Perfect location. You can walk to the restaurants and to the Featherbed boat facilities. My boys loved the jetty. Will definitely visit Jetty Bliss again. Our stay was lovely!!

Gas fireplace didn't work. We assumed the gas bottles were not refilled. Nothing major!

The location was perfect. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Unit well equipped with quality crockery, and decor. The Inverter and single lights in each room compensated during Loadshedding. The veranda and view over the water was beautiful and we can't wait to go back and take our children with us.

Everything was perfect, but a flat sheet for the bed would be appreciated. It was still too hot for a duvet, but you needed some light covering.

All very tired. Lack of anything (no kitchen towel, no spare toilet rolls, 1 dishwasher tablet) which when staying for 2 weeks is more important than if we were staying for 1 night. The sun doesn’t really get onto the terrace unlike most of the Quays properties. The awning leaks (it needs replacing) when it rains. No air conditioning.

The fact that you are right on the water . The decor is beautiful; loved the layout of everything. It's walking distance too everything. We will definitely be back in the summer months.

It was very cold which is understandable as you are on the water and it is winter however the apartment could do with electric blankets for the winter months as there was only one tiny fan heater. Two small things that needs attention: bath plug does not fit so the water runs out the bath all the time. The main bedroom bed was not comfortable squeaked everytime you rolled over.

The property was lovely, with absolutely stunning views, right on the water. The gas fire place made the house very cosy and warm and the beds were super comfy.

There was no cork screw unfortunately, and only 1 dishwasher tablet + 1 toilet roll in each bathroom (need more for a 5 night stay with 4 people). The gas also ran out for the fire place, however there was an issue with gas in Knysna at the time.

Home was extremely clean and had been sanitised. Very central to everything making it easy to get around. Location perfect and safety priority
