The AC wasn't very good. I like to sleep cold but even with the lowest setting, the ac still doesn't get as cold due to the AC facing towards the door and doesn't circulate around the room.

You have to pay parking for 500php every night.

Fast checkin, fast wifi, value for the price, good and safe location.

The AC wasn’t as cold or it just didn’t reach towards the bed because it was pointing towards the door and away from the bed.

The high speed WiFi service is super fast! The location is excellent! The mattress is sooo comfortable! Our Host Elleyn is courteous, patient, and a good listener! Nice view of barangay Ibo from our sixth floor balcony! Tasty coffee! We LOVE this place very, VERY much! Thank you!

The place was very nice and had everything we needed for our short stay. Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstance caused us to cancel our flight and the owner’s sister was SUPER helpful and understanding when we had to stay longer and needed help. Thanks! There were everything you need. For cooking salt, sugar, ketchup, vinegar etc. Free water. Enough beds for 4 or 5 small. Kind host.

It wasn't so clean. Dusty floor and balcony's rail. Stupid system for microwave wire or we just didn't understand.

Elevators were shut down the next morning. We were staying on the 6th floor so it was difficult to bring our shopping bags upstairs and our luggage when we were about to check out.
