No booking was done... confirmed by the hotel....They did not have any intimation of my stay....they strictly denied my booking...and so no any stay was there from my end....

No option for like...very bad experience....After reached almost to lactation hotel when i called them they confirmed they did not receive any booking infavour of my name....then i got lots of challenges there..

Nothing much actually

The staff were extorting more money from us. They were threatening us on call for more money. A lawyer called by the name of Joy Bose who was saying that legal action would be taken on us didn't pay by cash. They gave us non A/C room and charged us for A/C money.

Staff's servicing, food quality is the best in the whole tajpur, helping nature, washroom, hygienic place.

Nothing as such, only thing is the google reviews and website review was showing swimming pool images, but there is no swimming pool, but none of it matters also.
