No any room service in first 3 days And also charged breakfast but in hotel not available any type of food

Its the worst hotel i have seen in my life

The hotel was not provided for the amount booked in online and denied to give room and we have paid extra amount of Rs1431 and the hotel management said that booking.com is a cheater and giving customer booking witha very low price which is not acceptable for them. Hotel management,staff and facilities is not upto mark. I can't give even 1star ratings for it. Booking.com don't have direct contact number where we are helpless at that point of time. Finally I am the victim at that time. We are going to post these issues and communication gap between Booking.com and hotel corporate inn in all social media sites, so that the public will not get cheated by booking.com.like websites and the hotels like corporate inn

At the time of check in they charge extra 500 for couple entry..Rooms are extremely small..Wifi not working..Room was not clean.. Extremely poor service.

Room was decent enough for one person. Room was neat and clean.

They took payment in advance. Card swiping was not available, though at the time of booking amount was asked to be blocked in the card. Luckily UPI payment facility was available, otherwise cash payment is the only other option. You have to sign the register for checkin and checkout at the time of checkin itself. Means, if anything happens, hotel record will show that you were not in the hotel. Entrance and corridors are dingy, not recommended for family stay. AC remote was not working. The shower in the bathroom was not in proper order and hot water was not available. No complimentary sealed water bottle in the room. You have to buy it.

Rooms were good sized and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Room had plenty of light and air. Hotel has an elevator even for first floor good for people who have issues climbing stairs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Options in complimentary breakfast may have been provided.
