Nothing. The hotel is a shambles.

The place is disgrace and we feel is a misleading Booking.com listing. Don’t be convinced or fooled by the pictures. It’s tired, run down and looks like it’s possibly out of money. Our experience was absolutely dreadful. On entry, you can smell the old lack of freshness, like an old carpet. Air freshener is everywhere but doesn’t hide the stale smell. The lifts are concerning - dim and old but not in any charming way. The bathroom and shower badly needs upgrading - we saw the suites and would have been shocked if we had paid the extra price. Marked baths, dents in the sink, paint on the floor and a dirty shower curtain. There’s not tea/coffee machine, very few plug points where we had to unplug the tv and use an extension cable. Not sure how that’s meeting safety requirements. The fridge had squealing sound so had to be unplugged so we could get some sleep. Adding to safety concerns, the fire door in the hall and stairwell had been adjusted with a metal bracket to keep it permanently open. The pool has been out of commission for some time with no visible work being carried out, where it’s just been dug out and activity has halted. That was our room view. Our booking update said that pool work completion would likely be September 2024! That’s literally a lie. The bar was small, dark and empty blasting loud music with an imposing black curtain screening it from the main reception. In terms of staffing and service - the door guy just holds the door open. No smile or greeting which suggests he’s more of a security guard. A quick google search might explain the reason for a security guard in this hotel. The reception staff were unfriendly and not particularly competent. We had an issue with an item going missing from our room where the handling of the matter was unacceptable. No attempt to contact the operations manager was made because there wasn’t anyone on site. That’s right, no manager on site out of office hours in a hotel.

No tengo opinión, todo Optimo

Colazione a pagamento cmq abbondante e soddisfacente, si può tranquillamente condividerne una in 4, anche se vicino ci sono diversi bakery. Stanza comode, non troppo piccole per 4 persone. Bagno un po' stretto, ma gestibile. La piscina era in manutenzione quando siamo stati , però di contro ci hanno rilasciato gratis voucher spieggi per 2 ombrelloni e 2 lettini. Apprezzabile davvero.

Non cambiano le salviette e se le rimuovono non le rimettono. Quindi rischiate di trovarvi in doccia e dover andare in reception bagnati a prendere qualcosa per asciugarvi :) Occhio ;) L'aria condizionata... soggettivamente apprezzabile, ma un po' come nel resto degli US, davvero forte quando accesa.

L emplacement et le personnel

Pas de piscine mais l hôtel avait prévenu et mis en place des avantages transat et parasols pour leur plage prive gratuitement

L'emplacement : proche de la mer, proche des zones d'attractions - commerces, restaurants et transports en commun. La chambre d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix avec une excellente literie. Les employés au petit déjeuner 😘 vraiment très gentils, les employés dans les étages très serviables, le barman excellent..

La piscine est inopérante depuis longtemps - information sur place - et encore pour très longtemps en regardant simplement l'état du chantier.Il faut donc cesser de proposer l'hôtel avec piscine en donnant des dates d'ouverture impossibles à réaliser. On nous avait écrit que cette fermeture serait compensée par des transats à la plage mais en demandant à la réception, il fallait payer ... Rien de dramatique mais ne proposer plus l'hôtel avec piscine. PS : ça ne change pas mon avis positif de l'hôtel
