I like the location and view

The room was so dirty ,the stuff need orientation they don't know how to talk to customers.the bath room has no ventilation and too small

Their linen also the name was different from the one mentioned i.e. Its Marlbough building instead of Durban Beachfront OceanSeaside Self Catering Apartments, got confused.

The facility is over priced and the area is noisy at night

..There advised stated sea view rooms..we got a sidestreet view.

...As above and I had to park my car in a open air parking lot about 300 mtrs from the hotel.

No breakfast since it's self catering.

I was ordered to pay cash for the breakable hoping to be given the money cash on my departure day but nothing happened , i was told the money will be deposited in my account. Surprisingly i had to write my account number on a questionable piece of paper. The sheets on arrival was not changed, you sleep on a sheets that was used by someone else: that was unprofessional. My cars' battery was stolen because of absent parking. I was told to pay R150 per day for parking which amount to R300 per day since I had two cars. Worse of all only one parking space was available.

Its closer to the beach, with a view also.

Toilet had small leaks

The respond from the owner for responding when we were complaining about the stinky room he change us to another good room we thank you

Your receptionist was having bad attitude towards us and speed point was not working we were supposed to go outside for cash and it was very inconvenient

What I like are the the reception guys and the other gentleman who said he is a maintenance manager their humble customer care was received.

To begin with i feel cheated on hence the standard of the property was nothing close to the website.

The treatment from the receptionist was very poor. It took hours for us to get the keys into the apartment. My kids lieng on the floor midnight while im told i made a booking for 2 people instead of 5. Kindly revert back to my searches for all hotels that day i searched for 5ppl and mistakenly booked for 2..... i agreed to pay the the extra money they requested but the treatment was very terrible. The bedding was dirty when we first came in and they couldnt change it because it was late at night. The supervisor even took pictures as evidence. The cleaner shouted at us saying we should have cleaned the apartment and washed the dishes whereas my flight was leaving at 10am. This was my worst stay i ever had with booking.com. Worst part the apartment owner defends her employees. It was sooooooo terrible.

There was nothing to like. Poor wifi. Poor all-round service. Kept R500 back which was promised to be returned. Still have not received it. Everything seems about making a quick rand out of the guests. Will never return nor will I recommend anyone ever staying here.

Very good location. The apartment was given to me was clean and exceptional. I loved the unique design of the apartment. Everything I needed was in the apartment from cutlery, dishes, ironing board, iron, pots.. which made all the difference in having a good stay. It was like a Home away from home!

Cleanliness.

Nothing at all

Coach is broken, chair is also broken and train also broken. Wifi must be also be paid R120 per 24 hours. Bath towel are charge per R60 to be cleaned.

Sea view , kitchen equipment fridge, microwave to warm our food and keep our cold beverages cold. Walking distance to the beach excellent location.
