The guests were told that the host were already fully booked and they have to be moved (guests) to another room. They were moved to another room where it is very dusty.

Close to the airport and plenty of space to sleep in. It's good value for the time that we stayed.

Wifi didn't work and there's a lot of stairs if you're staying on higher levels.

I find the reviews on this accommodation, pretty iincredulous! As this was one one of the worse experiences my partner and I have had on ANY accommodation booking platform. Firstly, the photos advertising Jen's Place were misleading, as the place we were given was NOT the same. Or more accurately, the furnishings were different and a couple of photos of rooms weren't even there! Not happy. 😡 The apartment was dirty throughout. Hair in the bed and dusty in all areas. My partner took photos, see attached. The bed itself was very uncomfortable because the mattress was toast. We could actually feel the springs poking in our backs. It made for two night's bad sleep. The kitchen utensil were scant to say the least. One cup and one fork for e.g.. I mean... really?! I have a partner and a young child to look after. The whole ambience of the apartment was bleak and shrouded in a kind of half-light. In the bathroom (where the hot shower was the ONLY) redeeming feature of our stay there).the toilet seat was removed and stuck behind the sink. Fix it or fit a new one! Paying around fifteen pounds sterling per night, it's reasonable for anyone to expect - and deserve - more. I guess Booking.com doesn't give refunds but if it did, this would be a prime example of why they should. Do you sense that I'm aggrieved by our stay? All in all, Jen's Place was an appalling experience. You have been warned!

I only ask the owner respond much quicker I have my wife and kids there but never remove rubbish

It is a good price, and the appartment is spacious.

To find the lady that gives us the keys was a bit difficult (it's a small family operated business I guess). But they are very friendly. We had two appartments, one was a bit outdated especially the kitchen and bathroom. The other one was much more comfortable. But overall no right to complain too much for this prices.

2 km from airport but it took 40 minutes by taxi situated in a bloc of housing around not a very nice area around to walk or to go out , can’t walk on pavements as too much traffic that motorbikes going in pavements 3 rd floor no lift 1000 pesos deposit , never seen this before room full of ornaments like a trap , you can easily knock one off by accident xmas decorations!! this is supposed to be a hotel room not a house our room wasn’t ready and were given another one , no sockets to charge phone next to bed .. apart in kitchen work top ( some of them were filthy with cooking oil ) photos in booking website were completely different shower head poring water horizontally so you have to constantly hold it no courtesy bottle of water , we arrived lunch time very hot and sweaty, it would have been nice to find water .. we had to go out in scorching heat to find water ..we had water in all rooms we stayed in Philippine.. it would have cost Property about 50 pence for two 500 ml bottles, and fridge was turned off cost of taxes added are absolutely ridiculous almost the same as the stay price 800 pesos when most properties in area were charging between 150 and 250 charges and taxes
