Everything was good. Excellent room and facilities, serviced was prefect. Security staff was also very humble. Only issue with reception.

The room was highly unhygienic. Bed sheets and covers were used. Washroom was very untidy.

Pros : - Location Accessible to main places around the city - Affordable - Helpful and cooperative staff - TV was functional (some places do not have all channels running) - Easy check-in and check-out

Cons: - Small space - Cleanliness could have been better - No restaurant (limited food options) - No complimentary items such as coffee, sugar and tea - Elevator small and has a stinky odor

The proximity of the property to the railway station was the only positive thing.

They did not provide any toiletries which they had. The room was not serviced. They charged us extra for the bottles. We could not have the complementary breakfast for 2 days and they did not compensate that for a tea that we requested for. Extremely disappointing and poor service.

AC - Room had window ac which threw dust when turned on Toilets - The toilet sheets and sink had yellow spots and there was no handwash/soap/shampoo Apart from this, mattress was pretty worn out, the towels given to me were so worn out that they were losing threads and had holes in it. It feels claustrophobic and gloomy inside the property
