The ambiance of the place is tranquil and so peaceful. The Staff are so friendly and willing to assist at any time.
The Tv Channels need to be updated. There is no Netflix or any other streaming service.

Very clean room, shower was good.
2 staff members wanted to know how much i paid for the room, its none of their business in anyway but there was an issue with payment, i paid online and only after i gave them the slip it got sorted, the Asian lady was very pleasant but they 2 guys NEEDS to take a bath with soap and invest in a good toothbrush, the whole area stunk, the next morning there was no one in sight, only after i started knocking on the windows at the gate one guy opened the door and gate. The hotel is also dark..

There was no breakfast ,poor management ,no and who would assist us at night ,poor poor management in a highest level
Facility is good yes is clean electricity backup good but Managers they don't know how run that business

It was clean
There was no formal checking in system, no heater in the room. No water considering paying R1000 a night. No plugs in the room . The toilet had pipes on the wall.

The place was acceptional... peaceful and breathtaking. It was clean and up to Standard.
We struggle to move in and out. As the intercom was not working. We often had to wait a long while before they opened the gate for us.

The place is beautiful and very quiet...the environment is breathtaking. Thanks for the electric blanket.
When we arrived the room had an overpowering smell of cigarettes...we do not smoke and it was bad. The linen was dirty we complained and thanks it was changed.

It was clean and neat and the staff were very friendly.
The Chinese lady who welcomed me could hardly speak English. There was plastic on the mattress so every time I moved the plastic made a noise, so I didn't have a very good sleep.

The guest lodge was terrible. We arrived at around 5 pm and the entire lodge was in darkness (there was no loadshedding). We were eventually greeted by someone who switched on the lights and seemed completely surprised that we were there. She couldn't speak a word of English. The decor throughout the guest house is just weird - furniture of all shapes, sizes and styles just thrown together. Our 'deluxe' room was tiny. It was a freezing cold night in JHB and the bed had one thin duvet (which didn't cover the whole bed), a thin, cheap blanket, and no heater or air conditioner. The bathroom had cheap, Chinese hand soap, one very old and threadbare towel, and a previous guest's shampoo and conditioner in the shower. We were not given any Wifi details. The plug point in the main bedroom was faulty. There were 2 sachets of decaf coffee and no milk or coffee creamer. No visible security. Will definitely not be returning.

The location was safe ,clean ,close to malls & shops . Marking our lives easier with everything we wanted

The hosting was good.A nice peaceful place if you want to go relax for the weekend.I would definitely come again.

the pool was good. there was not any noise it was peaceful the host was very kind she literally always wanted to know if we were okay every time we mistakenly bumped into one another i do think i will be coming back
