big and as described on the website. Also of course the location is awesome. Dinner menu was very much! Could be less food.

Boat seems a little old. Here and there in the room paint is off the wall. Internet is not existing but thats no surprise. Communication could be better, on the day of arrival we did not know where to go and what the planning is, where we get picked up. Activities were not all as described. Prices of the drinks are very high, too high. Not very necessary. Karaoke machine needs an update ;-).

Can't recommend the cruise enough, the staff so friendly and attentive. Viet Our guides on the tours were knowledgeable. A lot of food and it is so delicious.

The boat itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous and have large windows looking out onto the bay. It feels magical. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. We did the one night cruise and the activities on board were really fun and well organized. Kayaking around the bay was one of my favourite experiences of our whole trip in Vietnam. All the food was quite good and was included. But, FYI if you are not a seafood fan make sure to let the staff know as the dinner was almost entirely seafood otherwise. The staff were happy to make this adjustment for me and my dinner was amazing even without the seafood. The baths in the rooms are perched right next to a large window, so you can look out at the bay, which is great. This ship is a great choice for a cruise on the bay.

The balconies are smaller than expected based on the pictures. No drinks are included and although they have a buy 2 get 1 free happy hour, the drinks are relatively expensive and for what your paying it would be nice if they were included. On the last day as well we went on the tour to the caves on the bamboo boats, which was great to see. However, there was very little time after the tour before checkout to shower or pack and it felt quite rushed.

Beautiful ship. Cabins were large, clean and very comfortable. All facilities were excellent.
